They are so rude and act like they are better than you. I asked a NICU nurse a question today and she answered under her breath and didn't even look at me. It was about 4:00 on 4/04/22. I've never seen someone act like that in my life. The Drs. I've dealt with in Columbus, Oh have always acted so professional and treated the parents of patients respectful and professional.

I will report this to the hospital administration. Drive into Ohio or another hospital that is respectful to their patients. Go to another hospital to have your babies please!

This hospital is a disaster, my husband sat in the er last night for 13 hours with out being seen. He cut his hand severely, when he arrived they wrapped his hand told him to have a seat in the waiting room. He did have an X-ray, seated back in the waiting room, finally at 430 am he got tired of waiting and came home. We have had other terrible experiences also, every time I have to go there it is a nightmare. Go to St. Mary's!

I had my daughter here on 4/15/21. I had some complications and I had to have an emergency C section. They took such good care of me and made sure my husband was taken care of. I spent days trying to dilate and my body just couldn't do it. I had preclampsia. I was so scared but everyone made sure I was calm. They took time out of their extremely busy work day to talk to me and answer any questions I had.

The anesthesiologist was Awesome. I was having anxiety about an epidural and during it the nurses held me and talked me though it. The anesthesiologist made sure I couldn't feel anything and checked on me often. I love that the anesthesiologist stayed in the OR with me. She stayed right with me and she really cared about me and the event that was happening.

Even tho it was the scariest moment of my life they took such good care of me. The doctor who did my C section was so kind and talked me through it all. The nurses were amazing. They did much more than their job description and I'll forever be grateful for everyone who helped me along this journey. My daughter just turned one this year

My girlfriend (who was actively have multiple seizures) was forced to wait in the lobby for over 6 hours before being seen. Meanwhile they almost immediately let in every crack head on the street, as well as others who do not show any need for immediate care. All hospitals are garbage in this city. Something needs to change!

I was at St. Mary's last night due to DVT, spend over 4 hours there. They didn't listen and made me feel inadequate, I left and went home to suffer in pain. I came to Cabell Huntington this morning and had a room in less that 2 minutes, seen a doctor in less than 10 minutes, and they actually pay attention to what their patients say and said I'd be out in 15 minutes tops.

The delivery of my son was absolutely more than perfect! They were the nicest people and cared for us and our baby it seemed more than anyone else. They worked hard and remained very sweet and compassionate towards us. Even once we moved into the mother and baby unit, everyone was still so nice and caring. I can't thank everyone who was involved enough for everything!

2 stars because the radiology staff is too notch! They deserve a raise & all the stars. But, I financially this is ridiculous. I've never had an outpatient CT scan cost $3600 billed to my insurance & only of my chest. (Pro tip: Get your provider to write you an order & take it to an outlying imaging center & pay cash & probably only be less than $500 even for MRIs) The radiology group only billed $250 to read it.

I once had an uninsured visit to a different hospital in WV for a kidney stone and flat rate emergency CT scan and pelvis with contrast $1,800. Okay, I get it it's done you can charge what you want. I gotta pay. What makes me more disgruntled & upset is that you never billed my secondary insurance & your bill isn't even clear that you billed my primary insurance! & I called 2 weeks ago & left a message explaining I wanted to set up a payment plan so it did not get placed in collections & to make sure my insurance was updated.

No return call. I wanted an itemized bill. I still haven't received EOB from my insurance so I don't even know if you billed them. I called two times after that no answer. Can't leave voicemail. So, am I supposed to let it go to collections at $3,100 & then I'll just negotiate with them & only pay $2000? What can I do to get answers to get my bill paid? Do y'all want my money?

I gave birth Nov 8th 2018 to my daughter. She was discharged 10 days later from the nicu with brain damage. Nobody told me. How can this be true? I received mine and my daughters medical records today and found out the doctors noted her brain damage at birth. I can't believe it, I can't understand how they can withhold such information about my daughter.

I'm in shock all over again. I first found out by asking her pediatrician if he could do further testing on her because I didn't believe autism was the only thing wrong with her. She went to a neurologist at cabell Huntington hospital and was diagnosed with cp. she was also given a mri on her brain. I'm so hurt and disappointed. The lies that they wrote our medical records are unbelievable.

It says I got into a fight with my sister in mbu which is a lie. My mother and sister had a fight. I had never got out of bed still recovering from falling asleep in my c-section. There are many more lies they put in her our medical records. I'm never going to stop at holding this hospital responsible for the harm the cause my child. They lies they told about me. The lack of care they gave my baby girl.

As of now 8 days in ICU burn unit. My second surgery was today. Grafts covering my left leg. Donor skin was from my right thigh. In 3 days the grafted leg will be opened and we will see if it is good to go! My hand is already healed minus a few small places that will be healed 100 percent! I have received the best care possible here from every single staff person I have been in contact with.

No one would want to be in my position or worse, but if you were this would be the best place to stay! I have hope of getting out of here in 4-5 days and being able to be the best shape I can be at that point! I won't be able to forget my stay here and the WONDERFUL people that I have met and the care I have gotten. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

Wait time everywhere is horrendous, all the nurses and doctors like to bully you when you forget something and they seem more interested in the money than helping people. Poor service overall, many of my family members have passed here. Soulless hospital with fancy architecture, no one here really cares about your wellbeing you're better off going to st Mary's, came to the ER and waited 2 hours just to be told to go on ahead home cause we wouldn't be seen until morning, a wreck and sad excuse of a hospital!

On another occasion I came to the er and they made me wait another two hours if you want something done you have to have money or if you don't know people I hope you have all the patience in the world.
