1 Star is the best I can do. Had my first visit and was referred to another practice. Her resume says at least 45 years of experience and she said someone else would do a better job. I waited a month for the visit.

Lets start at the beginning, the office is old looking and the staff is not warming whatsoever. I was seen an hour and a half after my original appointment time after hearing Dr. Pass in the next room conversing with her patient but when i was finally seen i was told i could only bring up 3 points of issue. Seeing as though this was my first Dermatology appointment i wanted to ask questions.

I recently went to see a different dermatologist and there was no comparison in care i got all my questions answered and what Dr. Pass said there was nothing she can do for me my current dermatologist gave me a solution and broke down what was happening to my body. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Her knowledge is as outdated as her waiting room.

I have been seeing Dr Pass for years on and off, diagnoses is on the spot before biopsy results are back. She and her staff are always helpful, polite and have been with her many years should tell you something about this Dr. The best!

Avoid if you can- I went in for adult hormonal acne and saw no improvement in the year I was there. She gave me the same prescriptions over and over again without trying anything new and said "I looked great." I did not look great. Wait times are abysmal for her office too get early morning or evening or plan on waiting for an hour. Fun fact they put me into collections for an unpaid balance instead of sending me a bill in the mail or calling.

I will NEVER recommend this Dr. She lied to my insurance company about the reason for my visit as well as listing prescriptions that she NEVER wrote for me! In the end, she "paid the bill that she sent me out of good faith". Good faith? No, she was guilty and did not want the issue to be escalated. I don't care how many years of experience she has, what she did to me (regardless of how small it may be to her) was extremely unprofessional and I hope I was the first and last patient that happened to, even though I won't be surprised if I'm not!

She doesn't even deserve one star. To begin with, being that I was a new patient, she came in and got right into her cancer scare speech and using sunblock. She came across as cold and abrasive. Her office is old and dirty-exam rooms have carpeting gross! She addressed my issue and when I asked her a question about another area on my skin her response was "didn't you come in for xyx".

Anything I asked her her response was rude and short. And yes just like 90% of the other reviewers i did have to wait Over an hour past my appointment time until I was seen. To the reviewer that believes waiting over an hour is ok, you're the true moron. You have a choice when it comes to your providers people- don't settle for this trash.

I just wasted 2 hours of my life sitting in Dr Pass' waiting room with no explanation of why they did not call me. My appointment was at 9:30 and finally at 11:20, I told them I would not wait any longer. I wish I could charge her for the time I wasted waiting. I will be going to another doctor for my problem.

Super knowledgeable dermatologist. She has helped keep my skin cancers under control. I would suggest early morning or late evening appointments. Some patients she sees are getting new information that requires an explanation.

Dr. Pass may be knowledge, but her bedside manner is awful! I've been to her office three times- the first two times I waited close to two hours, the third time I ended up leaving. She hates to answer questions, is very short and belittling, and gets offended when you don't purchase her beauty products. I went in for acne, but she spent the whole appointment talking about lightening bags under my eyes with a cream she sells.

I felt like I was dealing with a salesman, not a licensed physician. Dr. Pass also doesn't do refills. She prescribes the minimum amount needed to keep you going (usually a 30-60 day supply). If you need more, you have to make an appointment so her office can benefit from the copay. Every experience I've had with Dr. Pass has been bad. I shouldn't leave a doctors office feeling like I just got robbed, but somehow with her l do.

Like others have said, do not waste your time here. The amount of time you have to wait is ridiculous. No matter what time you come you have to wait at least an hour and then when you do get called back you are waiting at least another ten to twenty minutes. When you were finally seen it only took a total of five minutes for her to diagnose me and give me medication that somewhat did it's job. So unless you like waiting I would not go here.

I have been coming to Dr. Pass regularly for the past 3 months and l must say my skin has drastically improved. I use the skin care regimen that she prescribed and when that ran out, being frugal like l am, l scoured the stores to find comparible skin care products at a lower price, which l have been successful at achieving. I mean l do occasionally have that one rogue flare up, life happens, but overall my skin has improved for the better!

Staff was rude and repeatedly told me it would be "just a couple of minutes" for an hour, while they all hugged and excitedly chatted with another patient whom they apparently knew. When I mentioned the wait and the repeated false promises Dr. Pass brushed it off. Although I'd made an appointment to have two skin growths removed she only removed one, stating that she'd only get paid for one if she did both at that appointment. I wish the office person who made my appointment had mentioned that. Dr. Pass urged me to make a second appointment. No thanks.

Dr Pass is great. She has always been polite, informative and very friendly. She seems genuinely concerned with your well being and keeping your educated on your treatment and conditions. However, I have to admit that scheduling and timeliness of appointments is very bad at BOTH locations. Ive had 5 appointments with Dr Pass, using both locations where she sees patients.

My SHORTEST wait time to see her has been 45 min PAST my scheduled appointment time. In other words, my appointment was at 9am, but I didnt see her until 945am even though I was there early. My other wait times have been 2.5 hours, 1.5 hours, 1 hour, and 1.45 hours. Even though I have a scheduled appointment, show up early and am fully prepared and checked in well before my appointment time, I usually wait almost an hour and half before I even get to see the Dr.

My appointments take no more than 5 mins so the waits are way out of line. There are no medical emergencies causing the delays; it happens at both locations. Be prepared to walk into a full waiting room with at least 7-8 people ahead of you and sit there for at least an hour before you will see the Dr. None of the staff seem to acknowledge this extensive wait time, no one apologies or even gives a brief update to let you know if you will be seen anytime soon.

Office staff are nice, but sometimes seem preoccupied with other things like scheduling personal lunches rather then attending to patients waiting in front of them to check out.

I went in today for the first time today. I noticed right off the back that it was super busy. So I expected to wait a while. The ladies that work the front desk and assist the doctor were very nice. While it took 1.5 hours to be seen, I was very satisfied with the level of service Doctor Pass gives as well as her assistants. If you don't expect to wait to be seen, well then you are a moron.

Skin Cancer is huge and many people are seeking the expertise of Dermatologists. I only rated 4 stars because the wait was a bit long but. The Doctor cared, she took her time. She explained the type of skin cancers and what to look out for. She also suggested some creams to help with some other skin problems. If you give the Doctor a bad review because it's busy, you are really an idiot. Once seen, the care is what matters.

Dr. Pass knew exactly what my problem was and took her time explaining my condition and what would work best to solve my problem. This has been my experience each time that I have visited her office. My only complaint is the wait. I would say that I wait about 10 to 15 minutes longer than I do at other medical appointments, but I think that her service is worth waiting for. She is also easy to talk to.

I made an appointment with Dr. Pass because she was close to where I live in Ellicott City. When I went to the office for my appointment, however, it turned out that they were renovating that office and didn't tell me that I'd be seen in the Baltimore office. That was really a pain and I think that if doctors have two offices they should say where you're appointment is going to be.

But once I got there, Dr. Pass saw me quickly. She barely let me finish talking before she diagnosed me and gave me a prescription. She also recommended numerous products to buy, which cost me about $150. As much as I didn't want to spend that much money I did and the products have worked well, so I guess it was worth it!
