I completely smashed my glasses and was ready to trash them. As a last ditch effort I went to Pathway to see if they could possibly repair them. She was able to straighten them and put the lense back in. Sent me on my way with a smile. Thank you Pathway for what you did for me!

After experiencing eye pain over the weekend, I got an early appointment on Monday. Everyone was so personable and helpful. Dr. Alderton was able to see that I had a small amount of foreign debris that occurred during a weekend project - and he removed the debris immediately! Thank you Pathway Eye!

100% loved our experience at Pathway Eye of Whitesburg, Huntsville location! The atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable. Super friendly, helpful, professional and compassionate staff. Kelsey, Dr. Alderton, Tammie and Leisa, made us feel like family. I could not have asked for a better team of people to take care of myself, my daughter and son!

Dr. Alderton is very friendly and knowledgeable. Tammy and Lisa, are very personable technicians and do a wonderful job. Our whole family uses this office, and we have never had a negative thing to say. They've always made getting glasses fun for our 10 year old, which means a lot!

My appointment today went great! From the staff to Dr Sutton my experience was superb! She explained everything in great detail and to my level of understanding lol! I was so happy to see some familiar faces from when it was Heritage Eye. One in particular who is so friendly and bubbly! This is the best eye doctor. I've been coming the last 3 years, it has been great. Keep your appoinment time, allows for questions, knows my family, all of us come here. Very knowledgeable doctor, latest equipment, love customer service every time. Told Dr. Taylor she can't leave but if she does we go with here! I love it here!

I love this place. They were so nice to us even though we are on Medicaid. I appreciate that. I also like that they are in Madison it is a great location. I love it.

Dr. Taylor is amazing! Not only is she kind and knowledgeable I can honestly say she cares about her patients. My kids and I have some optical needs that are outside of the routine annual eye exams. For this reason, I was skeptical about seeing a new doctor and starting over after moving here and leaving our old doctor in Texas. No need to worry though. Dr. Taylor listened and respected the journey we'd already been on.

She coordinated care for any specialist we needed and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We have a large family and she now sees all of us for any optical needs we have. I'm so glad I found her!

Unfortunately, I had put off having an eye exam for far too long. Dr. Alderton and his staff were very patient and kind even though I had no clue what I was doing. He is a nice guy and all the ladies who work in the office are great as well. Kayla helped me pick out the perfect glasses. She is a sweetheart with great fashion sense. Every time I've called in the ladies at the front desk make you feel valued and welcome to call. Very professional office with wonderful customer service attitudes. Well done!

I have been dealing with medical issues for over a year now! I have seen a neuro ophthalmologist that did the same testing as pathway eye and pathway eye was able to see what was over seen! They were able to show me pictures and explain thing so that I could better understand. The entire staff is extremely friendly, professional, and is ALWAYS looking for the best interest of their patients!

I am BEYOND blessed to have come across such an amazing location with the BEST staff! Being a SAHM is hard enough and having to take my little one with me to get more testing was nerve racking but they helped watch my son so I could do more testing and were so sweet to him and that worry was gone! I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone! AND best of all my glasses came in within a week and I was kept updated! I will never see another ophthalmologist again!

Dr. Taylor and her staff are great! They are taking extra steps during COVID which is reassuring. Dr. Taylor is very thorough and does an excellent job of explaining exam results. Highly recommend this practice!
