I recentely moved to Stafford and needed to find a primary care doctor. I went through the list of doctors then picked this practice because it was close to my home. I met with PA, Christie and she ordered me to get MRI and memmogram and referred me to a few specialists that I need to see. She also told me if I don't hear from the imaging center in a few days, I should call back, so I did.

When I called the office and the lady whom answered the call was very rude. I should have gotten her name. She sounded like mid-age woman. She was the most rudiest person I've ever experienced. I told her I saw all the refererals online, but I didn't see the MRI and memmorgram referrals and I didn't get a call from the imaging center. She said she sees it in front of her.

Then she started call name of jesus when I asked her about my perscription refill. I didn't say anything because I didn't want any conflict. I asked for a phone number of the imaging center then hung up. Then I called the imaging center and the lady told me they didn't receive the order yet. BTW, she was super nice. So, I called back the doctor's office and asked if they faxed the order for memmogram and MRI.

I told her they can either fax it or email it to the imaging center and she rudily said, they don't email. Then I asked her if they can fax the order to the imaging center. She was not happy that I asked her. Finally, I had it. So I told her I heard her puffing and huffing when I asked her questions and how rude she was. If she cannot handle the patients needs, she should find another job.

I would not recommend this practice. During my annual physical the doctor asked me what type of blood I would like her to order for me. I left that decision in the hands of her medical expertise only to find out that she didn't include a thyroid test with the lab order. Then the billing offfice coded my lab work incorrectly and wouldn't recode it which resulted in me paying $80 for a bill that should have been paid at 100%. I have found a practice in Woodbridge which is exceptional and puts this practice to complete shame.

Awful. They have to many patients. If you don't get what you need while you are looking eye to eye with the Dr you can forget follow up. They can't handle the patients they have.

Cindy Marrow, MD., is by far top of the line! She is an internist and has been voted one of Northern Virginia's Top Doctors! I'll follow her whatever practice she joins. Whatever you do. avoid Kristie McDowel, PA-C., I believe her negligence contributed to me having an asthma attack that led to pneumonia and hospitalization.

This place is the worst! The customer service is super poor. Dr. Kristie did not look at me at all and was ready to diagnose me and inject me with steroids. Glad I got a second opinion. SMH. I will not be going back there. The reviews are correct about the front desk being unprofessional. Doctor Kristie said she owned the stafford office if this true, ,, the entire office is crop! Please don't waste your time. Take some time to read all the reviews. I wish I did.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marrow's for many years. She is so amazing. I have no problem with front office. They are very nice and helpful.

My doctor has left the practice. Today I saw the top doc. Never have i been treated so disrespectfully. The wait was long. It definitely feels like a corporate practice rather than a patient advocate practice. I'll be looking elsewhere for the kind of compassion that I had with my former physician.

I stop going in Stafford office because the front desk was not empathy with with me, I was cry in pain and the blond lady make fun of me, I will said this; no Humans should be treated like that, no human want to be sick, no human want to be in that office ask for help, so I change to Fredericksburg and see if the was little better, they are worse, they never pour in the system the Referral so my insurance can pay to the specialist, now they specialist call me, I have I bill to pay, I was make the appointment specific for this cause. they are so irresponsible and they don't care about patients! Went they lie to the Physical therapist office was Done last month! This is inaceptable! Is very sad.

Do Not visit this facility. The front desk staff is extremely rude and feel like they can treat patients any type of way. The worst offender of all is Beverly. I am shocked she still has a job there but rude behavior seems to be the norm at this office. Since my bad experience I see that Beverly has also harassed a Black patient and refused to get her manager when asked. Beverly also called the police on the patient because she was late and asking to get another appointment.

As many times as the doctors run late when we have appointments or we are left to sit waiting to be seen it is a shame that they treated this Black woman this way. Even worse the office manager Sandra tried to down Plat the issue. I can say without a doubt I will never go to this facility again or recommend it to anyone EVER!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Kristie McDowell is awful. I have no other words. She had no bed side manner, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and blatantly lied about something on my paperwork. Did not even perform a physical. Not to mention, you will wait forever to be seen. The office is not efficient. Will never go back and will urge anyone I meet to never come here.

While waiting 45 minutes for my appointment, an individual came in for their appointment, they had to leave because the office made an error and scheduled over it. Talk about unorganized. Look at all of the other negative reviews and LISTEN! Find somewhere else.
