Was here about 10 years ago and had a great experience; so efficient and professional that they really inspire confidence, and so kind and attentive that they inspire calmness and peace in your situation. So I just returned today with some pain in my knees and saw Dr. Hendrix. Same thing all over again. Confident during our consult that I am his only patient and he has all day set aside for me. He listened intently and explained completely. If you ever need an Ortho, I would highly recommend this place. Top notch!

I am not happy with the support from your billing process. I have tried 3 attempts to pay the bill (from the first month of my visit) which was never accepted and at last pushed me to the tougher spot, ending with penalties. I have all the transaction history but no one is ready to hear that.

World Class Orthopedic Care in Franklin, TN! I have been a patient for about 25 years years. Due to weekend warrior injuries, I have had two meniscus surgeries. Both were very successful. I knew exactly what to expect and the recovery was exactly what they told me. My son had a sports injury on his shoulder in high school. His surgery was also very successful! Ds. Greg and Jeff Cook are not only highly skilled, they care about the patients and it shows.

It feels like going to see family. The entire team is great! Scheduling appointments is easy and they usually can get me in fairly quick. When you arrive, they get you in quickly and someone is in to see you right away. Unfortunately for me, they do not always tell me what I want to hear. But I know and can trust that their diagnosis is spot on. There is a lot of great Orthopedic care out there, but none better!

I went to see Dr. Greg Cook at Franklin Orthopedics for severe knee pain. I was able to get an appointment immediately, the staff was so kind. Dr. G. Cook spent a lot of time explaining a treatment plan for my particular injury. He was extremely kind and concerned. I am now pain free and enjoying a very active lifestyle.

Fantastic staff and care. This is the second time in the past 6 years I have needed surgery. Dr. Jeff Cook, Chris and Peyton were all involved in my care. They kept me informed and allowed me to participate in decisions regarding my care. My quality of life had really deteriorated over the past year. Today I can tell my quality of life is back!
