Physicians' Hearing Aid Center was established as an extension of Otolaryngology Associates of Arlington (OAA) with the purpose of creating a collaborative atmosphere between the ENT physicians and the audiologist. Our goal is to provide better hearing healthcare through the comprehensive management of hearing and medical needs.

I'm giving a 4 star primarily for Dr. Scoresby and woman who took me to the exam room. It's been a few years since the last time I visited Central Park ENT in Arlington however I can recall having better experiences then compared to now. The girl at the front had a very dry personality, never made eye contact and just overall seemed annoyed as if she didn't want to be at work today.

I get 755a is pretty early however I'm sure this isn't your 1st day nor your 1st job if you're not a morning person maybe you should look into working in the back or elsewhere with later hours sweetheart. When I called to get seen I did choose the earliest time because the earlier the better for me however when I show up I'm still having to wait more than 10 minutes to get called back. Luckily I was off today so u wasn't pressed for time but this wasn't a short commute especially with early morning traffic. Overall once I did get back there I was done on less than 15 mins I do love and always prefer to see Dr. Scoresby keep being awesome at what you do sir!

I had an unfortunate terrible experience trying to get feedback from Dr's Thomas staff. They wouldn't give me results over the phone as the policy is to do this in person! I lw Friday early and no call.( I found the results) and nobody knows why this was ever ordered He and his MA has still not called. I had a pain behind my ear. he ordered an mri?

I wanted to know the results as I didn't want to go the whole weekend without any info. It is now Monday afternoon and no call! This is a poor poor way to leave any patient wondering! No way I will ever return. Shame on them!

The ONLY reason I am giving them a 2 is because of Dr Gibbs and Dr Pena they are both outstanding Drs and have helped my family over the years. The front office and making an appointment are nightmarish at best. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I show up for my appointment finally after 2 rescheduled appointments multitudes of phone tag and complete lack of any common courtesies I was told oh sir your appointment isn't until tomorrow.

She laughed as she was telling me that I should have gotten an email last week that they had to shift it one day. Her statement was, so we'll see you in the morning. No you won't cancel it.

Okay, so I have mixed feelings about Central Park ENT. After reading mist of their reviews, I decided to schedule an appointment anyway-mainly because my insurance had already approved my tongue surgery procedure. So, I will make this review pretty short even though my experience has been an interesting one. First, I want to say that all of the reviews regarding communication is on point.

The communcation here kind of sucks. It took me about 1 or so months just to schedule an appointment because their offices kept playing phone tag with me. Not to mention, at one point they said they would call back and never did. I continued to chase this office to schedule. I was very concerned about my procedure due to the communication issues. As for payment, I have not had any issues with payment or communicating about the payment. Now, I was told minimal information about my procedure, including the appointment time was tentative until the day before when they confirmed the appointment.

As for what I needed to pay for, I was definitely prepared for that. As for the knowledge, Dr. Rene Pena was THE MOST knowledgeable. He answered all of my pre-op questions regarding my holistic diet. I asked about manuka, cinnamon, tumeric, eleutro, ashwaganda, and other adaptogenic herbs and spices and I was surprised that he knew about them and could confidently inform me about the impacts of my diet and how it may affect my healing. Overall, my diet was not a problem.

I was definitely fearful that some 'blood thinning' spices would impact my pre-op and post-op healing. As for my post-op appointments, communication had improved a little bit by the time of post-op. For that I am grateful for As I was no longer anxious due to their office office could heal decently. Would I ever visit this office again.maybe. I would only see Dr. Rene Pena though.

Front office is terrible, My husband had a appt two in a half months ago and they sent the preauth a week ago since they waited until the week before surgury. due to their lack of. He now has to reschedule surgery after being miserable and needing surgery asap. We both have taken off of work and someone took my shift and now i am out hours for a crap uneducated front office. TERRIBLE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. YOU DONT GET CALL BACK EITHER. YOU CAN NEVER GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.

They still have not told us any out of pocket or any information until the day before whish was today and surgery was scheduled for tomorrow. That they got us in a mess like this. It is very unfortunate for Dr. Thomas as he is great.

Went in as a chas patient cause for years I've had a problem swallowing right. enough that I'm willing to pay out of pocket to see someone to help me. They charged me 180 or so at the door before meeting w a dr then changed me another 95 or so after the dr looked down my throat w a popsicle stick. Nothing was resolved for me I'm still the same just about 300 dollars lighter A WASTE OF MY TIME MONEY & effort smh I would sue otc

This really hurts my heart that during a pandemic Dr. Pina wouldn't work out a payment play with me to get tubes in my ear to stop the fluid, dizziness, and my lost of hearing. l've sent friends and family to him praising his great work ethics and it hurts to my soul that he would deny me after knowing I'm in pain. Have a heart. Now.i have to look for another ENT that has a heart to allow me to ateast pay half. Dr. Pina you are a cold hearted man and for that I wish no good to you.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Thomas today. I rarely write reviews but my experience was so stellar that I had to give feedback. I have an ear condition that is unusual and has worsened over time. After finally deciding to seek an ENT input I had an appointment with a provider at another facility and it was not a good experience. So I sought out a second opinion.

I found Dr. Thomas after lots of research and reviews and recommendations. He was incredible! He took the time to listen to my history and weird symptoms, asked a lot of questions, and has developed a comprehensive plan to investigate the cause of my out-of-the-box condition. I am looking forward to working through this with him. I was not promised a solution because it's still too unknown but I have full confidence that he will make every attempt to uncover the cause. SO grateful for Dr. Thomas!

My son was referred to this office due to recurrent t ear infections. At that time he was on his 4th in 4 weeks. After seeing Dr. Thomas last Thursday, we were supposed to get a call on Monday to schedule for tubes. Never got a call. Today is Wednesday and we called back to check at status and to let them know my son is showjng full blown signs of another ear infection.

The MA told us we would have to finish the antibiotic which hAd another 5 days to go to make 11 days total. The mom in me said screw thatt. Called his primary and they looked at his ear and stated they are very surprised his ear drum has not ruptured at this point and that if I would have waited like that MA told me, we would be in a very different spot. Patient care at this office is complete unacceptable. Beware and read all the reviews regarding pediatrics before you choose this place!

Dr. Palmer and staff were amazing. My 5 year old felt completely at ease with him and we so happy with our tonsillectomy procedure. The staff was great at making sure we knew what to expect and answered all our many questions promptly.

I am not happy with their policy of only being able to see a particular doctor, even if they are unavailable and someone else is available. 5 days to see Dr Thomas is too long to wait. My daughters eardrum ruptured. I hate leaving voice mails. I was not called back and so I will not be back to see them.

We all know that any business runs on the back of their administrative staff, well this staff is running this business into the ground. They SAID when checked in my insurance was coded incorrectly. Took 4 calls from my insurance carrier to get my money refunded. Will report to Medicare for double billing.

Unhappy front office staff. Better customer service at McDonald's. Two visits to care now and finally an appointment with an Ent. Dr. Thomas dismissed my complaints of jaw, neck and cheek pain. His advice try heat and nose spray. ( been doing for a month already) Come back in Three weeks so I can charge your insurance again for nothing. I told the pregnant office lady collecting my copay that this was a waste of my time.

She shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Lack of compassion or empathy from the doctor. Ended up at a TMJ clinic the next week with answers. ( no referral) out of pain and help to correct the problem. Terrible experience! Give the nurses a raise. The only positive thing I encountered while at this place.

Dr Lee is amazing. He's helped my daughter when she had her tonsils out and then again when she got tubes in her ears. He is kind and he has an excellent bedside manner. I would go to him again! The surgery center staff there are excellent as well. My daughter felt comfortable and safe.

I visited Central Park ENT today after an unsuccessful visit with another ENT office in Arlington. The staff was friendly enough, the audio tester was extremely kind and patient, and though my actual visit with the doctor wasn't long, he was attentive and provided understandable solutions.

$175.00 for 10 min. "limited" exam just to be told their machine is broken and someone from their office will reschedule for testing somewhere else. 6 days later I get the reschedule call. Had Vertigo issues and had no intentions of waiting a week! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

The MD I had rushed my cleaning my eardrum and it was EXTREMELY painful. I cried terribly through it and he just proceeded through it without acknowledging me. He was very rude and so eager to rush me through my appointment.
