It was so nice meeting Audrey McGlew. I went to her to get allergy tested and she was a huge help. She explained the whole procedure very well and made me feel very comfortable. She answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend seeing her if you ever need an allergist.

I'll start by saying that my Allergist, Audrey is truly AMAZING! If it weren't for her, I would have left a long time ago. She is extremely friendly, informative, and I really enjoy coming to see her for my treatments. She's seriously the only reason I've been a patient for as long as I have. My rating is because of the office. Even before Covid, it's impossible to reach someone on the phone.

It doesn't matter time of day as I've been a patient since early 2019 and it's always been this way. It always goes to the answering service. If you decide to leave a message, they never pass the message along. I've had to go physically into the office to take care of things before that would have been very easily handled over the phone if anyone would answer. This is beyond the nationwide problem with staffing. They have plenty of people every time I've been in, they just don't answer the phone.

The visit was for my husband. It's been a long road (4-5 years) searching for answers and Dr. Vasanth came through for us! He was very thorough with his exam and explained what he was doing with every step. His questions were precise and he gave a clear and understandable explanation of his diagnosis. He changed my husband's medication to a more effective one and we'll be back in a week for another visit. Dr Vasanth is very kind, gentle and focused on his work. The wait was minimal for Bill to be seen. I would highly recommend him for a Five Star ENT!

My Allergist Audrey Mcglew is sophisticated and very helpful when I asked millions of questions regarding my recent visit of allergy test. She tried hard to find answers to my questions, and is always willing to listen to my concerns which I consider is a very important merit for Doctors. I highly recommend her.

I have been visiting Dr. Thatcher for a little over a month now due to a chronic ear infection I have been dealing with for over a year. A previous ENT kept having me try the same "solution" but I was seeing no improvement which made me seek a second opinion which brought me to Dr. Thatcher and New England ENT and I must say, I am beyond pleased. Dr. Thatcher listens to my concerns, tries different strategies, and truly cares in finding me the relief I have wanted for so long. As of today, I am not 100% yet but I have noticed a considerable difference and I am beyond happy with the progress. I trust Dr. Thatcher and recommend him to everyone!

Samantha Mckerney-This woman is AMAZING! I am a 40yr old woman that turns into a complete 5yr old when anyone gets in the vicinity of my ears, and she was so gentle, she made me feel like I was the most fearless person on this earth! She listens and is extremely attentive. Anything to do with ears nose or throat, she is the ONE! I drive almost an hour to see her and it is worth every minute of that drive

I took my daughter to see Samantha McInerney, she was incredibly condescending to my daughter and I! She was not attentive to my daughter whatsoever! She said that we never showed up to our post op follow ups which was not true, she was just completely rude and I will never take my child to see her again! I honestly don't know what's up with that office, initially they canceled my daughter's appointment due to an outstanding bill, which I never received a statement for, when I told the secretary this, she rudely said, you were mailed statements.

I had to call the collections company, only to find out that the reason I never received a bill was because it was not in my name, it was in my ex husbands! I get that there was a balance, but to deny a child medical care over money is ridiculous! We really like Dr. Thatcher as my daughter has been seeing him for years, but after my daughter's next appointment with him, I may be looking for a new ENT!

Dr Thatcher made me feel at ease. His bedside mannerisms are comforting. The office is always clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and kind. Thank you!

Dr Vasanth is such a professional, kind, compassionate, human. He thoroughly examines you, discusses his findings, concerns, and actively listens to your concerns. He makes eye contact while talking with you instead of "at" you. I can't recommend Dr Vasanth enough. Not too mention his staff is so friendly, greeting you with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. Yes, you can see a smile through a mask.

Caitlyn is awesome. Polite, good listener, informative. Not to mention having ear wax removed was painless. I use to see Dr. Cipro before he retired who was awesome as well, then Dr. Posta who I also like. The one doctor there I would never want to see again is Dr. Shah. He was useless, and sent me to see a thyroid specialist and the specialist had no idea why he sent me there, because I had no signs of a thyroid issue. Staff is helpful as well, not to mention NO long waits. Been going there for years.
