Dr. Kemp is an amazing doctor who has had the patience of a saint to do 2 redo surgeries on my father from a prior surgeon. Trust me my father is not an easy patient but Dr Kemp has been great and did an amazing job. He has now done my husbands surgery and we know he is in good hands. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about, they have some of the most amazing front office staff.

I think generally, you get back what you give. Sure, he is straight to the point but you go to him for a good surgical outcome not for hand holding and emotional support. That is what counselors are for. You may have to be a little more vocal with your questions, if you want them answered but if you have concerns he will definitely walk you through them. He's honest and straight to the point which is a refreshing quality in a physician!

Want to thank Dr Kemp and his staff for their excellent services! Dr Kemp gave my husband back a much improved quality of life! My husband crushed both of his ankles in a motorcycle accident 30 years ago. The arthritis in his ankles was so painful that he suffered every day while going about his daily routine. Over this last year Dr Kemp performed total ankle replacement on both of his ankles. He is now able to enjoy life again both at work and at play! Thank you so much Dr Kemp!

I had to get two reconstructive ankle surgeries. One on each ankle. I was super unstable with my ankles. The ligaments were super loose. Dr. Kemp tightened them up really well and put 2 "buttons" on each ankle where he tightened them up. I have never had strong ankles from ballet, playing soccer and volleyball. This was a huge turnaround for me in my life. Even though my first 2 years of high school were on crutches. It was worth it cause I've finally been able to go hiking with my dad more

I'm I sent my medical reports over to have dr Kemp review them and to just get a second opinion from him. I did not want to make him my primary doctor and he denied me service with no reason or rational. I ask why and they told me he did not give a reason. I do not think that is good business practices to not give a reason.

PA Trump has poor bed side manner. Casey the front desk girl was rude, disrespectful and cuts you off abruptly. Dr Kemp backs his rude staff. First surgery was great, they have gone down hill, do not recommend this group for service.

After seven doctors Dr. Kemp listened to me and operated and fixed my ankle. He is amazing. Only issue was his nurse was horrible my cast was too tight and she threatened me if I came in for a new one she would put a longer one on me which is in my medical files I was to have a short cast. She stated the doctor was wrong.

Horrible Experience with Dr. Kemp! After receiving a needed diagnosis of a foot tendon problem, I had questions about ongoing treatment options and expressed dissatisfaction by email that I could not talk to the assigned P.A. and had received confusing information relayed through the staff. I responded to an appointment with the P.A. but instead was met by Dr. Travis Kemp who shockingly and crudely greeted me with "Why the HELL are you late?", condescendingly responded to my question, angrily proceeded to accuse me of being rude to his staff, would not let me respond, rudely turned his back on me, said he was done, left the room, stood in the hallway, demanded that I leave and threatened to call the police! Having been a service provider myself for years, I left dumbfounded at such treatment by a "professional" and determined to never return and write my first review ever.

Dr. Kemp and staff are so amazing. I was very worried about my surgery and how I would feel after. It has been a long road to recovery, but they have been there and helped every step of the way.
