For the comfort and safety of our patients and staff, Telehealth, or virtual visits, are offered for many types of visits. Parking lot carside evaluations are available for those patients who wish to be seen in the comfort of their own car. We have continued seeing patients in-office for routine, sick, and pediatric visits while following CDC and State of NH guidelines.

All exterior walls and roof systems were sealed and insulated with a new technology that offers complete coverage, free of voids, and meets or exceeds Energy Star certifications. This application was also applied to the underside of the entire roof surface, as well as concrete walls in the basement area, to ensure the most efficient, controlled environment possible.

After not visiting a doctors office for well over 10 years (and losing almost all of my medical records) I made an appointment with Katelyn Buchholz, a Nurse Practitioner. I'm so glad I did. Everyone I talked to on the phone setting up my appointment was nice and it wasn't too long of a wait until my appointment, either. When I got there, the ladies at the desk and the medical assistant who took me in were all friendly. Katelyn took her time with me and I felt heard, and I have very little anxiety thinking about going to the doctors now!

To be frank after I had read some reviews I was a bit hesitant to pick a GP here, but it's a pretty good location and that was enough for me lol. The ladies at the front are super sweet/ polite. In the past I've been very reluctant to visit a doctor, usually due to a combination of feeling rushed when I'm there, and a sense that the doctor did not believe what I was saying some how.
I ended up choosing doctor Dolla, and with no hyperbole, I can genuinely say he has helped me get my health back on track. Doctor Dolla was super understanding about any hesitancies I had with any possible treatments, and when I was talking to him I felt like I was actually being heard and being given the room to explain my symptoms exactly how I wanted.
I've always hated the feeling of like "well maybe they missed something" but when I leave the office I feel satisfied that I got to the bottom of what I was there for. If you want like a chill, totally non-pushy, and understanding doctor, I absolutely recommend getting him as your GP.

I've been with Salmon Falls since 2016. Started with Dr. Charle who was stellar. Sad to see him go. My new PCP is Bikram Dolla, who is absolutely fantastic. He takes his time, explains things well, and is patient-centered and ethical. Staff has been great overall and I've never had a bad experience with this practice. Highly recommended.

Devin the nurse practitioner was the best part of my experience here. But my PCP Talley Slate was a different story. I was always waiting for my prescriptions to be filled and calling repeatedly. In fact it's been over 6 months since she called in my prescription for a nebulizer and I still don't have it. She discharged me by mail. Now she's been ignoring my requests to fill my prescription until I can get in to see my new provider.

Nong Chrang is the absolute WORT DOCTOR I've ever encountered! Not only is she rude but she makes her patients suffer for days. By not calling in there meds on time! And God forcing you email her. She will ignore you!i e NEVER been treated so bad by a doctors EVER! I wouldn't recommend her if you paid me!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shuman. She took time with me, and explained everything. I felt understood and cared for. Not rushed at all. The staff were great too. I got there early and they took me almost right away. I had to wait 15 minutes or so for a Tetnus shot at the end but not a big deal.

Went in for an issue and got grilled over the covid vaccine, after repeatedly explaining myself for reason I will not get it, was told i stupid, and then asked over and over again if someone I love dies from covid will it change my mind? Completely unprofessional and honestly disgusting so I left without being helped with my medical issue. Absolutely won't be back to this practice I would consider as high quality as Avis

My mother is an elderly patient of Dr. Shuman. I accompanied her to a visit last week. Upon the start of the visit, Dr Shuman states: "You have 5 minutes - that's it." From there it got worse. My mother is overweight; diabetes and hypothyroidism runs in the family. Dr Shuman has never tested my mother for either condition. Dr Shuman was already doing blood work for my mother during the visit.
I asked her to test my mother's A1C and thyroid. Note that all the doctor had to do was literally check a few extra boxes in the lab form - that's it. Yet she refused with no rationale. At one point while questioning her, she yelled at me and told me that I wasn't a doctor. I have been a healthcare professional for over 20 years - this was the most unprofessional and non data driven experience I have seen in medicine. Dr Shuman should not be practicing medicine, and I highly recommend that if you have a parent to keep them away from her.
