I hurt my back and my shoulder and was in a great deal of pain. I went and saw my favorite chiropractor as I don't like to take pills. After a few dry needling appointments my back and shoulder felt 100% better and no pills. I have been seeing Dr Fishkin on and off for 20 yrs. when ever I have pain he is always been my go to. Highly recommend him

I love Dr. Fishkin, I suffer from specific pain in my chest, costochondritis, I have seen many different doctors and medications after medication I was getting know where until Dr. Fishkin and his dry needling. First visit he listened and then came up with a plan. It has been 1 year of suffering before him. I go maybe once every 2 weeks to.ensure my pain is controlled but I love and thank him for giving me my life back. I can pick up and play with my kids because of him. Go see him for any kind if pain, he is truly a magician.

I had a sharp pain in my right thigh. My doctor referred me to Dr. Fishkin. He is a very pleasant and funny man. He is very professional. He listens and asks questions to determine the course of action. He does what he does and you are out. I went in December and visited every week for three weeks then lengthened the time between visits to see if the pain was persistent.

After each visit (even after the first) my thigh would feel better. After a two week gap with little to no pain, Dr. Fishkin said it was time to "unpeel the onion" and get to the root of the pain so it does not return. I went back two weeks later and there was a twinge but nothing like it was in the beginning. He did the procedure and I have not had any pain since. My last visit was ta week and a half ago.

I cannot say enough kind words about Dr. Fishkin. Not only is he an amazing chiropractor, who has helped relieve both me and my husband from a great deal of pain, he is a warm, caring and very attentive person. Dr. Fishkin spends a nice amount of time with you providing, education, advise and answering questions. Nice office, easy/free parking and great energy. I highly recommend!

I've been going to Dr. Fishkin for about 3 years for various chronic and acute conditions- low back, neck, shoulder, hip, jaw, asthma, foot, hand. As a very active person, Dr. Fishkin has been able to help me continue my preferred activities. He really listens, and is masterful with dry needling and adjustments as well as other modalities (traction, cupping, oxygen tank).

In addition, he's also not afraid to send me for a test or another specialist if treatments aren't working (and then he collaborates with other professionals for the best treatment). Dr. Fishkin is extremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable, and I completely trust him.

This year my better half made an appointment with Dr. Fishkin, who was the only Chriopractor who would take me on a Friday afternoon (thank you so much!). Dr. Fishkin asked a few questions about what was hurting and then suggested dry needling. Honestly, I was skeptical since I'd never heard of the procedure but was ready to try something that would give instant relief without medication.

We did two rounds the first trip - after the first round the shooting pain was gone completely but I was still having trouble with range of motion. After the second round I had full range of motion.and was no longer a skeptic! Went back for three follow up visits and between the needling and stretches I'm back to 100% in a week vs. a couple months.

For those interested I definitely recommend it. The needling isn't like a shot and is not painful. When the needle hits the muscle knot it feels like a burning cramp for a few seconds after which you can actually feel the muscle relax. Dr Fishkin didn't recommend any unnecessary treatment and didn't schedule me for unnecessary visits. Bedside manner is great, conversation flows, and he seems to care about helping!

Thanks largely to the medical treatment and management of my medical care, I have received from Dr. David Fishkin, I am able to walk with minimal back pain today. Without his intervention, I would be bed bound at best today. Dr. Fishkin is an outstanding practitioner, diagnostician and therapist. His examinations are thorough and he zeroes in on the causes of the medical conditions, not just the symptoms.

He uses "Needling "to target and relax tightened muscles and tissue to help relieve pain and speed recovery. When I need more advanced treatments such as back surgery or Stem Cell related interventions, he knows the best experts in the Region and Country to refer me to. He then consults with them and makes sure that my treatment is managed well as I move across different medical settings.

When I have had seizures in my back and could not move from my bed, Dr. Fishkin immediately hasvisited me at my home, treated me there and brought in pain treatment experts to make me comfortable. In summary, Dr. Fishkin is an amazing and effective Chiropractor and most importantly makes sure his patients care is managed inside and outside his practice.

In my professional life, I have held the positions of COO of Medicare and the Food and Drug Administration so I have extensive knowledge of the medical field and public health. Dr. Fishkin stands out as one of the best I have come across.

Dr. David Fishkin is not only my chiropractor, he is also my friend. He is one of the kindest people I know and is truly dedicated to his patients. He's always thinking outside the box and works outside the office on your case hoping to achieve the best outcome. He is funny And kind and always explains his treatments and doesn't push anything that you're not comfortable with.

He does not have a big ego and always offers recommendations if he feels another doctor can help with your healing. I love the dry needling and body work and stretching and always leave feeling better than when I entered.

Dr. Fishkin is great! I've been going to him for about 4 years. All the members of my family (including my kids) have received treatment for acute and chronic conditions. He is kind, funny, and a real expert at a very effective technique called dry needling. He combines traditional chiropractic techniques with dry needling. He is also very honest and will only have you come in for a follow up if he thinks you need it. The office staff is also nice and they take insurance. I highly recommend him.

The front desk staff is nice, efficient and timely. After I made my first appointment over the phone, she sent me all of the forms ahead of time, so I was prepared when I walked in the first time. Dr. Fishkin is great! I had been fighting with a tight painful hip and after the first appointment of dry needling the hip was at least 60% better (less pain, so much more mobile). I have various other issues too that he is addressing. In addition to being a great doc, he's a really nice, funny person. He's just a good dude. Highly recommend him!

Doctor Fishkin is wonderful and got me back to running in just a few dry needling treatments. His business manager, Rhoda, however is very rude. Hopefully you won't have to have the unpleasant experience of dealing with her.

I had high hopes when I initially went to Dr. Fishkin's office. He had a good review, and I was looking for a local chiropractor that could help with my back/neck issues. After about a half-dozen visits, I felt like the dry-needling and other techniques he used were not helping. His bedside manners at times also need improvement. Dry needling and other non-manipulative techniques may work for some patients, but not for others, including myself. Additionally, he's only in College Park about twice a week, so you may have to hike up to Rockville at his other office if you need to see him "as soon as possible".

I received chiropractic and dry needling, and floated out of every hour long weekly session. Dr. Fishkin is a compassionate man, and an effective doctor. I do recommend his services for back and neck pain sufferers.
