A rash refers to a change that affects the skin and usually appears as a red patch or small bumps or blisters on the skin. The majority of rashes are harmless and can be treated effectively with over-the-counter anti-itch creams, antihistamines and moisturizing lotions. A rash may be a sign of a more serious illness, such as Lyme Disease, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, liver disease, kidney disease or some types of cancers.
Living and working in high-altitude regions, such as Wyoming, increases ultraviolet light exposure and creates an increased risk for developing skin irregularities. Central Wyoming Skin Clinic regularly provides skin cancer screenings and treatment for sun related abnormalities. These diagnoses include actinic keratoses, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma. All of these are routinely diagnosed and treated in our office.
Acne - Acne is the most common skin problem in the United States, affecting not only teenagers but up to 80% of people in their twenties and thirties. Palomar Pulsed Light Systems offer an effective alternative acne treatment. Palomar Systems deliver concentrated light pulses which target the acne causing bacteria and inhibit future acne breakouts.
Mohs surgery is a specialized, highly effective technique for removing skin cancers. It was developed in the 1930s by Dr. Frederick Mohs at the University of Wisconsin and is now practiced throughout the world. Mohs surgery differs from other skin cancer treatments in that it permits the immediate and complete microscopic examination of the removed cancer tissue so that all roots and extensions of cancer can be eliminated.

Dr. Green does not care about his patients. He only cares about how much he can make from us by being in the room with us as little as possible. I couldn't belive my appointment was scheduled for 10 minutes and I was seen for 5 minutes to pay a large copay without answers from Dr. Green. The only thing that is saving this review is Chantel. She was very kind, spent time with me and made me feel at ease.

I was VERY PLEASED with my first appointment with Dr Matthew Green! He was SO NICE & VERY KIND as he checked my hand then explained my two options. His nurse was FANTASTIC & VERY GENTLE as she numbed up my hand! Not nearly as painful as I've experienced before elsewhere. The whole staff was SUPER NICE & FRIENDLY! VERY WELCOMING for a new nervous patient! With one visit my husband & I both chose to move our skin care over to Dr Green. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE/DOCTORS!

This review is for the scheduling and billing department. After my referral and initial scheduling for an appointment. I was informed that there was a "scheduling error" which in plain language is a way to shift blame to an non-entity of the mistake. This is when the phone tag game started. Back and forth calls, getting calls from central numbers so you cant call back directly, getting transferred, put on hold and sent to voice mails because employees "screen all calls." So far my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The receptionists were nice enough but I was not impressed with Dr. Green. HE wanted ME to tell him what I wanted, I don't know what I want, that's why I'm here. I needed help and he acted like he had better things to do. Then I get a bill for an "extended visit office fee" of 90. I already paid 120 and I was only in the examine room maybe fifteen minutes, if that. The two star are for the billing lady because she removed the fee. Will not recommend.

What a wonderful and inviting office to step into. I would (and already have) recommended Dr. Green and his staff to everyone I know. Iwas in a bit of a pickle when I called to ask if it was possible to see the doctor. Two days before Christmas and I came down with a horrible face rash and was a mess. The front staff was amazing-compassionate and competent. They got me in the next day and before I knew it, I was on the way out of the office and happy happy with Dr. Green and his staff.

The employees at Central Wyoming Skin Clinic are always professional and kind. I've had to go a few times for various skin issues and they always treat me right.

Nancy Brown was extremely unprofessional, asking my 11 year old if he didn't want to remove the mole because it would cost his mom and dad a lot of money. I knew it would be spendy and I still took him in. She should of never put that kind of guilt on a child. I will never recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Bennion was so patient with me, I'm a scaredy cat. His staff helping with the 5 minute procedure were super friendly and kind. I ended up having a great experience!

I usually don't leave negative reviews but this organization dropped the ball repeatedly and I am compelled to warn others. We saw Dr. Green and there wasn't any consistency from visit to visit. On the initial visits there was plenty of discussion about long term courses of action. On the followup visits it was obvious he wasn't going to be working up any of the myriad issues that had been previously discussed.

Not the first time a physician has done that sort of thing, but we could have saved ourselves time and money of having to traipse over for unproductive appointments, especially when long drives are involved. At the end of the day though, if you didn't want/need the healthcare, you wouldn't go see the physician; it is a letdown to be told something will be taken care of at the next appointment only to realize you will not have resolution or a course of action.

Their front staff was always cordial and nice but unfortunately billing made a pretty major botch. I wanted to make my payments the day of the appointments and the front staff said the billing folks needed to submit it to insurance for the proper amount and we would get a bill later. Fair enough. Issue is they didn't send a bill. Several months later, they just put it straight to collections.

Not cool. I get that mistakes happen and all but this seems a longer string of mistakes. I am not sure if this is just because we went to a satellite office of theirs and it could have impacted overall communication. Whatever the case may be, it left me with extra phone tag, investigation and messy cleanup work not of my doing. I would advise people to steer clear.

There are some really good local health care practitioners (Thunder Basin Orthopedics is stellar for example and never had an issue with billing either even though they are based elsewhere). Sometimes it does pay to just drive to bigger cities with more of a professional operation where a client won't fall through the cracks and that the left and right hand know coordinate more effectively.
