Nice and friendly staff that managed to make a MRI scan a non-event. No wait time even though I was 20 minutes early.

Quick in and out. Very nice and proficient. Fast and quick, barely any pain. Healed up very quickly, no pain. Whoo Hoo. (Was in pain for over a month). Yeah!

I was in for my first mammogram yesterday and it was wonderful, wierd right?! Lol I was comfortable both physically and emotionally which means the world to me because I'm treated for anxiety and have a "thing" about people touching me. I don't remember what the lady's name was but she was so great, nice and cheerful, she explained what was happening in a way that distracted me from what was going on and she made all the difference, very very good at her job! Thank you!

Incredibly rude billing staff who enjoy talking down to people returning a missed call. In the less than 2 minute call I had with Linda she interrupted me and was disrespectful to me. Not a good look to hang up on customers who thanked you and politely said goodbye.

When I have been here for different things I have not had long waits. I have been here for schedule and non schedule visits, both times not long waits.

Everyone there has been extremely nice and helpful to me over the years. The only bad experience I have had there is an older woman who is quite rude and insistent that I put on a gown for a scan when when I have had multiple scans before, and never had to change before. I know you can't have any metal on you for the scans. I told the woman that I just took fresh sweat pants, shirt, and a sports bra with no metal in it out of my dryer.

She continued to be rude to me and said I couldn't have the test done if I didn't put on a gown. She did this to me in front of others in the little waiting room. I heard other people saying how ridiculous it was, and I agree with it. Other than that horrible woman, I have had nothing but kindness and care. I thank you all for that. God bless

They don't have set rules regarding covid guidelines. we came in yesterday to make an appointment for an ultrasound per my doctors orders, they allowed both me and my boyfriend in no problem. it was a sweet older lady checking peoples temps and asking the covid questions. today we came in but there was a different younger lady doing it, but he's no longer allowed in "unless it was an ultrasound for a pregnancy." the lady was rude and unapologetic. we're trying to get pregnant and she said that he's still not able to come in with me, yet she was letting other couples in. only giving 2 stars because my ultrasound tech was nice. really disappointed in my first appointment experience here. get guidelines that are set firm and forced on EVERYONE.

I cannot say enough about Salem Radiology. I had to have a Breast biopsy and Dr White was so nice, so careful that I didn't feel a thing. Not one thing. I had heard there was pain when they numb you. But i didn't even feel that. Maybe a bit of coolness and that's all. I was stressed for nothing. No bruise either. Ask for Dr White to do your biopsy.

I hace never met a kinder doctor. Then whrn I had the MRI the Dr who did thst was so concerned that I was comfortable. He kept telling me how much longer and was do nice to me. I love Samel Radiology for how kind and concerned they are about us. We are not just another number or body to them. I wish I could tell you the name of the Dr who did my MRI he was so nice. They called me to schedule my 20 week ultrasound, a week beforehand. I lined up a babysitter for all 6 my kids, and my husband took time off work, both of those things are difficult to achieve. Arrived at my appointment on time, and they had no record of my appointment. Offered me a couple other appointments later that week that I would be unable to make.

They gave me my doctors form to go somewhere else, and I left extremely frustrated. I wish Diagnostic Imaging were still open, they were so wonderful! I would not go back here for another scheduled appointment, they obviously can't keep their own schedule straight. As a busy mom, I don't have time for that nonsense.
