My experience was not as I expected. Dr Sharp was very professional and kind. He seems to have a kind spirit. His staff was equally kind and attentive. Thank you.

Frank Lachowsky M.D. Is the absolute rudest doctor I have ever encountered in my entire life. If he didnt want to treat me he could have been nicer in his refusal. I was absolutely shocked at his shortness and just plain rudeness.! I wont be back!

What a nightmare of a clinic. From wait times over 2 hours past appointment time, to insurance mixups, to doctors who are just rude and condescending and ordering repeat tests instead of full thorough panels. Ugh what a mess. I've been to ENT, pediatrics, radiology, and podiatry. Never a good experience or a wait time of less than 45 minutes in any of the departments over the past two years.

Last week we waited 2 hours and the doctor forgot we were in the waiting room and everyone had gone to lunch when I finally asked what was going on they had no idea we were even still back there. I wish I could leave zero stars. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Pediatric receptionist. Bless them! So so rude. As I sat listening to my daughter navigate insurance and trying to do as Insurance said to do. She calls Collum and Carney to relay the message that insurance can't fax for 24 hours and she has a reference number they can look up to proceed in making my granddaughter's appointment. My granddaughter has missed an appointment already mind you due to this.

She is having issues with her hearing and needs to be referred to a pediatric audiologist. Also she is almost due her immunizations. But I digress. Back to the rude receptionist. I hear my daughter saying yes Mam and ThankYou as they speak. She gives her the reference number that insurance provided her with. I hear her say okay. Then I hear her say I don't understand, what I didn't hear was the receptionist say I'm not using that number I've already told you what you have to do, when that happens I'll make the appointment.

My daughter said okay. Then I hear my daughter say no Mam I don't need to talk to a supervisor I'm just confused as to what I need to do because insurance says you can use this reference number and your saying no you aren't going to use that number and my daughter really needs an appointment. Why get snippy with customers like that? Fact is I'm sure they deal with aggravating people daily however it is their job to answer the phone and questions people may have and assist them as best they can.

Maybe Collum and Carney needs to add seeking someone with a PLEASANT attitude onto their job description for hiring receptionist. This is not the first time we've been unsatisfied with Collum and Carney. It seems as though money means more than actual health care these days. No we won't see your kid even though the DOCTOR wants to see them due to issues that need immediate attention until we've 100% secured your money ON OUR TERMS even though we already see here on our system your child is covered.

First you have to do this this this this and this. Sorry if your child misses an appointment or two in the meantime not our problem. Money first Medical attention last. Very frustrating!

I wish there was a BELOW 1 "star" to select! I have been to several (more than 5) Dr.s/offices within Collom & Carney Clinic. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Several of the Physicians I saw were discourteous, inattentive to MY requests, questions, etc.! and, spent very little time in office visit! Often times I only saw the Dr.'s assistant, (just to find out that I was BILLED for Physician Visit) AND ANOTHER "PROBLEM" I HAD: They did not communicate through THEIR patient portal! They didn't even posts visit reports! My Dr.s at other area clinics USE their portals, & ALWAYS communicate, usually within 1 hour!

Let me start by saying my fiancee has a lump on his shoulder. We had been to the ER and were referred to Collom and Carney for a surgeon. At this point, no, I will not mention names, but the run around was wild. First, we were told it was a cyst, then aneurysm after being told by the same surgeon the appointment before the same thing and then he said he never said that. (Confused yet?

Me too) Keep in mind, the only thing done was CT scans. He was referred to pain management from there because they did not want to do surgery. We wouldn't want you do anything that might inconvenience you or make you. you know. wrong in a diagnosis. We then went to a different doctor. Thanks but no thanks! The one he sees now, thank God for!, Actually offered to try to draw blood or some kind of fluid off it.

Guess what! Not an aneurysm or a cyst. There is no fluid. Just a mass which can be surgically removed. Thanks Collom and Carney for the extra stress you put on my fiancee and it taking nearly a year instead of a couple months at the most to get something done. In essence, thanks for nothing!

Collom and Carney has some good doctors, but the administration is horrible. Front desk representatives, billing, nurses are often unprofessional, inept or both. They change often, likely due to low pay and maximizing profits. Simple appointment and referral requests could take numerous phone calls and wasted time. It's very sad.
