Not worth it. New patient, with a referral. Referral paperwork sent 4/22 from the primary doctor (confirmed with the doctor 3 times). Phone receptionist forwards to a voicemail, states will call back. Never calls back. I call them daily for 3 weeks trying to schedule an appointment. Last week they told me they needed my labs and office notes. I get the doctor to forward that day. They still can't schedule me an appointment. NOT WORTH IT. Terrible service, terrible practice. Seeking another referral, don't waste your time. They simply do. not. care.

I have been seeing Dr Orlowski for quite a few years and I have to say she is exceptional. She listens to everything you have to say and addresses it. My RA is very well under control and that is all from her relentless pursuit of getting the right treatment.

I love this place! The doctors, staff and nurses are all very friendly. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. My arthritis has improved 90% from when I was with another place in Suffolk. I could go on and on about how much I love this place! I highly recommend this place for anyone experience different types of arthritis.

My mother has been trying to get into this place for 2 months now. She has received the run-around from just about everyone in this office. No one actually calls back, including the office manager. They say they "still need more information" we provide it. in person. and NOW no one has received it and they need it again. A true nightmare.

If the Dallas Cowboys had Dr Mansoor's front line, they'd never lose a game. EVER. For new patients, that front line is impenetrable. The staff is utterly unfazed. They could not care less. We're hopeful that there are other competent rheumatologists available that haven't skimped on staffing.

I concur with the previous poor rating of Dr. Eshbaugh. She and her staff made me feel like they didn't care at all about me and my presenting problem. The focus seemed to be on efficiency and the bottom line in my humble opinion. The staff called me, pressing me about my insurance card before my appointment. That was a TOP priority. I got to the office 4 minutes late because I took a wrong turn.

Her staff said, "she may be able to work you in." This is after their lengthy pre-screening in the foyer of the office building, where you have to fill out paperwork due to covid. I was not advised to report early for this. It took 6 minutes to prescreen. I made an appointment after having dealt with a problem for months and not wanting to go to the Dr. during Covid. Eshbaugh said she didn't have time for it and I would have to come back. Meanwhile, the office had one person in the waiting room.

The appt. slot should be based on the concern of the patient. I told them I would never be back when they asked, "when does she want to see you again. " The customer service is deplorable. I understand being on time is important, however, it is usually the dr's that make us wait. It takes forever to get an appointment and when I finally did get one, I was told I would have to come back. I left worse than I came. I felt she didn't care. This is the first time I have lost faith in a physician and though I would be better off elsewhere.anywhere.

Simply the best RA specialist I've ever seen. She is the only one in 12 years that explained what I have and how she is going to treat me and why. Dr Eshbaugh and her staff bend over backwards for me and I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Esbaugh you have given me reason to not have faith in the medical system! How you can deny a patient a visit is unacceptable. For your office to schedule a appointment then the patient be called and told you will not see them is totally ridiculous! Things can change with a person's health in over a year. So sad to see a patient be treated in that manor!

Great experience until last Thursday. Professionalism is not a strong suite for the office / whatever manager. Never ever discuss my personal business in front of other patients. Don't tell me one thing and then another. Your error not mines. Furthermore, I think God for being the type of person I am, even when I was trying to end the conversation in a polite way. I guess you did not care! SMH! From now on I am unapproachable when it comes to you! Overall, love my doctor, nurses and Front office staff!
