It is a pleasure dealing with this office. From making appointments to the office staff. Friendly, professional and efficient. This is my second visit with the doctor and he and the medical staff are wonderful. Listens, explains and exam is thorough. I highly recommend Central Dermatology.

This place is the real deal. I have never been to a medical practice that is so efficient and on time. Alex Driscoll the PA and her MA who works with her were absolutely fantastic. They were thorough and easy to talk to. I was in and out of there in 30minutes. It was incredible.

I have always had a positive experience at the chapel hill office. Dr. Todd is wonderful. She is very friendly, thorough and makes you feel comfortable! Front desk staff is welcoming and professional.

As busy as your office is I saw Stephany Knudsen in a timely manner. Her skin exam and thoroughness were excellent. We are fairly new to the area and are very satisfied with our choice of Central Dermatology.

I didnt have to wait in waiting room. Everybody was real nice. I love Dr. Chang. She is very thorough her assistant was great. Ladies up front greeted me coming and going all good

The office is very clean and the waiting room is a good size with "medical" TV. The parking lot is small and can be crowded. I was in a room in the very back of the building. The room was very chilly at first but the nurse turned a small heater on for me. So it was not too bad.

Didn't have to wait a long time. I was there for my annual dermatology exam. The exam was thorough. Both the assistant and the PA were very good at listening to my concerns and answered my questions.

Great visit with Physician Assistant Laura Phillips, as always. This visit was my annual check - very thorough check by Laura, who also patiently answered all my questions. One of my mole-like markings (on my leg) had turned from beige to dark brown since last examination - and Laura discussed this situation with me. In the end, Laura removed this mole-like mark, thus removing a suspicious change - no fuss, no pain, and great communication throughout. (Laura will let me know the findings after analyzing the removed material.) I've been under Laura's care for years, for which I am extremely grateful and thankful. (I should note that Laura's tech/aid Helena was also excellent.)

I have been going to Central Dermatology for many many years now. My doctor is ALWAYS 100% dedicated to making sure that I am her number one focus my entire visit. I had to have surgery to remove some cancerous cells several years ago. My surgeon was wonderful and took very good care of me. If you're looking for a fantastic, comfortable place to go to for your dermatological needs, I highly recommend Central Dermatology.

Had a great experience with the staff and doctor at Central Dermatology. Dr. Martin was very thorough and explained everything very well. The staff was also very courteous and efficient. I hardly had to wait at all. I definitely recommend these folks for any dermatological needs!

I had a wonderful experience I was so nervous and didn't know what to expect but the doctor was very concerned very gentle Her assistant was so helpful and so understanding they made me feel wonderful God bless the whole facility. I feel I can trust them. That's a big deal for me

The front desk people were EXCELLENT - curious, friendly, helpful, earnest, etc.! Regarding the doctor - over the decades, I've had to become careful about the doctor I choose, and I have no qualms walking away when necessary. This doctor (and her nurse assistant) were excellent in every way. Lastly, when I explained I didn't want any anesthesia to biopsy either place, the doctor didn't argue or denigrate me.

Dr Bell is always professional but friendly. She ask how we are doing and spends a few minutes to catching up on family news. When she makes a recommendation for treatment she explains the reason and the process. We like that CDC is a one stop shop for your dermatological needs.

After being very disappointed at UNC dermatology clinics, I was really pleased at both of my visits at this clinic. They did accept me quickly as a new patient. The first appointment went very well. Both the assistant and doctor were very pleasant. And I was able to make the appointment for surgical removal of a cyst for a week out. Again very good experience during the very minor surgery. Very happy with their professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend this doctor and the clinic.

Destiny is absolutely amazing! My experience started off a little rocky trying out a new service, but luckily, she came to my rescue and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Destiny explains the process for procedures & made me feel comfortable asking all my hundreds of questions. She's incredibly knowledgeable in her craft, conducts thorough assessments, and knows how to achieve the best results.

She's also on top of it when it comes to keeping documentation, so I felt confident each time I came in that we were both on the same page and knew the agenda for the day's visit. Destiny always made my comfort a priority, and went out of her way to do so (such as giving me blankets, ensuring I had my phone, water bottle, etc. was handy during treatment sessions).

She provides excellent instruction for post-treatment care to ensure optimal results. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She made me a lifelong client of Central Dermatology.

So I've been trying to get this tattoo removed for over a year. Central Dermatology was quick, easy and very professional. I felt calm and confident going to this office. My first session was done during my first visit and my second session was scheduled for six weeks. I highly recommend them.
