My grandma went in because she wasn't feeling well and high blood pressure. When she got there, she asked if someone could take her blood pressure and maybe talk to a nurse or a doctor about the symptoms she was experiencing. It was the in the early afternoon and there was hardly anyone in the lobby. She was told by someone in the front that no one could attend her and that she should try calling in tomorrow or go to the hospital.

There were two other desks next the attendant she was speaking to being equally useless. My grandma told me there were more people standing around, filing papers, and chatting, behind the counter than there were patients. With the amount of funding these places get on a year over year basis, you'd think they'd do a better job of serving the community.

It's an embarrassment to the donors and the executives in charge. Maybe they should hire more nurses, NPs and Dr.s and less incompetent, low level, relatives of the executives and current employees. What a shame.

Dr. Angel Aguilera will tell a woman with BPD and CPTSD that her trauma and mood swings are just PMS. And when you call him misogynistic he will hang up on you

Due to lack of communication from the clinic and bs policies, they frequently mishandle my prescription despite me consistently calling the pharmacy in advance for refills. It seems as though they mess it up more often than get it right at this point. When I recently went to the clinic, they claimed that they had no record of the pharmacy asking for approval for a refill.

This was either due to poor communication or a straight up lie. My pharmacy relayed correct information and had a record of my request with the correct day and all which I referenced to my phone call history. Being off of my Rx for days at a time has literally put my life in danger and forced me to take off work. Avoid at all costs unless you have a death wish.

Horrible treatment. Had a phone appointment scheduled and did not receive a single call all day. I even waited by the phone an hour before and an hour after my appointment time. I called them to see what happened, and they are claiming that I missed my appointment? I checked my missed calls, nothing. So much for needing my life-saving medication. I do not suggest signing up for a phone appointment through OLE as they will not actually call you.

I called for an appointment and was able to be seen that same day. Everyone I encountered at the clinic was wonderful, friendly, and reassuring. I usually don't take the time to write Yelp reviews but the service and my experience here was so impactful to my day that I wanted to show my appreciation.

I was on vacation Thanksgiving week in St. Helena and came down with a terrible cold. I felt lucky to get an appointment on Thanksgiving Wednesday. I was seen very quickly and the staff was friendly. They understood that I was from out of town. If it were only regarding them, I would be giving this review a 5. My problem was when Dr. Buller gave me 5 prescriptions and one of the inhalers I really needed cost $250, because it was not on the recommended list for my Insurance. Vasconi, the local pharmacy recommended I walk back and ask the DR. to prescribe a comparable medicine that would cost me only my $20 co-pay.

I did that and told Dr. Buller's nurse the problem. She spoke to him and he said he would do it later that day. Bottom line, he never called it in. The Pharmacy called him Friday morning to get the revised prescription and the Clinic was closed. I ended up paying $250, vs $20, as I was leaving town on Saturday and I was not getting any better. Perhaps to a Doctor, an extra $230 (for nothing) is no big deal, but, for the rest of us, it is. I was very disappointed

Horrible service and policy here. The doctors are fine, I think. All I need is someone to write me a prescription for the harmless medication I've been taking for 5 years. Any doctor could do it. I came in and they wrote me a 6 month or so supply for my medication. I missed a follow up 5 months later due to an emergency, and also due to the fact that they are completely booked up very far in advance.

My medication was about to run out so I called, thinking I could request over the phone a refill of said medication. They told me it was policy for me to come in and talk to the doctor before that happened. This is ridiculous and is not policy in any other doctors offices I've been to. If you're in a pinch, the doctor will call you in at least a very small refill until you can get an appointment.

I couldn't get an appointment for about a week. So they told me to call the next day because there were several walk in appointments available. So I called early the next morning, and after being put on hold for over 30 minutes, I spoke to the same young man (Roberto) I had the day before. This time he told me that my provider was not in today or the next day, despite the fact that less than 24 hours prior he told me to call for a walk in appointment on that day.

I told him any doctor could write the prescription. He told me (incorrectly) it was a controlled substance so there was nothing they could do. I reminded him it was certainly not a controlled substance and told him I wanted officially switch providers to one that was there today in either the Napa or Saint Helena office. He told me there were actually no available walk in appointments anyway and that the best he could do was next week.

He is either a liar, incompetent, or both, apparently. So here I am stuck without my medication that I've been taking for 6 years every day. Part of it is my fault for waiting until the last minute, to be sure. But most doctors offices will work with you, taking into consideration your specific circumstances rather than completely relying on objective policy without considering each patient's unique situation. Stay away from this place.

I've been quite disappointed in this clinic. I've tried for 4 days to get my 81 yr old mother with health problems in to be checked for her worsening cough. Can't get an appointment. You have to call at 7 am to try to get an appointment and by 8 am they are booked for the entire day. And you can't make an appointment for the next day or any other day unless you by some miracle get an appointment by calling on that same day. They are overwhelmed. So if you are really sick. the ER may be the only place to.be seen.

Normally we love this location Marissa and everyone is very nice and knows my whole family by name, but this Friday morning was so upsetting, my husband had a 9 am fasting appointment that we had waited for about three weeks. Well he showed up and couldn't get anything done since no one ever told us he needed to bring his paycheck stubs to verify income. We are all faithful customers for over a year but this incident is really upsetting we live far away and miss work for nothing
