Amazing facility and team! Brought my daughter in when "mom gut" said something was wrong. The team took me completely seriously and was so thorough! From the MA Julez to Dr. Florence we had top notch and thorough care. They truly saved my daughters life running tests and referring us to a hospital for blood transfusions etc. What could have been a devastating experience turned into an amazing one!

Only 2 wellness checks for our newborn, and so far this place is great. Well organized practice with friendly staff. Dr. Brent Cardwell took his time. Did not feel like he rushed the exam like some doctors have a habit of doing. He made sure we didn't leave with questions or concerns. We'll definitely continue by to bring our daughter here.

My daughter has been going to Dr. Ng since she was first born! Dr. Ng is an amazing pediatrician. He always walks through my questions and concerns thoroughly with me, and puts any fears I have at ease! It's rare to find a doctor who will engage in thoughtful conversation! We love Dr. Ng! We've seen several other doctors at the Ronald Regan location as well, all have been great!

We are so appalled at how this practice is contributing to the pandemic- how hypocritical for health care providers to be placing obstacles to testing and to keeping our children safe. One of our kids tested positive for Covid ( home test) we scheduled a telehealth appointment to check in on what we need to do, we informed the doctor that we have two other children one of which is an infant and we were concerned about the exposure risk.
She told us she could schedule us to get them tested. When we called the office, they continued to say that we need to make two more telehealth appointments just to request a Covid test. They get paid for the tests we are requesting but are clearly placing a desire to DOUBLE BILL over safety! We contacted the doctor through the portal as requested to get a response by a non doctor again telling us to schedule telehealth appointments. There are talented doctors at this practice who's work is compromised by the management and office staff. So sad!
