I was a patient of Dr Porter several years ago to have my inherited excess neck tissue addressed. I was very pleased with the care and results from the procedure. I have so much confidence in Dr Porter, I flew back from my new home in Colorado for a blepharoplasty last week. Additionally, the office staff was great helping me plan for an efficient visit, making the best use of my time here. Would recommend them all unconditionally.

My experience at Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery from the start to the end is noting but a great and pleasant one. Dr. Sitapara who was my plastic surgeon is an excellent, and very knowledgeable Surgeon. I am very happy with the outcome of my double upper and low eyelids work. Every staff person here are all pleasant and provide wonderful customer service. I highly recommend anyone looking to get a facial work to give Chevy Chase facial Plastic Surgery a try.

I could not be more grateful for Dr. Porter's work and my entire experience at Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Porter performed my rhinoplasty a little over a month ago, and I am astonished by her beautiful work. I have never felt so confident with my face and profiles from ALL angles! The absolute best! I received a rhinoplasty revision from Dr. Porter. I literally kick myself because when I was researching plastic surgeons for my initial procedure, I learned about Dr. Porter. Trying to save some money for a consultation fee ended up costing me over $12k. I definitely should have went with Dr. Porter in the first place. Dr. Porter gave me the perfect nose.

It fits my face, while addressing all the concerns I had. My recovery was dramatically different. For my first surgery, I had a LOT of swelling, black eyes, etc. I felt crazy walking around in public like that. Also, you are told it can take up to 2 years for all the swelling to subside and reveal your actual nose. With Dr. Porter, not only did I have literally no pain, I had minimal swelling, no black eyes, and I was able to see how adorable my nose was going to look almost immediately.

When people look at you, your face is the first thing they see. I am so thankful for Dr. Porter and her team. It is truly a blessing to find a practice with such a commitment to excellence.

I made an appointment with Dr. Porter with the goals of "looking more rested and repairing fine lines and pigmentation from sun damage". I honestly didn't know what I would need to have done to reach these goals. Dr. Porter made a suggested plan and we got started. She has educated me on the process and answered my endless questions. Through this I have felt confident in the decisions we made of the treatments to have.

I have been very happy with the results and will continue to have treatments to maintain. The nurses and staff in Dr. Porter's office have also been great and very helpful, especially Megan and Kelly. I highly recommend Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery and Dr. Porter.

A family member recommended Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery for a Hydrafacial and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed by beautiful smiling faces. The office is clean and organized. The nurse taking care of me was wonderful and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and loved the fact that I wasn't pressured to purchase more services during my visit.

I wanted to wait until my full result to write the review but it's close enough. I went in for a consultation In 2020 and felt comfortable with all the information i was given before my rhinoplasty. I waited until may 2021 to have my surgery and honestly it was such a easy process and I felt like Dr. Porter was the best choice from every consultation I went to.

At the consultation they took before pictures and they given me a edited after picture that would mirror what the results would look like, and I can say it looked just as promised. We discussed a couple adjustments before the procedure and as promised Dr. Porter delivered. The front staff is nice and always answered my post op questions. I am honestly happy I didn't go with any other surgeon. It's almost a year and I am more than happy with my rhinoplasty because it doesn't even look like I had the procedure done!

I have been seeing Dr. Porter for several years and have been extremely pleased with her advice and individualized treatment options. I find her to be highly professional, and skilled. The ambiance of her office is just wonderful and her staff are warm friendly people. You won't be disappointed

I absolutely love my results! This was my first time receiving Botox and honestly, I didn't think it would be much of a difference in appearance. Boy was I wrong! My face looks 10 years younger! The frown lines are softer and I look more refreshed. Thank you Dr. Porter!

Okay WOW! Everything about this practice has me excited about my next visit. From the ambiance when you walk in, to the friendly staff, to the amazing doctors, and fantastic results- this place is IT! I was nervous beforehand but was so comfortable during my visit and couldn't be happier with how my cosmetic treatments turned out. They talked me through everything and gave me realistic expectations and delivered completely each time. 100000% have and would recommend!

Dr. Sitapara is outstanding! He's super professional and wants his patients to be 100% satisfied and comfortable. I just wanted a minor tweak and still look natural and he did just that! A lot of surgeons just want to do surgery, but Dr. Sitapara provides a multitude of low risk, conservative options. Plus, he's very engaging and relational. The staff is also very nice and knowledgeable.

The Hydrafacial and services/recommendations provided by Dr. Sitapara were phenomenal. I highly recommend the practice.

I am so happy I chose Dr. Porter to do my revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty. She had the best and most numerous reviews of all the doctors I had researched in my area. It was a bonus for me that this is a black-owned business. I immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Porter upon meeting her, which was additional confirmation that I had chosen the right doctor for my surgery.

I also appreciate Kelly's patience and assistance with my many questions before and after surgery. The surgery center staff as well was amazing and put me at ease going into the operation. My surgery went very well and I had very little bruising as promised. Post op recovery has also gone smoothly with minimal discomfort. I am currently 6 months post op and I am happy with my results thus far.

Once the swelling has completely subsided, I have no doubt that my final results will be everything I wanted and more. I highly recommend Dr. Porter and CCFPS for rhinoplasty surgery!

Five stars is not enough to give to this practice! The providers truly care about their patients and are so knowledgeable. I had a great experience from the way I was greeted to my amazing treatments. My results have been beyond my expectations. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

I couldn't be happier with Dr. Porter's work and my entire experience at Chevy Chase Face. I had a rhinoplasty here about 3 weeks ago and this is literally the nose I should've been born with. That's how awesome Dr. Porter's work is. It's so natural but a huge change at the same time. I'm not even that far along in recovery and my nose looks so good.

I can only imagine how it'll look when healing is over. She's also a super personable doctor! This was really important to me because this is the person I was going to trust with permanently altering my face. Other doctors I consulted with made me feel like a number. Dr. Porter listened, was honest, and treated me like a person. After my virtual phone call with her, I was sure this is who I trusted.

As far as Chevy Chase face staff everyone was so sweet, informative, and helpful. Kelly, the patient coordinator, helped me a lot and made sure all my needs were taken care of. If you're on the fence about getting surgery or getting surgery here, stop doubting yourself. I promise you, your dream face is in here.

Horrible! If you are considering using Dr Porter consider what happened to me first and learn from my mistake. I started off looking to have nose and volume refinements. I selected Dr Porter because of her schooling, boards, and positions she holds within the medical community. However, looking back none of those things really speak to her skills.

Unlike several good plastic surgeons she does not have a good body of work and looking back i should have avoided this place because she literally made no positive impact on my nose or undereye and charged a significant amount of money. Beware that she will take fussy before pictures and have her present and print the projected before and after pictures.

What she did to me after the surgery was claim she had a different idea in mind vs what we discussed. Im telling you, stay away! This place does not have talented doctors and they prey upon minorities like myself. We work too hard for our money to be tricked by snakeoil doctors. Again, look at how weak her social media is in terms of patient before and after and how limited her before and after results are within the office. Then consider other doctors who are tagging their happy patients and posting results daily. Again you have been warned!

Dr. Porter is everything you'd want in your doctor. She's knowledgeable, honest, good listener, and skilled. Her staff is equally top-notch. I'd recommend for facial care.

Dr. Porter was a wonderful doctor! The whole office provides such a nice experience for patients. I am so happy with my results of my rhinoplasty and would highly recommend Dr. Porter. She was extremely attentive, had great bedside manner, and was very receptive to anything I said or wanted. An overall excellent experience!

I am ensuring my review is accurate by ensuring my birth nose is included with the original review of Dr Parker's mishandling of my rhinoplasty. I am ten years post operative with my undersized, pug nose, constant rhinitis, the nose projects less than an inch, lop sided nostrils and thousands of dollars in recurring nonsurgical rhinoplasty treatments to build projection so that I can wear my eyeglasses and look a little bit more like my old self.

The only true fix would cost $20K and an extensive surgery. I can honestly say that this affected me emotionally, physically and professionally as I am a retired Foreign Intelligence Officer and the restoration I requested of Dr Parker would've enabled me to resume being a transnational professional in my chosen path.

I tried scheduling a consultation on two separate occasions. Ashley always answers the phone, puts me on hold, asks to call me back, and then does not follow up. She is useless. This is one's first impression of a doctor's office and their competence--for this very reason, I decided not to follow up with them for my procedure.

5 stars! Dr. Porter and her team (Gloria, Kelly, Carrie, receptionists) are fantastic. I really feel that my wants are listened to, and they do a thorough job every time. Everyone is always so polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Porter does diligent research on all of her services and only performs/uses techniques and equipment that has scientifically-proven results.

She also takes the time to explain exactly what you are to expect. No surprises. The key to having the best experience here is to be patient. Results are not overnight because she has taken her time to be safe and thoughtful in the services she performs.

I was attempting to send over a document from my doctor ahead of an appointment and the front desk refused to give me the fax number after asking numerous invasive questions. Non-starter. Not the place for me.

I have been seeing Dr. Porter for many years for various cosmetic services. Most recently, Dr. Porter referred me to her (on staff) aesthetician, Nathalie Marchand and my skin has been transformed drastically. I have seen other doctors for skin issues and Dr. Porter is the only doctor that did not give me any "magical creams." She had a plan for my overall skin care and so far I am very pleased.

Dr. Porter is an amazing surgeon who truly cares about her patients needs, both inside and out. She is an impeccable surgeon and takes the time to get things just right for the clients. Scheduling appointments has been super easy for me and I am usually in and out within an hour, making it possible to schedule skin appointments during my lunch hour. I've done research and she is definitely the best facial plastic surgeon in her area.

Dr. Porter and her team are one of a kind. They're informative, truthful, polite and helpful -- but most importantly -- result driven. After visiting the office 5 times now, I can easily say it's one of the most professional medical offices I've been to. I've seen results beyond what I imagined prior to starting treatment there. Would highly recommend!

To be fair I really enjoyed the skin treatments I received from Shana, she does a great job. My issue with this place is that they are the least accommodating practice I been to. I have been trying to schedule a peel for weeks and when I finally get on the schedule I drive 45 mins away from my job to be told bc I'm 10 mins late my appointment is cancelled. Wasted my lunch break, gas and paid for parking twice in DC for nothing.

I understand that they have other clients but considering I used my lunch break and drove 45 mins, they could at least offered to see me after the current client. Traffic is horrible and ice is every where, I can't get in an accident or take a day off just to get a chemical peel. I need to be able to work in order to pay for the expensive prices they offer. Nevertheless, very disappointed in this place especially since I been a patient since 2008 and they have cancelled my appointment in the past without prior notice due to their scheduling conflict. Definitely time to find a new aesthetician.

In or around January 2014, I started procedures for laser hair removal of my female facial hair. After 6 treatments, I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Porter and her staff were consistently attentive, friendly and professional. Dr. Porter performed the laser hair removal procedures herself with staff at "bed" side. Not every salon or office offers services performed by the actual dermatologist. Dr. Porter and her staff were also patient and have a great sense of humor.

They ensure your comfort and understand your needs. There is no aggressive push to sell expensive products here. They address your concerns directly and make appropriate, practical and affordable recommendations, with alternatives. I have virtually 100% hair reduction (beard free - it was that bad), no painful ingrowns, no new scarring, and the old scarring has almost completely faded.

I can't thank Dr. Porter and her staff enough for improving my quality of life - that's how tremendous a difference they've made for me. Perhaps this review will help someone else in need of a great derm and her staff.

Got a chemical peel here through Living Social. They were very attentive to my individual skin needs/concerns even sent me home with a goodie bag full of product samples to try.
