The Inland Valley Disease Management Clinic is an extension of the Chaparral Medical Group, working extensively with patients suffering with Diabetes. IVDMC works with patients for successful self-management of the disease, helping patients feel better and helping reducing chances of developing complications like heart disease, kidney disease, nerve damage, lower leg amputation or eye disorders.
Chaparral Medical Group is supporting the expansion of Telehealth services throughout the service areas, to improve access to critically needed specialty care and to aid in rapid diagnosis and treatment. Telehealth eliminates one of the longstanding barriers to quality care - geographic distance to health care resources.

I was very impressed with the nurse practitioner but follow up or talking to someone is impossible. I needed a prescription called in and so far have called and left messages which no one returns. Also sent in and talked to the receptionist who said she would let the NP know and still no prescription sent. What should maybe take five minutes is so far five days. Not impressed with the overall of their staff.

Dr. Nicoferous is straight to the point type of doctor, while still caring for his patients. They have a good pharmacy connected to Chaparral Medical Group that carry a name brand medicine that I require. Therefor, this is where I need to be. I truly appreciate not having a pharmacy turning me away, just due to my needing the name brand medicine.
