Molly is an amazing nurse. She stayed calm and collected when my husband was having adverse side effects and a panic attack during his night. He thought he was dying. Molly has been able to read my husband and can see when he needs immediate help. She has built a wonderful rapport with him and has made him feel heard and that his concerns are valid.

He has never had an experience as warm as he has had with Molly. He has genetic disorders due to his heritage and has had terrible experiences with hospitals in Arizona. Molly had renewed his faith in this country's health care system and allowed him to feel comfortable so that he can heal. Molly deserves some praise and admiration for her dedication to her patients, she provides a light hearted bed side manner which is refreshing given the serious procedure he just under went.

I cannot express our gratitude for her enough. Molly has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that George feels his care is a partnership. She encourages him to open and honest about his pain and is extremely willing to listen to what he feels he needs during his recovery from neurosurgery. Thankyou so much Molly. You are an asset to your team and organization. I hope we encounter many more nurses with your abilities and passion.

Their ED didn't give me my printed script for my blood clot. They asked me several times which pharmacy I used. Apparently that was just for their own information because they didn't bother calling it into my pharmacy. So I have a life threatening problem and they didn't seem very sympathetic when I told them of the problem. I had to drive 15 minutes back to the hospital and then 45 minutes in the other direction to get the script filled at 10pm on a Friday night.

Which I wouldn't have had to do had they 1. Given me the script when I was at the hospital the night before. 2. Called it into the pharmacy like a normal clinic (it was for blood thinner so it's not like it was some addictive drug I was trying to get my hands on.) or 3. Took responsibility for their failure and get it handled for me so I would at least have another dose - which without taking INCREASES my risk of forming new clots. Life threatening problem and they drop the ball completely without any accountability on their end. Reckless and unprofessional.

Not much good i can say about this hospital. they treat family of trauma victims horribly - just awful. and then the hospital sends the trauma patient home after only 3 days of care with a broken hip, pelvis and jaw and perforated spleen. fortunately he didn't need surgery but he needs intensive physical therapy. he wasn't ready to leave and we weren't ready at home to accommodate him. we ended up with 2 hours to prepare for his arrival at home - not the two days that we repeatedly asked for.

Unfortunately Ive been a patient more times than i care to admit, and have never seen anything like this. sounds like the hospital's parent company, Centura, does this to many of their patients. it feels like their executives make millions annually at the expense of their patients, even though we have great insurance. in fact in what can only be explained as a first, our insurance company disagreed with the decisions of the hospital. Nothing can be done about this now for my family but hopefully we can help their next patient get more understanding and compassion.

After my father had an auto accident in November he was in Intensive care for about a month before finally passing away. All during that time the nurses and doctors were highly attentive to his needs and comfort and kept us constantly informed of his condition and progress or lack there of. In the end, they allowed us to be there when the end came and showed the same attention and concern as they kept checking on us to see if there was anything we needed or they could do to help us in our vigil.

They always showed the utmost care and respect to both my father and my family. I really appreciate everything they did and they continually went above and beyond. Thank you everyone!

The entire staff at Saint Anthony hospital provided excellent medical care with compassion, empathy and confidence. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a mastectomy and breast reconstruction. The Saint Anthony team met my physical and emotional needs. I highly recommend this hospital for the competence and commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

My husband took me to the ER with a skiing accident and they took care of my injury promptly. Great staff, you guys rock! The nice guy that admitted me was so funny and courteous and I hope I get his name right but I believe it was Tommy, the nurses and doctor right down to admin were all great! Thank you again!

St.anthony was great for my husband's care after his stroke. Everyone we dealt with there were wonderful. I stayed with him for the first 3 days he was there. When I had to return to work I knew he was in good hands. From the nurses asst nurses to the inpatient therapists and now the outpatient therapists. We have been very happy with all the results.
