Each year more than two million people visit a doctor for dizziness, and an untold number suffers from motion sickness, which is the most common medical problem associated with travel. Meniere's disease, also called idiopathic endolymphatic hydrops, is a disorder of the inner ear. Although the cause is unknown, it probably results from an abnormality in the fluids of the inner ear. Why do we fall? Every year more than two million Americans fall and sustain serious injury, costing in excess of $3 billion dollars.
Never put anything smaller than your elbow in your ear! Cotton swabs are for cleaning bellybuttons, not ears. You have probably heard these admonitions from relatives and doctors since childhood. Otitis media means inflammation of the middle ear. The inflammation occurs as a result of a middle ear infection and can occur in one or both ears.
More than 55,000 Americans will develop cancer of the head and neck (most of which is preventable) this year; nearly 13,000 of them will die from it. Tobacco is the most preventable cause of these deaths. Fine needle aspiration (FNA) is a technique that allows a biopsy of various bumps and lumps. It allows for microscopic analysis and accurate diagnosis of a number of problems.
Nearly 30 million Americans have impaired hearing. The most common cause of hearing loss in children is otitis media. For the elderly, the largest group affected, excessive noise, drugs, toxins, and heredity are the most frequent contributing factors. Do you have trouble hearing in noisy environments such as restaurants, parties, or crowds of people?

Dr V. is incredibly skilled. Due to cancer I had two surgeries on my neck and you can barely see any scarring. I am very impressed.

Dr. Villano has been amazing to work with! The whole staff has been so kind and helpful. He worked on some of the problems I have had with my ears since a child. Now, I feel like the problem has been fixed! I thank him and his whole team for listening and caring.

Dr Villano is absolutely brilliant! I am still in shock over the results of my procedure, and forever grateful to him for helping me to be the best version of myself. He was very patient, thoroughly discussing every aspect and addressing any fears or concerns I had. The staff was amazing as well - kind and considerate. I 1000% HIGHLY recommend him!

100% Recommend. After going to two different ENTs at Central Oregon ENT and receiving absolutely no help at all, I was FINALLY referred to Dr. Villano. This man was informative, understanding and compassionate. I am so grateful that after four months of nothing but guess work from doctors that I finally found someone who knew what they were doing. Thank you!

Wow! I had a micro needling appointment on the books for months. Each time I thought about it I would chicken out. Dr. Villano's staff was super sweet and promised to take care of me. They made sure my face was numb and thoroughly explained what they were doing and what it would feel like. The procedure didn't hurt and I love the results. After one treatment my face is fuller.

I have less lines around my lips and my eye socket area was concave now it is back to what it looked like 5 years ago. I highly recommend micro needling with Dr. Villano's staff.

They deserve zero stars. The only other patient in the waiting room kept talking about how he couldn't possibly be in the right place. Agreed. The doctor wouldn't hardly listen and would follow up my concerns with condescending remarks then he scurried me out after less than 5 minutes with an order to schedule myself a hearing test. After I had results I spent the next couple weeks calling to schedule a follow up and pay my bill.

They never once answered the phone or returned my messages. Ended up driving to Portland to speak to an ENT and even then had to sit in that office for an hour fighting to get my test released to that doctor. I now have a surgery coming finally no thanks to this office but I did find it interesting that they dodged me until they sent my bill I tried dozens of times to pay to a credit agency who is now looking into the bill for some random charges they added before kicking it to them.

There's a problem when debt collectors have more integrity than the doctor, staff and office. If you can't be bothered by ear problems then just stick to nose jobs and Botox.

Review is exclusive for the Juvederm injections I received at Villano. Technician was extremely professional, helped to answer all of my questions ahead of time and made sure to address any of the apprehensions I had going in. She chose a filler that best fit my needs and gave very natural results - I've been very happy with the look as I continue to heal.

The only reason this is not 5 stars is that I've been in to the office on a few occasions now and they've had me down for an appointment however the staff was unsure what treatment I was in for. Will be reviewing additional treatments/technicians separately

My family and I are exceptionally happy with Dr. Villano. I saw him last year for a a problem that I had been dealing with from a car accident many years ago. Even though I wasn't able to locate all the records for him, he performed what was needed and his work was outstanding. Another family member saw him recently for a cancer related procedure and we could not have been happier with the support and outstanding service that he gave us. More than the other doctors! Dr Villano's staff is to be commended as well. Thank you Dr. Villano!

Husband had skin cancer removed from his nose over two years ago. He returned several times for follow-up because his right eye was watering profusely and was larger than the left eye due to the surgery. I went with my husband to one appointment. Doctor probed his nose and eye area without allowing enough time for the nova-cane to take effect causing a lot of pain.

While doing this he chatted with his assistant about other things. Also, left a large scar from top of my husbands head down to the nose and the eye watering still is a problem as of today/ So, as a result of all this, when my endocrinologist referred me to Dr. Villano I asked for another referral. This edit comes today as a result of a courtesy phone call I received today from a member of Dr. Villano's staff.

Although we both appreciate the courtesy call, we do not accept the explanation we received for the above complaints totally. We do understand that doctors in our area are overworked because there are not that many of each type of specialist in our area. What we will never understand is the pain caused my husband while in the office for a procedure. Either it wasn't enough Novocaine or it didn't have ample time to take affect.

Dr Villano has done wonders for my moral and face! I drive over from Portland just to see him! Injections are always good and last. My upper lid lift was an amazing experience and to this day many years post, am happy as heck. I would highly recommend him. extra note: he has also done a couple nose surgeries on a friends kids and they look amazing BTW.
