I have had mostly good experience and good products from this place- but had today such an awful time trying to get some simple help from a staff member who identified himself as Hunter, really mean, and to enjoy being unhelpful, way too much attitude to be interacting with customers. Really spoiled my interest in the place, not the kind of rotten attitude that I want to encounter, - I hope the management can help give this guy to remove the giant chip he has on his shoulder, or they will likely be losing more than me as a customer.

Very descant employee as well as considerate and respectful, not invasive. Makes sure to let others know it's for the specific customer who orders not others waiting on company or there deliveries. Thank you HOD NLESS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Sincerely your's, Traci Lee

Their selection is great. They always have great deals. The budtenders are friendly which is a huge plus for me. I can't stand inattentive rude budtenders.

Buzz Box is literally right down the street, I don't know why anyone would ever choose to go to Chalice. Get with the times, lower your prices! NO options for good cheap flower. And the edibles? Most dispensaries in this city sell a 1000MG bottle of Muleshine THC syrup for around $55. Chalice doesn't carry Mule, but their equivalent bottle of their own brand of THC syrup is being sold for $94! Vote with your dollar, and don't vote for Chalice.

I am a frequent Chalice customer, but has never tried delivery. Today was a long day and I just wanted to go home so I sent in an order and 2 hours later Alex arrived. I don't think I've ever been happier to see a delivery person. As a result my day has gotten considerably better. Quality product, amazing customer service and now I can say, wonderful delivery!

Always great service. I think that is the most important attribute of Chalice Farms. They have a good range of quality products, a convenient location, and very competitive prices and deals. But their consistent, friendly, professional customer service is why I keep returning.

Derek and many others in there are amazing. Their team in this location has been super helpful for my partners pain as well as my spinal pain from military injury. They have been helpful with sleep and anxiety and things that can hit all of the above all at once. They're very very knowledgeable at this location and beyond friendly. Multiple times they have helped me out even when they didn't have to.

They also have a awesome program for keeping you up to date with sales. Delivery is also beyond friendly and super cool. It's easy to go here and talk with the staff if you are curious or in need of some guidance. 5 stars is not enough! Derek alone gives these guys a 10 star+ rating if I could just because of his customer service experience he has shown my partner and I no matter how busy they are or get.

Great flower, dabs, and edibles. Got a really good 1/8th for $15! Chalice always has the best deals in town. Would highly recommend this dispensary.
