Sexual problems are more common than most people think. Over half of all couples will experience some form of sexual dysfunction during their lifetime. Such problems may lead to a decrease in self-confidence, anxiety, and generally less pleasure in life. A satisfactory relationship with one's partner may also be threatened.

As I was accused of NOT leaving facts about my review. I called this office to set an appointment I gave them my insurance info and told them I could only use their help if I was fully covered by my insurance They checked and told me yes.no issue I went to appointment and before I was willing to see the doctor I had them confirm my insurance would cover the bill; They did!

As I left the office I confirmed that there would be no bill and I again was told "NO BILL" Well I got a bill and over 20 times I have had to explain this to them and the collection agency they put on to me Hope this helps clear up why I posted a crap review here!

I work in healthcare and I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone! I went in on a Tuesday to leave a urine sample for what I thought was a UTI because of burning symptoms in my bladder, ureters, and aching in my kidneys - the cup I left the sample in was a paper cup, which right there should have been a red flag. By Friday that week, I had not heard back from the office, had checked Labcorp and SonoraQuest portals and there were no results.

I call the office and the Medical Assistant named Jay had lied to me and said they sent it to Labcorp. I decide to head to the office and then I was informed by the front desk that they mixed up my urine on Tuesday and it was never sent out. At this point I'm upset, I understand mistakes happen but why was I not called back in when the mistake was made so we could correct it then and there.

So I leave another urine sample with them, they told me they would put a "stat" on it. By Tuesday the following week (has been a full week and 2 urine samples given) there were still no results. I called Labcorp because that is where Jay told me he sends his urine samples and Labcorp told me they have a Urine Sample from Dr. Fishmans office that had been sitting at their lab since Friday with no patient information and no requisition form, so they had done nothing with the sample and at this point, the sample is useless.

This office has no idea what they are doing, they are completely unprofessional, and their Medical Assistant JAY is rude, walks away from you when you're talking to him and has a "I can't be bothered" attitude, no remorse, and wasn't even apologetic.

Dr. Fishman was fantastic and his staff was informative and professional. They treated me well and went above and beyond to ensure my experience with a vasectomy was as pleasant as it could be. The procedure itself was relatively quick, about a 1/10 on the pain scale, and resulted in success with 0 complications. I would recommend Dr. Fishman and his staff whole heatedly!

I hope Dr. Fishman actually reads this. I was quoted a price as a cash pay for a procedure. I paid in full in cash and now months later I am receiving calls and emails saying I have a bill? This isn't right and I have a feeling someone there is failing to bill and post payments correctly this is extremely disappointing. Not only am I not going to pay this but I'm going to take this up with whatever board or agency will hear me. It's not about 80 bucks it's about getting charged falsely and I have explained this several times over phone, voice mail, and email.

The doctor is great the office staff are definitely not! See the attached image showing I was to pay 500 which I did now I'm being billed for 80? I PAID IN FULL. A little update I went ahead and paid as to not be sent to fraudulent collections and the office sent me a strongly worded email because they don't know how to treat patients and customers It's funny how instead of a simple "I'm so sorry your experience with my office wasn't perfect and I will use this review as a training tool" we get excuses and justifications for unprofessionalism do yourselves a favor and skip this office there are plenty of great doctors offices out there.

My experience with this doctor was a few years ago at his office on Glendale Ave. I had a horrible experience and had to wait a few years before I could write a rational recap of my visit, without my blood pressure rising to fatal levels. Although Dr. Fishman seemed very nice, he also seemed very rushed and I probably spent no more than 5 minutes talking to him.

He left the room and left me in the room and never returned. Before he left he did say if I had any questions I should call. He also told me to talk to his staff for further information. I didn't even realize at the time his appointment with me was over. So when I went to talk to his staff to find out what the next step was, they were engaged in a conversation while I was standing there being ignored.

They finally acknowledged me, and answered my question, and I left. The next day i had some more questions so called and left a message for the doctor. There was no return call. The next day I left another message. Again no return call. I then tried leaving messages for his staff and no one ever called me back. I decided that if this was the way they treated people, I needed to find a different doctor. And I did.

Hands down, Dr. Fishman is the best doctor who ever treated me - PERIOD. I was having some problems out to town and he quickly ordered tests for me and set up an appointment to see me upon my return. He is extremely knowledgeable and diligent and take whatever time is necessary to examine his patients and to explain the diagnosis, course of action, and prognosis.

He has worked in concert with my primary care physician to make sure that I get nothing short of superlative care. If there's a more caring and competent physician out there, I have yet to meet him (or her). For the record, he treated my father with similarly excellent care until his passing at the age of 97+. Dr. Fishman earns my AAAA++++ rating!

A male customer was called from the waiting room. With her window wide open, the secretary said He always requests a male nurse. It's really weird and she shook her head back n forth. This is the most unprofessional behavior I can think of! Why is that any of our business and he could have heard you saying that while he was walking down hall. Shame on you for the way you treat the elderly!

She had a window she could close! I don't care what you talk about back there but this old guys preference for a male nurse is private patient information! Not for the waiting room! I know from nursing school that this is unethical bad behavior. Thank you

Ok this photo is mis representation. just to start out. i read the reviews before making my appt hoping that this would be a great dr for me to work with being the one before was waay to far from me. there office waiting area smelled like a brothel. had to put mask on i have m s and very sensitive to smells. second they were running a bit late 45 min. at first he seems quite and i came really prepair with notes and results which he didnt seem intersted at all, . i told him my allergies and as he put it sensitibies ok? well then he changed and just walked out. no words no update so i sat in the room for half hour and a asst of somesort said dr wanted me to move to other room he was doing a procdure on someone. well i told him the dr already said he couldnt do anything for me unless i did a very agressive typ eo surguyr in the hospital and i told him um no i choose not to do that at this time. its not worrented to me based on my history. if he would have let me finish explaing my past medical testing and so i it would have helped. but no he just walked out. period. im going to seek other dr for help in my area hopfully with a much better result. he didnt seeem to know any of the drs or p/t people in town. werid.

I saw Dr. Fishman in January, 2018, at his office in west Phoenix, where I found him kind and professional. He thanked me for being so thorough with my history. After that appointment, I wrote him a letter of gratitude. During my next appointment in late March, now on Bell Road, it was akin to seeing a different doctor. He chastised me for having another infection, dismissed my questions, gave me instructions for laboratory work to be done at a different location, then left the examining room.

Two days later, someone from his staff called to tell me a prescription had been called in to treat my infection. I asked if I should wait until the infection had cleared to complete the labs. She didn't know, but said she'd call me back. This never happened. In April, I made another appointment. I drove to the location on Bell Road, but he'd moved again and I was not informed.

Someone from his staff called me to apologize and set up another appointment. This time Dr. Fishman was not only dismissive he was rude--in fact, I'd characterize his manner as cruel. He began by outlining my urinary history in a diragority manner, slapping each paper he held in his hand as he recited. He implied I may have a need to seek medical help for attention.

He questioned why my primary care physician wasn't treating me. He then dismissed me. I consider myself a strong person, but I left in tears. Since that time, I have written him a letter and copied it to the Arizona Medical Review.

Had an appointment scheduled for today at 2:30pm. Never received a confirmation call so I called the office this morning and was advised that they had the appointment in the system for a completely different day. If their office can't even handle appointment scheduling properly I definitely can't trust them to perform medical procedures. I guess I dodged a bullet in that regard. Hopefully I'll have better luck with a different provider.

I am leaving this feedback based solely on my dealings with the administrative staff / process at this office. I did not receive treatment and have decided to take my "business" elsewhere. I called the office several days ago to confirm they accepted my insurance. I then faxed a copy of my referral. I followed up with a call to confirm they got my fax as well as to confirm a few things with the appointment I scheduled through zocdoc.

I left a message. They did not return my call within 48 hours. I called to follow up but was transferred to voicemail each time I called (several times) for a day. Then I called the next day, selected option 2 (scheduler), and the phone just kept ringing. Tried several times but same result. Then tried option 0 (anybody) and finally got a person. Asked her to confirm they received my fax and was left on hold for 5+ minutes.

When she came back she said she couldn't find the fax. I told her I had a fax report that said it was sent correctly and asked her to double check. No dice. Then she asked if I wanted to fax it again. I didn't bother getting into a discussion about my other issue I wanted to confirm. The admin "process" turned me off and I simply decided to take my business elsewhere.

I informed the staff member that I was un-happy with the my dealings with their administration and would be cancelling my appointment. Again, I did not receive treatment at this office. The administrative process was poor enough that I've decided to go elsewhere.

Beyond 5 Star! Dr. Fishman and his staff are ALL what words cannot describe. You will not find a better Urologist in Arizona. Thank you! Our family is extremely impressed by this group, and we would like to recommend them as competent in every way.

I had a very positive experience. After doing some research online, I decided to try Dr. Fishman. I made the appointment through Zocdoc, also a simple experience. The office was clean, adequately staffed, and efficient. Each of the assistants involved in the office was personable and friendly. Even though the office was busy on the day of my appointment, I was seen at my scheduled time, as soon as I completed the necessary paperwork. Dr. Fishman gave me all the time I needed and was careful and concerned with his diagnosis.

He thoroughly reviewed with me all aspects of my history that had a potential bearing on the situation. I am grateful for his calm manner and the overall process of the office visit.

Initially it was difficult to get through on their phones to schedule an appointment. However, after reaching out to both Dr. Fishman and the owner of this office, I received immediate responses and resolutions from both. They both suggested scheduling on ZocDoc which I did. It was quick and easy to use and I was also able to leave comments with my insurance questions.

I again received an immediate response from Dr. Fishman confirming the appointment as well as his staff member that answered all of my insurance questions. Dr. Fishman even got back with me a third time to make sure all of my questions were answered. WOW! A doctor that takes time to email patients personally? He really must be as great as his reviews. All I have to say is I can't wait to meet with him.

Worst dr ever hard to get appointment can't ever get people on the phone. Staff is incompetent and took weeks to get results from tests.

I cannot speak of others experiences, other than maybe there were some misunderstanding in how things go with insurance companies and doctors. This was a very professional office. Ariana answered the phone on Tuesday of last week, she was pleasant and took my info over the phone. She asked what insurance I had, and explained that BCBS allowed same day consult/procedures.

I took that option since my wife and I had already discussed and agreed to the vasectomy. My appointment was set for the following Monday. On friday they called to confirm my appointment, again very pleasant and professional. Monday I arrived at the location at 1728 w. Glendale Ave. The place looked like a mid 80s medical plaza on the outside but once I got inside everything looked clean and tidy.

Up the elevator and into the lobby for Dr. Fishman. The lobby was clean, had some medical infotainment on the flatscreen and magazines. I walked up to the window and the gal behind the window took my id and copay. My appointment was at 4:15 and I was called back at 4:15. In the consult Dr. Fishman answered all my questions and asked me if I understood that I was electing ti become sterile.

He explained the proceduee and aftercare. Then it was off to the procedure. The room was a typical medical exam room, trays, exam table/chair thing. Dr. Fisman came in and began. My leg was shaking in anticipation and he talked with me a little to help me be at ease. Some manipulation, anesthetic, snip snip sear and the left one was done. Repeat for the right one and it was done. That easy! A little exit consult about aftercare and I got to go back in 10 weeks to run an analysis to ensure the procedure worked. Thanks to Dr. Fishman and all the staff.

Apparently they have two offices, or moved and didn't update Yelp. I went to the one on 1728 W. Glendale Ave #204 in Phoenix. Anyways, it went downhill from the day before the appointment. They called me to check to see if I was coming in for a consult or the procedure because they didn't know. Pretty sad when the doctor doesn't know what he's doing.

When I arrived for my consult, the building was very run down, very dirty, didn't feel clean at all. Dr. Fishman seemed nice but he rushed the appointment, I think I was there 5 minutes at most. I didn't get a good feeling about the whole ordeal so I didn't go through with the operation, hoepfully other people have better luck than I did.
