For former patients seeking a new primary care provider, I am pleased to recommend Nik Ooi. AGNP, PMHNP. Please note that my professional relationship with Randolph Clinic LLC is limited to custody of patient medical records from Chingchai Wanidworanun MD PLLC and Courthouse Travel PLLC. I do not provide medical care to Randolph Clinic LLC patients.

Dr. Wanid has been my Doctor for over 30 years. I have been satisfied with his care. His staff has always been cordial too!

Dr. Wanid in the beginning seemed decent, just a bit off. Recently He randomly decided to email me saying he wont be seeing my. I respect that choice this is his practice. That being said I am on certain meds that when stopped abruptly will kill you. He did not care when I told him that, he would not give me even a week/2weeks worth until I could find a new physician.

I ended up in the ER because I had no choice. Malpractice at his finest. Values self interest over someone possibly dying. I want others to know that this is the type of man he is. If he will do that to me with no regard for my safety or life than it shows alot about his true character. I will be sending my Hospital bill your way sir, at that is the minimum. I hope to see more happen because when someone threatens my life it becomes very serious matter. MALPRACTICE.

Dr. Wanid is excellent and showed it again today. He takes all the time needed, asks questions and wants you to ask questions. Got everything squared away quickly. He is also pretty funny which makes me feel at ease.

There seems to be mixed reviews. I presume it depends from case to case and what is wrong. However, my personal experience was great. I did have to wait a bit, but nothing more than I would wait for any other doctor who's seeing patients all day. Granted, I got there early to go through the new patient registration process which could take a while since there's a lot of paperwork to fill out and sign.

I have been once more since then and Dr Wanid's office seems to be very flexible and accommodating as I called a couple of times to see if I can move my appointment time around due to things coming up at work. Each time, the office staff was friendly and quick to accommodate this which was great because my previous doctors office would charge me for missed or late appointments.

If you're looking for a doctors office that will do this in order to avoid overbooking or making you wait, I would go elsewhere for sure as it looked like they also accept walk-ins on a case by case basis. The location of this office is inside an apartment building called Randolph Towers along with several other offices on the second floor which can be confusing to first time patients.

I was told they offer free parking for which you could get a parking pass from the front desk in the lobby. I live in the area so it's a quick 5-10 min walk for me which was mainly the reason why I chose this doctor in the first place. As far as the doctor goes, the reason of my visit was taken care of quickly and at the same professional quality expected in any medical setting.

Dr. Chingchai is an excellent doctor. He listens intently and offers solid advice and meds as needed. He did his residency at Harlem Hospital in the 80s, so he has seen it all. Also, a pleasant doctor. Never rushed. He has a good sense of humor also which I find complimentary for a doctor.

I've had mixed experiences with Dr Wanid. My first appointment was very pleasant; the doctor saw me within 5 minutes, the appointment was quick and painless, and my prescription was fulfilled within the hour. My second experience was the exact opposite. It took me 25+ minutes after my scheduled time to see the doctor. It's been over a week and my prescription has not been authorized. I have followed up with the office numerous times and they have been very unhelpful.

Doctor Wanid is an incredible Doctor. He listens to you, takes his time, and using his strong medical knowledge to make sure your help is in tip top shape. I would recommend Doctor Wanid to my closest friends and family. His staff is very friendly, professional, and kind. I always leave this doctors office feeling great.

Got my service fairly quickly, though the front office was largely unorganized and slow. It took multiple days for them to send a prescription via fax and the charge was very high.

How come my favorite doctor has only 2 stars? Are you kidding people? This doctor changed my life since I found him! He was the only one who was able to diagnose my thyroid problem. For years I was suffering from hyperthyroidism and no one ever was able to tell me what was wrong with me until I met Dr Wanid. He is extremely knowledgeable and very well educated.

This office can check you very well before sending you to a specialist. Dr Wanid is extremely conservative with his patients and listens very well instead of just sending you for unnecessary tests or prescribing unnecessary medication. For those people who say that he is rude and rush you out of the door, just give him another chance because you are missing out on a very good doctor.

I patiently waited an hour after my appointment time before asking when I would see the doctor. At no time did anyone offer any information. The office was hot and sweltering. When I asked if there was any water, the front desk clerk simply smirked. When I finally asked them what time they thought I would see the doctor, they said "maybe 30 more minutes" or 90 minutes after my appointment time.

There was never any intention of meeting or coming close to my appointment time. It was clearly deliberately overbooked. I walked out without a word of regret or apology. They have confused travel clinic with third world clinic here.

I felt like I'm in a movie the second I walked in. Maybe a comedy or probably a scary movie. The ceiling was leaking the day I came in and there were multiple buckets to hold the water coming in. You would think they would postpone the appointments until the issue is handled but no. I had water dripped on me from the ceiling while I was waiting for the doctor for the travel shots I needed.

They don't take insurance for this so you have to submit the claim yourself. Maybe you'll get your money. Anyway, I also should have brought my rain jacket that day. The shot was given to me by a young lady who seemed to be in a hurry to accommodate the other patients. They seemed busy and the atmosphere chaotic. Despite that she was friendly.

After I saw a nurse practitioner in cvs minute clinic in Arlington, the nurse practitioner said why would they give the shot so high on your arm. That comment didn't sound so good but I still felt fine after.

I went to see Dr. Wanid for a routine physical and to switch over my medication from a prior doctor. I waited over an hour to see him. His office was full of people when I arrived. He seemed to be overscheduled. When I finally saw him, he was abrupt and borderline rude. At one point, he actually interrupted me and said "This is taking too long!" I've never had a doctor say that to me before. It's clear that Dr. Wanid is overbooked with too many patients. You'll find it easy to schedule an appointment with him but be prepared to be rushed through your appointment.

Doctor Wani is my primary care physician and I couldn't be happier than the care I've received. Very professional, polite and friendly, the office is intimate and the staff is minimal. This is the kind of doctors office you think of when you want a mom and pop doctors office. Does he have all the equipment for needs? No. So expect a referral if you need an x-ray or something specific.

I had to get an MRI and Dr. Wani called me personally to give me the results- that's service. He does have an accent, but he's happy to repeat and answer questions. I found him on ZocDoc and I can get an appointment very quickly and get in and on my way without a problem.

Never a good experience when youre told insurance is going to cover the appointment but instead you get a large bill in the mail

It's hard to recommend a doctor that can't diagnose problems or write good referrals. I'm sorry, but for all the good reviews, I simply have not found results I would expect with Wani. I feel the doctor is simply there to collect money and to incrementally violate the Hippocratic Oath. The staff seems nice enough, but don't go to this doctor for any sense of urgency. It doesn't exist. Perhaps this is a good clinic for small problems or fixes, which are not the things I came in for.

This is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. He is absolutely condescending, his office staff reeks of unprofessional behavior and attitude, and it is generally just the worst experience I've ever had at a "medical" facility. (I use this term loosely, as he and his staff were very new-age and couldn't seem to figure out what I was talking about when I told them anything I'd spoken with an old doc about.) BEWARE!
