My experiences here have always been lovely. I have only seen Dr. Fung and will continue to see her as long as possible. She genuinely seems concerned with my children's health. My last visit was a sick visit for my daughter who they diagnosed with RSV after a quick 15 min test. The nurse who administered the test seemed concerned as well. I appreciate Dr. Fung taking the time to show me what to watch out for with her breathing and what to do if she got worse. there is nothing worse then feeling like a doctor dismisses your concerns and I REALLY appreciate Dr. Fung. I have always been treated respectfully and in treated in a timely manner. If you are in the centennial area, I recommend.

My daughter has been a patient for 12 years. Very nice staff! Bonnie was very kind and answered all of our questions.

I first went here with my son and Dr tenby was very rude. He told me that my son was a "handful" so I switched to Bonnie and she was always friendly until this last time I brought all 3 of my children in. The staff treated us as a burden and Bonnie was very short with my son. My husband said he felt very uncomfortable there too. My husband used to market for doctors offices in AZ as his profession and said that they are very out of the norm as far as how pediatricians should be and treat children. I will not go back.

I've been going here with my 2 kids for the past 11 years. Dr. Tenby and Bonnie are wonderful! The staff has always been great to us. Everyone has always taken personal interest and asks how our lives are going. I would highly recommend them. Easy to get in, friendly, and overall has been a fabulous 11 years! Thanks all for being there!

Dr Tenby was so rude to my child at his first appointment. Mind you my child just came home from a 67 day stay at the Nicu and had two surgeries among a lot of other things. Dr. Tenby comes in waiving my sons discharge paperwork, 14 pages long and says he does not have time for this long list of problems! He keeps saying he didn't have time. He kept typing and asking us questions about our son instead of taking the time to read the discharge notes that were right in front of him!

He had a student with him and he yelled at him and handed him the paperwork and demanded him to stand there and hold the paper so he ca type a "problem list" for my son. When it came time to look at him he took 5 seconds! My son has been through a lot, we have been through a lot. He also has a G-tube and Dr Tenby should have just been a little more kind and a little bit more compassionate towards our son and us.

We felt so terrible. I looked at my husband after the doctor left the room and I started to cry. I felt to disrespected and felt like he was basically kicking my son while he was down. He said he was gonna go over my sons discharge notes over lunch. Instead he just left the paperwork thrown on the desk in the exam room and went about his day hurrying out of the room like we had just waisted hours of his time.

As we were checking out, I over heard him go into another exam room and say I'm sorry I'm late I just had a very complicated baby! Why is he sharing information with other people about my son?! The worst part is that I heard that and I felt terrible! I had twins and we took one of my twins here and figured when my other twin comes home from Nicu we'll stick with Dr Tenby, but I am switching, and taking my kids to someone who has a heart.

I've been taking both of my daughters to Bonnie since birth. They are now 4 and 6. We love her. She is amazing at what she does. She is super friendly and nice. She takes her time when examining. She asks questions and we truly feel comfortable. Both nurses are so friendly and kind, Sarah is one of the ones that usually brings us back to the room she is amazing. I'm sad that with our insurance change we can no longer go to them because they do not take my type of insurance. Having to find another doctor's office is a scary feeling.

My son was sick and unless you are a established patient you won't be seen for 4 weeks, what a joke, they said they are a small practice but so is abc ped in Henderson, I'm sick and live almost an hour from abc but, I think I would rather drive the hour, what a joke, they should be ashamed of their office, I have never heard of such a thing. I will tell anyone who listens not to go to a joke of a place. They suck

I was forced to see another pediatrician. The staff there is not helpful whatsoever. My 5 year old daughter had a really bad earache and could not go to school they told me they couldn't get her in for 2 weeks. Had to take her to urgent care to get antibiotics. Then for my son's one year old well visit on March 28th I had to reschedule because I started a job. They said they could not see him until July for a 3pm appointment. Their schedule is not accommodating. Now I'm at desert valley in centennial and love it.

My three children have been seeing Dr. Tenby and/or Bonnie Tafoya for 15 years. They are attentive and kind. We have always been able to receive an appointment, even same day. Dr. Tenby has provided care through illness, injury and even emotional support. He returns calls and even makes follow up calls to check up on the kids. I would go without insurance and have to keep him as our doctor.

Let me first start by saying Bonnie was amazing and wish I could have stuck with her but sometimes it would not line up with scheduling. Dr. Tenby on the other hand I could not handle. He was impersonal. Never bothered to ask my name and twice that I had come he was teaching a student on my 3 month old baby. I am a first time mother and very protective of my baby and they made him cry because they were doing things like checking his ears twice and it shouldn't hurt and he started crying.

My baby does not cry unless its something serious. The second time I went to Dr. Tenby, he again brought a student. Dr. Tenby proceeded to do the exam and forced my babys head to the side not even consoling him or talking it through and he started to cry. Not scream, but he had actual tears. It was a bad experience. I don't recommend this pediatrician at all. If you do, stick with Bonnie.
