Services
Community Clinic serves as a medical home for patients by providing primary care to prevent illness, promote wellness, and manage chronic disease. As a medical home, we help patients improve their health care outcomes and decrease their health care costs - reducing the need for avoidable, costlier care such as emergency department visits, hospitalizations, and the progression of early symptoms into more serious chronic conditions.
Community Clinic accepts Medicaid, Medicare, ARKids, and most other private insurances. If you don't have insurance and need help enrolling, we are here to help! Call or e-mail to schedule an appointment with an Eligibility Specialist who will help you navigate through the insurance enrollment process.
Many of our patients do not have insurance, and learning your options can be overwhelming. We have Eligibility Specialists at main locations in Springdale, Rogers, Siloam Springs, and Fayetteville who can help you enroll in an insurance plan. And for our uninsured patients, we offer all of our services at a discount on a sliding fee scale based on income and household size - everyone should have access to quality, comprehensive health care, regardless of their ability to pay!
We believe that quality, comprehensive health care should be available to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. That's why we offer all of our services at a cost that is appropriate to each patient's financial situation. Community Clinic offers a discount for services to our uninsured and insured patients.

Love my doctor, she provided me with several different options to help with my allergies, options other doctors have never even suggested. My experience with the clinic itself has been awful. If you want to be seen for an illness, you can't make an appointment until the day of, calling at 7am and hopefully being able to get in. I was prescribed a medication for my allergies and have been trying to get it sent to my pharmacy for 5-6 weeks now.

I've called to have the nurse send it again multiple times and my pharmacy still doesn't have any record of it. Additionally, I've been trying to get a referral to an allergist for several weeks now and can't seem to get an update on where we are with that.

I got an iud inserted today and the doctor I had performing the procedure didn't warn me about anything, and at one point shoved a finger inside me and aggressively poked and prodded around until finally jabbing me right on my cervix. All throughout the procedure, no one would tell me anything about what to expect or what they were doing to me, and it left me feeling way more violated and in pain than what was necessary. These people have absolutely no bedside manner.

Today I had an appointment with Doctor Maurice Jones Hes the absolute worst. I dont recomend anyone going with him. He will laugh at you about any pains you have. Doesn't ask if you have any questions. He's no help what's so ever.

Excellent experience at Community Clinic on 04/01/21. First visit, quick service, clean facility. I was most impressed with the speed and care I was given. I visited this clinic because I thought I broke my left foot in a fall at home. I was attended to by Nurse Practitioner Nettie Kinsey, APRN. She ordered X-rays ASAP and review of the X-rays ASAP.

In a matter of 20 minutes the 3 x-rays were done and read! Upon reading the x-ray results which stated I had a broken left foot. Ms. Kinsey explained the Community Clinic didn't have an orthopedic surgeon on sight to address my broken foot. She immediately asked her assistant (sorry I forgot the very capable assts. name) to get me an appointment ASAP with a Orthopedic Surgeon preferably today since it was a serious break.

While we waited for the assistant to get me an appointment with a surgeon, Ms. Kinsey expressed her concern at my swollen foot and how uncomfortable it probably was. Since her assistant was busy Ms. Kinsey herself went and got 2 pillows and an ice pack to lift my foot and hopefully ease the pain. I was so impressed! I've never had a doctor or nurse practitioner be so kind and concerned about my discomfort for any injury.

And also to go to the trouble of OBTAINING an appt. for me on a holiday week. As we all know, usually clinics will tell you if you need another type of specialist and you are on your own to find a specialist, let along finding a specialist that takes your insurance AND obtaining a same day appointment. The assistant returned stating she was having trouble obtaining an appt. for me the same day and Ms. Kinsey told her asst. to keep trying and please be quick about it, insisting I must be seen ASAP.

Even though the clinic was very busy, Ms. Kinsey and her asst. insisted we stay in the examining room with my foot elevated and iced while we waited for the ortho appt. While comfortably waiting about 1/2 hour later Ms. Kinsey kept popping in and out several times to make sure I was doing okay. Ms. Kinsey returned with her asst. and stated they got me an appt. with an Orthopedic Surgeon (that accepted my insurance) and to go right over.

I was so impressed with the kind, fast and efficient service by Ms. Kinsey and her staff at the clinic. I strongly recommend this clinic to you and if you are lucky enough to get nurse practitioner Ms. Nettie Kinsey all the better for you she and her assistant were excellent!

I didn't want to give 1 star but had no choice. I made an appointment this morn to a COVID 19 test went there waited in line for over 2 hours finally got to the tent they tested the people in front of me then skipped me and test the guy behind me! Then they said they were shutting down for an hour because of lightning there was no lightning at all I ask why they skipped and they had no good answer told me I had to wait so I left very very irritated! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

My appointment was great. The woman who administered my covid test was kind of rude but the nurse who talked to me was nice. Their office never answers the phone in a timely manner. Expect to be on hold for 30 minutes.

I have been having severe back pain, I have been avoiding going to the doctor for it and I felt like when I went to the clinic they didn't take me serious or it was a joke. breaks my heart because I really did not feel good and anything I was saying to the doctor seemed like went into one ear then went into another. Just because you cannot physically see an injury doesn't mean someone can't feel it.

I'm one of those people who don't go to the Dr unless I feel terrible, they didn't run any exams. Made me feel dumb while explaining my pain. if I ever have to go back to this clinic for any reason I hope it's not the same Dr. Also what they prescribed to me was sent to the wrong store. The entire experience was bad /:

Worst experience ever. First it started with not wanting to see my infant for an ear infection for two months, then I went in for blood work after having a very heavy period for a month and extreme weight loss and SIX months later they called for me to set up a prenatal appointment, at which I had already been seeing an OBGYN because I was HALFWAY through my pregnancy.

And recently they tried to prescribe me a very high dose of lithium without running any blood work at all or calling for a follow up. Then the ladies at the front desk are extremely rude IF you can even get them to answer the phone

Right here, the young, self centered girls in the front are disrespectful brats who need to rethink the field they are in. They seem to be forced to do their job. What's the point of joining the medical field if you don't care for the patient and then have the nerve to step out of the room and blurt out "omg how annoying" after communicating with the patient that is trying to properly tell you their symptoms. The"docs" here also seem to not have a clue of what is wrong with the patient or patients and will just prescribe them whatever the hell they seem to think will fix the problem instead referring them, especially when the patient asks, to a specialist.

Take your families to a much more professional facility if you or your loved one wants to be heard and not be yelled or ridiculed at. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Reevaluate your staff, their attitude is ridiculous and an embarrassment to this facility.

When I moved to Arkansas, I lost my insurance and at the same time found out I was pregnant. I thankfully found this Clinic who helped me track my pregnancy while I gained insurance. The staff is here is the best office staff I have ever worked with in any office ever. The doctor's are okay. I was here for pregnancy and the doctor kind of read off a paper of all the things that they would help me with.

It didn't feel personal and they didn't even say congrats on my pregnancy. It was just a little cold. But overall the price for the services are on a sliding scale if you do not have insurance and it was reasonable.
