I take my dad here last week and it was very nice. The staff and the doctor were kind to him and did a good job. We did not wait very long. I will be going here and also my kids.

I went there when I got a stye and my doctor referred me there to open up the stye and drain it. The doctor saw me and asked me to keep putting warm compress and hopefully it would open up by itself. He took a pic with his phone. Next appointment it was the same. Same recommendation and picture taken with his phone. Then I got a bill for $150dlls for picture taken! (only for one pic) When I went to my third appointment I asked the doctor why I was bill, he turned to his assistant and asked her to fix that kinda embarrassed.

I was scheduled for the 4th appointment and of course, I did not go there anymore! If they charge 150 dlls to the insurance for every pic taken with a cell phone, 3 appointments make 450dlls and he did not even checked me with the special machine. I just realized that they just took advantage to people like me to get money from the insurance companies. My stye eventually healed after a month and a half. I deffinetely do not recommend this place.

Enjoyed walking into a clean office where everyone was wearing a mask. Loved the selection of glasses they have. Super cute styles of frames for good prices. The lady who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely will be back when my insurance lets me get another pair!

They provide the worst customer service and lied about the medical insurance coverage. They said they stopped taking the eye insurance for health plan of San Joaquin 3 years ago when I just seen them last year and they were going to give me glasses but I had missed my appointment. Get your facts straight. This is the worst employee customer service I've ever had. You don't lie to your customers or make them feel they have to go down there and set things by a straight.

We called they said the accepted my daughter's insurance we went it took way longer then it should apt was at 3 didn't leave to closing around 5 we finished but that was not worst of it a week later they called saying they don't except her insurance for the glasses or any glasses for thar fact. These guys will milk your insurance then leave you with no glasses. (Update) Practice manager reached out to us and helped smooth out the situation a bit so we did not feel as helpless so we are updating from 1 star to 4 thanks for reaching out to us. I really do hope the Manteca location can be a bit more informative about The service they provide!

They are very unprofessional and rude they take forever to answer the phone and the wait takes a long time. Also I placed an order for my glasses they were ready in one week and they took three weeks to arrive and I wanted to pick them up and now I have to wait another weeks to pick up which is ridiculous. They were placed the beginning of October and now I have to wait til November 16th to pick up.

I love this office! So much so that I drive 40 minutes to be seen there. Sure they have emergencies, but they have called me to let me know that I was bumped and gave me the choice of coming in a little later that day or to reschedule. If I was the one that had an injury I would want them to put me at the top of the list too, so I totally understand.

What people need to understand they are not just there for vision test and glasses, optometrist. In this office, they are ophthalmologist, so emergencies happen. Dr. Tittler could not be more gentle and informative. The ONLY down fall to this office is that it isn't closer. I'm thinking they need to expand to the Turlock area.

I was also very disappointed with the optician, because after dilation. my eyes was so blurry when i drive home. she did not bother to tell me that my eyes would be blurry and never give me extra protection for the sun.it took until next day and my eyes felt sore and watery. I just don't know why I kept going back to valley eye care.

Wait time with a appointment is long and Frustrating. In their Manteca and Stockton office. The office is not ran smoothly and they can be rude. I think they forget that we have lives and our time is important to us and we should get in on our appointment times! Stop scheduling 5 people or more at the same time. Appointment is what it is a schedule time. Not a wait time!

I went to them when I first moved to Manteca. My appt was at 2:30. After a routine exam, I exited the office at 4:30. I didn't even pick out glasses. I went for my annual appt a couple of weeks ago. My appt was again at 2:30, and I didn't get called into a room until 3:10. After being left alone for eye dilation and other reasons unbeknownst to me, I finally got done at 4:40.

I called today to cancel a follow- up appt, and I was immediately placed on hold. I finally had to hang up after being on hold for 17 mins. This lack of consideration for patients' time is unacceptable and unprofessional. Needless to say, I'll be looking for a new eye dr.

I have been going here for the past few years as this business was recommended to me by a family member. I have never had a problem with them. Staff members are friendly & helpful, especially the people who help you with new glasses. My only negative is that the wait can be a bit long.
