The admin is so rude in the San Jose location. Didn't want to give my dad a follow up check up!

Absolutely garbage staff. Probably the worst group of people I've ever spoken to. If you don't want to serve, please don't but don't treat people like garbage.

DR. SASTRY IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, HIS PERSONALITY ALONG WITH HIS STAFF PRICELESS, ALWAYS WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE PATIENT'S. DR. SASTRY EXPLAINS EACH STEP OF THE WAY. I HAVE ALWAYS & WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND DR. SASTRY YOU FEEL SAFE & TRUST & HAVE IMMENCE CONFIDENCE IN HIS HANDS.

I am writing this review on behalf of my dad JR. Who recently had cataract eye surgery. He highly recommends Dr. RAGHUNAND C. SASTRY that did both eyes cataract surgery. JR had a wonderful experience.

The staff here is extremely rude! They should be ashamed as to how badly they treat people. I brought my grandmother here and they were forcing her to do a surgery she knew nothing about.

What a shame that the entire office is rude and unprofessional.

I called the Morgan Hill office to set up appt these people quoted me my insurance $750 deductable and i would need $200 for first visit so I cancelled until pay day They called back at a later time to say they made a mistake it was a $40 co pay So we made appt. For today at 10am this morning which I informed them I am very sick with the flu this morning whom ever answered the phone was extremely rude to me & wouldn't reschedule Very very unprofessional.disappointed before being seen.

Dr. Sastra has been my doctor for 5 years now. I would recommend his services to anyone. If people have a complaint about front desk service, the doctor should not be rated poorly.

Made an appointment on the phone a out two weeks in advance, gave my insurance information and everything was set. When I went in the women at the front desk told me they wouldn't accept my insurance or me as a patient. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
