I love the fact that I never have to wait to see the doctor. They don't overbook like other doctors do. The staff is always attentive and caring, and they have always treated me with kindness. Dr. Chacko obviously cares about me because she remembers the smallest details of my last visit and asks about them. I have been coming to Dr. Chacko for years now and I will continue. Stonebrook family medicine is the best.

This is my second time for a checkup with Dr. Chacko. I did not like the service the first time as Dr took less than 2-3 minutes with me during the first visit but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I came into the office today as I have hives all over my body. The Dr consulted with me for 2 minutes and said just by looking at me that it's normal and would go away on its own.

No test no further questions or anything and sent me on my way. I am so upset that I waisted my time and money. If you are looking for a doctor do not come to this facility. We all owe it to ourselves to be seen by a health facility that truly cares for the patients well-being's and doesn't just Want to collect a copay.

Never fired a doctor before but this is a first. First impression of the clinic for a routine physical/ medication refill. Waited in the waiting room for a half hour past appointment time. Was brought back into the exam room and waited an hour before being seen by Dr. Chacko. 10 minute visit took a total of 2hrs out of my day (required to show up earlier then appointment time for paperwork) As a relatively healthy individual I brushed it off considering I don't go to doctor often.

For the past 10 years I have been on the same medication that is normally prescribed once a year at physical time with 12 refills. She said she would refill after our visit. However she did not. So I had to call and she refilled for 1 month. After the month I had to call again, she refilled for an additional month. I called the office again and the nurse called me and stated I need to come in before they refill. NEVER had this happen to me.

I argued that I just seen her 2 months ago. She refilled it for 90 days. Now they refuse to fill it and stated I need to come in every 6 months. Keep in mind this is a thyroid medication at which I have my thyroid levels drawn often and have had a stable thyroid panel for the past 10 years never requiring a dosage change. Spoke to Vanessa the nurse at length about my frustrations with needing to come in just to refill and she simply said thats our policy.

As nurse myself, she lacked any and all compassion/understanding. This clinic is simply a money grab and the lack of communication and disregard for people and their time is evident. I didn't realize how hard it would be to find a quality pcp now living in Texas.

Do not go here. Terrible staff. Inconsiderate of patients and their time. NP barely listens and just smacks on her gum while you're trying to explain your issues. Took 3 weeks and 3 voicemails before finally receiving a 30 second call about my lab results. Worst dr's office I've ever been to and I was in the military so I know a terrible dr's office when I see one.

Very disappointed with them, I am planning on changing due to lack of listening. I had traveled and upon returning made an appointment after an illness I was sent back to say go to ER where they found it was only bacteria, My husband called them requesting for recommending a handcap sticker since after illness I can't walk long distance, and I still have therapy, she wants me to make an appointment!

I always have been helped in any medical situation (colds and other problems) by Dr. Chacko. She truly cares about her parents. The front office staff, when I have been there, could not have been nicer or more professional. They are excellent!

I have been with Dr. Chacko for over 20 years. Even though I live 35 miles away now, I still make the drive to Frisco for my appointments. Everyone on the staff is kind and efficient. I never feel like I have been rushed through an appointment. My concerns are taken seriously and addressed.

Was diagnosed with shingles called several times to speak to doctor Chako front desk was no help. Was promised a call back 3 times and it never happened. I am a returned patient from years back and now I remember why I left in the 1st place. If you don't have proper front desk help and nurses your practice will fail hopefully for Doctor Chako that won't happen because it is not her fault.

Dr Chacko by far is the worst Doctor I've ever seen. The only good thing about her office is that there is never any wait. Most likely because she doesn't have many patients because she's so awful. Urgent Care is BY FAR a better option than Dr (I use that title loosely) Chacko. In the few times I've been to her office, she's offered nothing of value to me.

I needed a referral to a rheumatologist.did she provide the referral? Nope. I had an episode where all my airway passages closed up, couldn't breathe, prickly skin, redness. It was scary. I called her the next day and got in to see her same day. Come to find out, it was a panic attack. She told me I needed medication to help me through. Did she prescribe me the medication? Nope. Told me to find a psychiatrist.

Do you know how long it takes to get in with a psychiatrist? And I'm having panic attacks and literally can't breathe! WTH These are just two examples of many. She's awful. She just wants you to throw money at you for her to listen to you breathe.

I am in the middle of Covid with aftermath When I was positive I called the office received a return call to ride it out. If gets worse call Urgent Care or ER. 2 days at Urgent Care then 5 days in hospital. I show that hospital sent records to my primary care doctor, never heard a word from them. Going into the weekend nervous about refills, guidance I called the office, message said if after 4:30 I may not hear back.

I called at 2:30 not 4:30. I still have heard nothing from this office. I guess Primarily Care for this office is my annual well checkup. My bad - I am looking for someone to become Primary Care as with blood clots on my lungs and double pneumonia I can't get a call back.

Try to avoid speaking with Alisha or Elisha at the front desk. She was extremely rude and after asking for care and why this office is listed on my new insurance card I was told they do not accept my insurance. I asked why and she hung up on me. I called back asking why she hung up on me and she was very rude. I'm actually glad they do not accept my UHC coverage if this is how the staff treats patients.

Now I'm concerned how this doctor treats patients if she hires this type of staff. Very unprofessional. I would definitely not like someone like this representing my health care practice. Be aware.

The staff here is wonderful! We had some issues with our insurance and the office manager Angela was a big help. She got it all straightened out for us so we wouldn't have any more issues. Would definitely recommend then.

I definitely agree with all of the negative reviews. Dr Chacko is very passive and nonchalant. She just sits there in awkward silence until you diagnose yourself. I waited for in the patient room for 40 min for her. I had to ask her to physically exam my injury to which she seemed afraid to touch. I got better advice from my 16 year old who's had 2 years of health science in High school!.quickest $125 I've ever spent!

I went to Dr. Chacko for about 5 years. The level of service has continuously went down hill. I agree with the earlier review that the place reeks of arrogance. I no longer go there because of my dissatisfaction with the nonchalant attitude my health and well being was serviced. First, I had a severe pain in my big toe on my right foot. They tested me for gout, the test came back negative and they told me there was nothing they could do that it was a sprain.

Several months later I diagnosed the problem myself and asked for anti-fungal meds, which the doctor regrettably obliged me and provided the prescription. I lost my toe nail and my foot has been fine for the last 3 years. I also had extreme knee pain. X-rays were taken and initial steroids were prescribed. The steroids made a big difference and temporarily relieved the pain, but the doctor never told me that I actually had a bone spur in my knee until a few years later in an annual physical consultation.

I thought that by going to the same doctor for several years, that I was establishing a relationship with my PCP, so that necessary investment would be made in my health, but this office is nothing more than a cattle call which they churn through people providing the absolute minimum service. Don't go here. Your health is important and this place doesn't care about you.

This place is absolutely awful. By far the worst dr office I've ever gone to. the front desk lady was clueless and the nurse prescribed me meds for symptoms that I wasn't even having. Not only that I was charged full price for service and then when I asked "why" the front lady told me it's because I have a copay THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE my insurance does not involve a co-pay and never has.

I paid to get out of that God forsaken place as the front desk lady made me uncomfortable with her non verbal responses to my clarifying questions to better understand how all of a sudden I have a co pay. I called my insurance to report this and they confirmed that what I was charged for services was an over payment and I am due a credit. The insurance company called on my behalf to their office while I was on the phone to let them know that THEY OWE ME the lady lied and said she would cut me a check to have the money I am owed refunded the same day.its been two weeks and I haven't received a thing!

This office is a rip off and I can't believe they have been open this long serving clients. Any star rating over 1 star has to be fake. This office deserves negative stars. And for the people at the office who review customers reviews do not reply back to me with some false care about how I was treated. Do not call or email me asking why I gave a bad review. It's clear in my review why.

Send me my refund check you scammers! And another thing.their facilities suck. By far the worst bathroom at a doctors office I've every been in, I was afraid to touch anything in that bathroom. Yuck! If you are scamming clients as often as you scammed me I'm sure you can get a better facility and remodel that run down rest room.

I came to Dr. Chacko after having avoided doctors for years. She had to really look over someone who had winged it healthwise for years. Dr. Chacko was/is so professional. She was concerned that I get all the tests that I needed to help me feel better. She is very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. I highly recommend Dr. Chacko. I have been to doctors all over the United States.and she is one of the best!

Overall weird, unprofessional staff and group. Place reeks of arrogance. They cancel a prior authorized and confirmed appointment for a few specialty thyroid diagnostic tests in the last minute. They forced me into seeing Dr. Chacko again for no good reason. I was ready to see her after the specialty test results were out which would give her more data points to understand my body physiology better.

In spite of the office staff agreeing to and acknowledging everything I said, the doctor and office staff decided to cancel it with no sound logic. They have no empathy and don't feel bad for wasting a patient's valuable time and energy in this entire episode. This is the worst experience I ever had in the last 20 years or so. I wish places like these get sanctioned or barred from practicing medicine. Doctors like these are the reason why people are losing trust in the medical establishment. I hope there is a way to give Dr. Chacko and her office group a negative number in the review system.

As an established, low maintenance patient, I felt that the office could have taken better care of me when I was ill. I called the morning after I was seen by Dr. Chacko, to tell them my symptoms were worse-including a bad headache. My headache started the morning prior, but Dr. Chacko said to continue Mucinex (with acetaminophen), and I was taking ibuprofen as well.

The office didn't get back with me for several hours and I wasn't any better so I called again. The receptionist said "well they typically call before they leave for the day after they've seen patients." I don't feel like that is very good patient care, so I told her.my symptoms started before my visit yesterday can I please talk to the nurse.

She obliged, and the nurse gets on the phone, and says "Dr. Chacko said it hasn't been 24 hours for the antibiotic, she can call you in naproxen." The same drug class as the ibuprofen I was taking that wasn't helping? Also no need for a script, you can purchase over the counter. Then, she said, "well I'll talk to dr. Chacko again and call you back." She calls back, at this time it's 3pm. I'm sick, headache has lasted over 24 hours, and she gives me the same response- "take naproxen." I honestly couldn't believe how little they cared about me, my time, or my symptoms. After 2 years, I'll be finding another primary care provider.
