Casa Colina is a non-profit, freestanding, community-governed organization based in Pomona, California. With incredible support from our community, we have been privileged to bring the benefits of rehabilitation to tens of thousands of people since our first patient in 1938. In the decades that followed, we continued to expand our care to include a state-of-the-art hospital that offers acute rehabilitation and medical-surgical care, as well as a broad range of outpatient services that includes specialized physician clinics, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, neuropsychology, diagnostic imaging, children's services, and even an outdoor recreation program for people with disabilities.

Acute Rehabilitation Report

When our patients arrive at Casa Colina Hospital's Acute Rehabilitation Wing, they are truly ready to begin the work of recovery after an injury or illness. Quite often, they have been referred to us from other hospitals around the region, country or world.

Adaptive Recreation Report

Casa Colina's Therapeutic Recreation and Outdoor Adventures program empowers people with disabilities by creating opportunities through challenging and exciting outdoor activities. Emphasizing ability over disability, the program lets participants experience success both physically and emotionally.

Rude and racist security guard. Came out of the restroom and started talking to me in Spanish like that couldn't speak English. Started yelling at me to sit in the waiting area even though he saw me come out of restroom and head his his way to the front desk.

Just spent 21 days at Casa Colina for my very complicated health issues including: ehlers danlos, pots and hemiplegic migraines. Overall experience was great. Because my conditions are rare, it's hard finding knowledgeable care. Casa Colina has an eds outpatient program, and because of this, when the therapists were stuck with how to help, they called in reinforcements.

So nice to hear from them that what others see as rare, they've seen many times before. For this reason alone I would recommend Casa for eds patients. On top of that everytime I had any issue medical or otherwise, Casa staff went out of their way to accommodate which I have rarely experienced in the medical field. Thank you for taking care of me even during the toughest moments.

I had an procedure last year and had an amazing experience. Staff was awesome, procedure was painless, and the facility is really nice. Unfortunately, I received a bill for over $10K because my insurance denied my claim! I was devastated. One of the staff members took matters into their own hands, brought it to the director, and they wrote off my entire bill. I cannot thank them enough. They are awesome!

Such an amazing experience here. I had an outpatient procedure yesterday at the surgery center. From the minute I arrived the staff was so nice and professional. My pre op and post op nurses were also amazing. My anesthesiologist explained everything to me and was so nice and friendly. I even got a follow up call the next morning and the nurse was also so nice. I give their staff and cleanliness of their facility 5 stars. I would highly recommend Casa Colima

My mother is currently a patient here. I had to drop off some things for her and was so pleased to see how clean and neat everything was. The staff were especially kind and helpful. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Wouldn't want her anywhere else.

Really good facility with physical therapy treatment. I actually have to go here each week to get pelvic floor dysfunction therapy which is a very specific and they do a really good job and seemed to care about their patients. I am very impressed.
