Horrible customer service they don't take African American kids seriously when they say something is wrong they don't want to write prescription so they make your child suffer never again.

So done with this doctors office. They treat their patients parents like they don't know anything. I've had to school them many times. They aren't up to date with recent studies and it's just sad. Also their exam rooms are FILTHY! It took them a YEAR of my kiddo being sick so figure out he has a simple food allergy. Each time I went in they treated us like my kid was making it up.

Last time I spoke with them on the phone, their own nurse was so sick she couldn't even speak! Now she's working and getting the healthy kids sick that she is supposed to be helping.

Don't bring your kids here!. Not only did I have issues with them and my kids doctor specifically Dr Harrington. But as did my sister. She was prescribed medicine for depression and was given such a high dosage for her age and weight. With Dr. Harrington not knowing what her patient was dealing with and not helping my sister instead just making her feel worse for having anxiety etc.

My Sister was rushed to the hospital the other night, having constant tics due to the medicine she had been prescribed for the past month. If you deal with any mental health issues or are a young mom. AVOID GOING HERE! They don't even deserve this one star.

My son has been a patient for 3 years now. He loves Dr Harrington and so do we. She is very helpful when we ask questions or ask for guidance with his medical needs. The nurses are very helpful also and so nice and patient with us. I couldn't ask for a better office. It was our 1st choice when moving here from our of state and we think it was the best decision we made when we did.

I went to them as a kid and never had any issues, we miss Dr. Little. We continued to go to them after my first born was born, about 2 month after going there he started having breathing issues, Karen a PA diagnosed him with a stomach virus, few days later he could hardly breath so we took him back in to finally find out he had RSV. How she missed that not sure, but this wasnt the last of our issues.

We moved not long after this but moved back right before our second was born and went back to Chesterfield Pediatrics. At our youngest's 2 month check up we learned he wasnt gaining weight and where instructed to just supplement. Later that night he developed a fever from his vaccines so we took him to the ER where we learned he wasnt just not gaining weight, he was malnourished.

He was admitted for a week with Failure to Thrive. Now everyone makes mistakes and misses things, but this was HUGE. I was very disappointed that Dr. Harrington didnt take his weight seriously earlier that day. we immediately switched, and when we did we learned that this Pediatric Office is going under, that they dont even pay their employees anymore because they don't have the money.

Please don't take your babies here! something that should have been noticed at a well check wasnt and could have been a lot more severe if we hadn't gone to the ER the same night. Going to add they had insufficient shot records for my two month old and we had to redo all his vaccines!

I really like this place. I received custody of my nephew (long story) and needed to get him caught up on shots, well check, etc, as well as have a regular pediatrician for him to see. I shopped around and found this place was equal parts close and well liked. And they took my insurance so that was a plus! Dr. Ahmed is kind, does really well with my nephew and he responds well with her.

She was not only concerned about his physical well-being but his emotional well-being and even mine too. I admit I must have been completely frazzled and out of my element on that first visit. But she met my panic with patience and my endless questions with pointed, informed answers. The reception staff is kind and helpful and the nurse who has administered his shots both times is a dang superhero! She is quick and efficient so the process is nearly painless (for him) and over quickly (for both of us.) I'm so grateful to you all!

While we loved this practice for many years, we missed a couple appointments for viable reasons, called to reschedule the appointments, and regardless of what the reasons were, we were dismissed from their practice this weekend via certified mail. What a great way to treat patients who have been patient's there for 11 + years and have probably missed less than a handful of appointments total. Thanks!

Be very leary, and don't whatever you do, don't miss their appointments. They have no vested interest in you, your child, or your life for that matter. Guess they are just looking for the money that your insurance company will pay them.

Do NOT send your child here. Mine has multiple medical issues and they filled out his kindergarten school form as "well child." They also didn't record several vaccines in the proper manner over the years so that I ended up with 3 different shot records and the public school claiming that my son couldn't go to kindergarten, even though he had had all his shots.

They constantly bill me for "pre-pay" $20 before we even go to the next appt. The providers can be condescending and make you feel like you are at fault for every issue your child has. Do yourself and your child a favor and find a competent office that cares. I am glad we moved!

If I had a horrible button, I would click it. I am sure if I was a rich 30 year old lady, I would receive the same respect; however, we are young parents. Myself, 19, and my son is almost 5 months. I receive disgusting looks and attitude from not only the staff, but my lovley Dr. Harrington who after our first two appointments I would specifically request to not have to see her.

She speaks to me like I am 12, I may be a teenager, but I am still a mother. We still pay for the treatment we receive and deserve to be respected and spoken to as adults. I am switching offices this afternoon and have never been more excited! I don't blame half of the doctors for leaving this practice this year! I have never had a good experience, but one time with a SUBSTITUTE physician. That is pathetic.
