I selected Dr. Kaufman because he provided personalized care rather than an assembly line. I have worked with Dr. Kaufman for years in the operating room and I highly respect his skills as a corneal surgeon. My LASIK results were fantastic. I see 20/15 without glasses in each eye. My wife, my brother, and my father have all had laser vision correction by Dr. Kaufman.

Dr Adam Kaufman has been caring for my daughter since she was 8 months old. My daughter was very close to going completely blind but Dr Kaufman's expertise diagnosed her medical condition and with the generous donation of two Donate Life families Dr Kaufman was able to perform cornea transplants in both of my daughter's eyes. Dr Kaufman gave over 100% to our daughter and was very precise with every visit.
I am happy to report that my daughter has had the gift of sight because of Dr Kaufman and the donors. She now reads, drives, plays softball, and is on a college scholarship playing golf. Yes she went from blind to chasing a very small ball. I highly recommend Dr Kaufman who is not only a very smart and talented man but also an amazing human being. Dr Kaufman has great presence in his office.
He is always available to his patients (office hours early and late at night) and very hands on. He even comes to the waiting room to call his own patients. We will be forever grateful to him and his staff.

Dr. Kaufman and his wife are both very professional and personable when it comes to your care. I have had a great experience thus far and expect this to continue as I have troublesome eyes and will see him often. Be prepared to possibly wait a while to see him. Good doctors are always worth the wait. Bring a book or a phone charger. His expertise is worth every minute that you wait.

I have been seeing Dr. Kaufman for 10+ years now and he is great. Only problem is every time you go see him you have to wait way too long. Appointment takes somewhere around 2-3 hours to finish. You will find patients sitting and complaining about waiting but no one wants to leave him.that says a lot about what a wonderful doctor he is.

Dr. Kaufman was the ophthalmologist and surgeon who did my pre evaluation for cataract surgery, cataract surgery on both eyes, and follow up care. He was very attentive to my needs for additional anesthesia during my surgery and his directions during surgery were calm and easily understood. In follow up care, he was professional yet kind. I would highly recommend him.

DR Kaufman deserves TEN STARS. I have been his patient since 1997. Prior to visiting Dr Kaufman I had been to two other eye surgeons who were considered the best in Cincinnati. Neither helped my situation. My cornea had somehow slipped off of my eyeball. I was totally blind in that eye. He not only successfully saved my eye. He nurtured it and worked on it until it HEALED.
He has the best Doctor to patient demeanor that I have ever experienced. I always recommend him when anyone tells me that they having an eye problem. I now have 20/20 Vision with my glasses.
