Dr. Deborah Topakas is a disgrace to the medical profession. I would be surprised if she did graduate from medical school. She can barely handle a common cold. I would suggest anyone wanting GOOD medical care not to use Dr. Deborah Topakas and TriValley Primary Care. The choice for good doctors is plenty just not this group. The care I received was worse than if this was a third-world country. Malpractice is very close in my situation.

Office staff is absolutely horrible! They do not know what they are doing. That is the truth. You are kept on hold. You are transferred all over the place. Poor Dr. Nice. She needs better help!

The unprofessional manner that this practice handles it's hiring process is just horrific. My wife was hired came in for orientation on her birthday. The next day gets a call that she won't be starting the day after and then the day after that she didn't get the job. The have no compensated her for orientation. I also find it very odd that they do not do their own background checks and force the potential employee to do that themselves. I hope you treat your patients better than your potential employees. I am writing this as a concerned spouse and I feel she honestly dodged a bullet.

Tri-Valley really came through for me today. I was feeling ill and they had a Doctor check me out and write a prescription for me. Dr. Parikh was very thourogh. I was quite grateful. They displayed much care due to the Coronavirus also.

I haven't had a chance to evaluate the medical treatment as of yet but I hope it's better than the unpleasant crabby old lady at the front desk. Do you have to take a miserable test to work here?

The physicians, Nurse practitioners and office staff here are wonderful! They've always found ways to squeeze me in when I am ill and were very supportive through the tragic loss of my son last year. I am an RN with many years of diverse hospital experience and dealing with physicians. I truely trust the professional knowledge and expertise of these doctors. Dr Christine Kilczewski in particular is also very caring and empathetic. Thank you for your wonderful care!
