Friendly outgoing staff and doctor. Appointment time was spot on. Staff explained and answered every question I had regarding my eye exam and glasses. Very helpful when picking out new frames and lenses to stay in my budget.

They are very friendly. They explain what they are doing. They speak in laymen's language, and if they say something that you do not understand they are glad to explain the terminology. I recommend Dr. Coers to everyone when the subject of an eye doctor comes up in a conversation.

Just had my first experience with Coer's Family Eyecare. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I'd had difficulties getting the correct Rx a a couple of local Columbus practices. Dr. Coers understood my needs and concerns immediately and made the necessary corrections so that my double vision and reading issues are being corrected. His staff was very professional, prompt and courteous.

I hadn't expected to find frames that I liked so quickly, but settled on a choice in a matter of mintues from an extensive, well curated selection. I can see why this practice was the Readers Choice in a recent Republic survey. Im thrilled to havefound them.
