I've Been a patient on the clinic for five years maybe longer and I've had really great counselors joel he left and now my counselor is great, I've had a few issues in the past but besides that it's been very helpful year, I'd Rate it a 5 Star

I'm curious if methadone actually works well supplementing fentanyl. It's not even an opioid it's completely synthetic. It's one of these questions that needs to be addressed is there a better substitution for Fentanyl. I mean whoever came up with suboxone really made a market for themselves as well as all the street Hawkers now peddling their doses

Dont listen to these bad reviews. Methadone clinics are depressing by nature but I've been to a few and this is by far the best. My names david westwater and I dont care who knows. this place has the best hours and in my time the director was a nice guy who wore a dress shirt alot and spent along time talking to people on the line. The nurses smile and the hours are much better then most. No one complains like a drug addict we are ALL ultra sensitive to our own suffering and ignorant of the suffering we cause. If you need a clinic RUN to this place!

For the most part a good clinic but.there is a weird culture that exist here at the hands of one person.(You know who you are and for all others: if it doesn't apply let it fly.)If you complain to corporate or write a greivance they will outcast you. You will come in and have to be stared at while you do an awkward and uncomfortable Walk of Shame by The Snitch to get your medication.

Word will quickly and unfairly and FALSELY catch fire by all staff that you are out to get them fired. Everyone from security to The Director will love making you feel bad. Not taking into consideration that we come here broken, hurt, mad, FALSELY ACCUSED, victimized. looking for help, to be believed, to just even be smiled at. Not talked about. Not hurt more.

Not hit on. Not treated like trash by educated people. Experienced people. Blows my mind how one Supervisor can spread hate and hurt in a place that is supposed to rehabilitate us back to "normal". The few who don't participate will silently stand by and do nothing! This is a Perfect environment to employ people who will make you feel bad about yourself if they feel bad about themselves.

I can only hope that current/former employees speak up! Say something to the right person. And not just jump ship - which seem to be on the rise. Also, tranfering my care is not an option. That would mean that during an EPIDEMIC -that is taking people's Children, spouses, mother, father, police, politicians, rich, poor and so on. without regard -is winning and I REFUSE.

What also blows my mind is how can you be staff or a patient walk/drive through "Methadone Mile" and see all the hurt, pain, sadness.and further help to make it worse. Shame on you. Pay attention people and speak up. And to my fellow patients: Don't just get your meds and go or yell at staff. Take the time to post, file a greivance(ask for a copy and/or take a pic just in case it gets "lost"), call corporate or all three.

There is strength in commuting by car, bike, feet or public transport EVERYDAY just to swallow meds most could not or would not last. I come in peace and I love u all no I love most of u all. It's about us not him. I mean them. wink, wink. I don't know if this falls under review guidelines but thought the people should know my experience.
