Excellent service and care. Everyone was very knowledgeable as well as very helpful. I was taken right back once I checked in at the front desk. I interacted with 3 people. The lady who took images of my eye and gave me various eye exams. She explained what she was doing each of the steps and making sure I was comfortable. The doctor who went over the test results and he explained and showed me what was found in the images and what he was recommending.

He was very informative, patient, and extremely nice and accommodating. Then the lady who assisted me with going over my options and taking the measurements needed for my new lens. At no point during my visit did I feel pressured to spend more than I needed from anyone. I mentioned to the doctor that I loved my light weight frames and they were happy to use my favorite frames I already had.

I have some special requirements that I needed with my new lens so I expected the cost would be expensive. So I was pleasantly surprised how low my out of pocket cost ended up being. Much cheaper than the places in the mall and I got all the bells and whistles and had fully licensed and trained optometrists and quality product and staff. I strongly recommend them for your vision needs.

Very quick to get into office for exam, checked my current glasses/prescription, peripheral vision and pictures of my inner eye. Dr Davis was very thorough and listened to my concerns, answering all my questions. Emily assisted me with a selection of glasses, lens and finishing touches. I would highly recommend visiting Clarksville Eye Clinic for your eye care and eye ware needs.

Dr. Drew is the best, he listens to your issues and explains every different option he has to offer. He gives you the pricing of each option and which one he recommends. He leaves the final decision up to you with no pressure towards his recommendation, which is the best anyways. If you need your vision checked then get in to see him. The staff will take good care of you as well.

Facility is clean. Staff were courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and paid attention to details. I did ask questions and all staff answered in a easy to understand manner. The staff did ask me several questions in order to ensure I had a good vision appointment and my needs were meet. I am very happy with my eye appointment and my new eye prescription and glasses. The Retinal Imaging is amazing.

Always a pleasure to see staff and particularly Dr. Drew. He is absolutely wonderful. Takes time to listen, explain and is such a credit to his profession. He is also very caring and gives the best advice and help with any issues you may have. I recommend everyone go to his practice.

Had to come in as an emergency/ unexpected visit this morning and I had such an amazing experience and first visit! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming! They fit me into their busy day pretty quick and I was taken care of with genuine care. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Its difficult to write a review that expresses a perfect experience without seeming compulsory in nature. So here goes. Making an appt is straightforward and easy. Arrive on time and you're seen on time! (Big deal for me!) Everyone I interacted with was happy to be at work and happy to assist me even when a procedure had to be redone due to my mistake. Test results and advice given were super easy to understand. Most importantly, my family are also patients at the Clarksville Eye Clinic and have no desire to change.

Had a great 1st time visit with Dr Drew and Staff. From the Receptionist, Dr Assistant and Assistant's help with finding new frames, everyone was very helpful, courteous, friendly and caring. Each took time to explain what was going on and what was happening next. Dr Drew was very detailed in my exam and how I need to procedure in the future. Thanks to everyone for the excellent services!

As a first time mom to a 10 month old I was a little nervous about taking him to the eye doctor for the first time. Dr. Bowen and the ladies up front (sorry I don't remember names) were extremely helpful and nice to us! He explained everything that was going on with my baby and his eyes and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend Dr. Bowen for anyone that is as nervous as I was.

Excellent customer service and the provider Dr Drew is as an excellent of an Optometrist as you'll ever get. He's the best at his craft. a. Explains complicated details in easy to understand language. B. Shows you exam results while explaining C. Keeps you involved in the process E. Excellent attitude and bedside manner The photos on the internet are not doing this clinic justice. The provider was perfect, the appointment was perfect.
