Cheyenne Women's Imaging Pavilion is now a joint venture of Cheyenne Radiology and Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Cheyenne Radiology supports Image Wisely, a campaign to ensure patients receive only necessary scans and help reduce the radiation that patients receive from imaging. At Cheyenne Radiology, we're proud to provide high-quality, affordable imaging to patients in our community.

Because expertise doesn't have to be expensive. Cheyenne Radiology was one of first 10 institutions in the United States to earn the prestigious Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence (DICOE) designation from the American College of Radiology (ACR).
Services
Established in 1952, Cheyenne Radiology is Cheyenne's first and only full-service outpatient imaging center. I have gone here a few different times. The staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer going here over going to the hospital. Not sure why the bad ratings.

I wish I would have read the reviews before going to my appointment, I never made it to the appointment, I walked out before I was sent back. My experience is the same as the other one and two star reviews when it comes to the front desk staff. They could use classes on customer service and sensitivity training. Two individuals we're unkind and not patient. Do better.

They will gouge you! Worse than any other medical place. Do you always overcharge some one in emergency care.? for gods sake each CT was over hundreds of dollars and a total of $1,152, and are you double charging because hospital charged almost $8000. Something gotta be done about medical crookedness. Suddenly I got this SURPISE BILL from cheyenne radiology.

I had an amazing and sweet tech; however, the billing department lacked costumer service. The lady was very sarcastic and rude when I asked her questions regarding insurance. I cannot pay an ultrasound out of pocket and I kept asking her if I can give her my insurance information through the phone, but she continued to dismiss my questions or answer in a sarcastic tone. I think next time I'd rather just drive to Fort Collins or somewhere in Colorado for this type of medical service.

Absolutely the worst and have your care done elsewhere if you can. Called to check the status of a bill and was told by Suzanne that the claim was out to my insurance and needed to allow more time. Called the insurance company and they stated they had no claim on file for the date of service or billed amount, called the billing department back and spoke to Christine and informed her that my insurance did not have the claim she got rude with me and said we need to allow them (insurance) to pay and process the claim.

I asked if I could just pay the bill and then get a refund after the insurance pays and was told no. I've never heard of a company that would turn down money especially when the patient is trying to make sure the claim gets submitted and the provider gets paid for their services. A message was left with the billing supervisor regarding the issues and have yet heard back. CRG is notorious for turning patients over to collections very quickly, and if my account gets sent to collections I will be disputing it.

I had the worst experience when I called the billing department at Cheyenne Radiology Group to help solving a refund issue involving the incorrect name on a check. I had spoken to two separate individuals and was treated so poorly. The first individual stated I needed to ask the person it was addressed to, to sign it and hand over the money, which it being my ex husband, was not an option.

The second individual stated nothing could be done for me and I needed to get over it. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional organization as this facility. If you are scheduled here, I would ask your health professional if their are any other options first.

The tech felt the need to constantly touch and move me physically instead of instructing me. It was very unprofessional of Stephanie and I would not recommend having her as a tech. There is absolutely no need to poke the injured area on a patient.

I just called to make a payment and I repeated myself 3 times before the gal finally understood what I needed. Maybe if she wasn't laughing with her coworkers and was actually paid attention we could've had a better experience. I'd say here name except she never said it when she answered the phone. When she finally understood me she had an attitude. Your billing department needs some customer service coaching.

My experience at Cheyenne Radiology has always been excellent. The office staff is always very friendly and the x-ray techs are always very caring and efficient.

I was injured in July of 2017 and had multiple bills from hospitals paid by my insurance. I followed up in calling and making sure all bills were paid, including Cheyenne Radiology. They cannot be trusted to do their job well as I have had a bill from them gone to collections. Even when I sent all the correct information from my medical insurance, which perfectly paid all other hospital bills, they denied it being paid.

Yet they were paid by my insurance. They have to audacity to tell me I still owe that bill and because it has gone to collections, I am forced to pay out of my own pocket. I am filing a dispute to collections about them. My advice is don't ever deal with them and get your health care done in Colorado if you live in that area

I received care from Cheyenne Radiology over a year ago and am just now starting to work through the bills they have sent me. I can't speak to their level of care since I was not responsive when it happened. Their billing system online is confusing to schedule payments with the only other option being calling them. Their staff is decent in trying to explain why it is I'm being billed over a year later and why my payments haven't been scheduled when I called previously to do so. Overall, like a number of medical type groups, they are fair but certainly not the best.

While the people who work there have been mostly pleasant to deal with they are fairly incompetent. Tried to pay my bill and set things up to auto draft on a regular basis and we are now at 3 visits to get them to take money?! It doesn't help that the MRI was of poor quality and I had to redo it anyway in Colorado. Do yourself a favor and make the drive down to Colorado for any imaging needs.

I am very upset with this place. I had a breast biopsy done on 03/30/18. The day before my appt, I was called to remind me about it, and was told my co-pay was $40.00. I then get a bill for $150.00, plus another $40 for the mammogram I had to have done in order to make sure the clip was placed correctly. So instead of all of this being billed on one co-pay, they billed one on Cheyenne Radiology, and one on Cheyenne Women's Imaging, in order to get both co-pays.

I also had only received a bill for a $40 co-pay, which I paid, and then received this bill showing past due, and if I don't pay upon receipt, I will be sent to collections. I called this morning and talked to a billing rep, and she was very rude! If I have a choice of another imaging center, I will be going there. Even my insurance company agreed, that the mammogram should not have been billed separately, since it was part of the biopsy procedure.
