Christ Clinic is a non-profit medical clinic in Spokane, Washington that supplies ambulatory care to low-income persons who have limited or no medical insurance. Christ Clinic believes that complete health includes the entire person and therefore commits itself to address physical, mental and spiritual requirements.
Services
Our services began as the vision of four dedicated physicians who recognized that rising health care costs were driving uninsured individuals and families to use the emergency room for any acute health related need. The resulting critical care fees were passed along to the consumer, resulting in higher overall medical costs that crippled the financial future of many patients.
Q: Do I have to pay at the time of my visit? A: Payment is due at the time of the visit. If this is not possible, we can bill you, but ask that you pay something every month and stay current on your account. Q: Will Christ Clinic help with the cost of my medications? A: As much as possible, we order generic low-cost medications.
You can help meet our spiritual needs by praying for the patients, staff, volunteers and the Clinic as a whole. The clinic is closed to all donations aside from non-expired and refrigerated insulin at this time. The front office volunteer position has a variety of tasks available based on abilities.
Bridget Regner-Warwick, ARNP and Elizabeth Ferris, PA-C serve as our healthcare team which currently includes many volunteer primary health care providers. The monthly schedule for all of our volunteer providers vary and is not a set schedule. For best care practices patients are not allowed to solely see volunteer providers.

I called ahead and drive from Houston. Told them I'm gonna be a few mins late. And then they wouldn't see me. Ten mins. I've worked for Drs. No excuse. So here I still sit sick!

I'm very displeased! I took my mother for an appointment. Upon arrival first step is to report to the reception desk, my mother is a non english speaker i had to translate, anyway the lady asked my mother for some type of paperwork, honestly we never got notified about bringing documents to the appointment. in a very rudely manner the front desk lady kept insisting with a loud tone a clinic social worker had already spoken to my mother truth be told my mother never got Reached out neither/nor. by call, text, email, regarding bringing documents to the appointment i tried getting involved because i was getting upset the way she was talking to both of us insisting that we got reach out when we never did!

She kept arguing saying I was rudely interrupting her when I told her 3 times we never got contacted by anyone. bottom line is she needs to improve her unpleasant customer service skills she's not supposed to argue with patients when something is incorrect.

Terrible clinic! My grandmother went here for her checkups and the doctor took her off her diabetic meds that she has been on ALL HER LIFE. Saying she didnt need them anymore. With Covid going on, my grandmother ended up getting Covid and went into keto acidosis along with other health problems. I can't help but think, if the doctor would've been more thorough with her examination and not rushed through with her.

She would've MAYBE still been here if she had her blood sugar meds that the doctor said she no longer needed. Unfortunately she passed away with Covid. These people don't care. Don't go here! Unless you want uncaring people to care for you.

It's amazing how they you when you get insurance. Like you don't mean anything. It is not very christianly if that's a word. I tried to get a message to a certain person, and that person has not called me back. I doubt she even got the message. I didn't ask for this insurance disability forced it on me.

Professional and compassionate. recently got a job with medical insurance, so I no longer qualify for Christ Clinic, but I really wish I could go back, because the medical service is better than I have ever seen anywhere else. They truly live up to their name.

Dont recommend you go here or donate to this establishment! Because they are a non-profit they feel like they can treat/talk to patients like they are less than a human. I was actually speaking with a lady name Veronica who has the "title" of a manger but no apparent management or customer service skills. She is rude and condescending and completely not helpful. I thought this was supposed to be a Christian non-profit! What a poor example being set with rude staff like this. Completely Unacceptable.

I've been coming here for the past 2 years, I dont mind the wait even if it is longer then 2 hours most of the time. I've gotten help with medicine. But the rules and hours change all the time. First you have to wait until after 12 for walk ins, then they say walk ins welcome all day. And today I was told they close at noon. I had called at 10am to be told that they are closed if I wanted to go in later as a walk-in. I know its busy and they help a lot of people, but maybe post a schedule or calendar showing hours online.

My niece went in today with flu like symptoms. The doctors were very loving and caring. With good service. However the lady at the front desk was very rude. Demanding payment. I told her I was sorry that I was not prepared to pay 49.00 at this time. She asked well how much do you have. I gave her my last 20.00 that i needed for lunch and gas. She informed me that this was not a free clinic.

I could have easily made arrangements but she did not give me the chance. She does not belong there. I was too ill to argue. She is very unprofessional and should not be working with the public. So much for caring and compassion.
