The docs are great, and provide great care and great bedside manner. I always feel they have my best interest at heart. The frame selection is excellent and I appreciate the follow up care when needed!

This 2021 was our first time at Klamath Basin Eyecare, a most pleasant staff & I asked many questions to the Dr & she answered them all. This was a good experience for both of us. We'll be back for sure because of their care!

Friendly folks, state of the art equipment, great doctor. The only complaint I have is the surprise $20 charge that came as I was checking out. I was told that my insurance covered everything when I had called to make the appointment. Somewhere, somehow, I should have been notified of this charge in advance

Always had excellent service. The doctors & staff keep up on new discoveries in eye health, treatments & products. They are very personable with patients & talk with you about your eye health to ensure you understand your needs. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Basin Eye Care for the past few years and couldn't be happier, I used to go to another Eye doctor here in the Basin and I spent more the doctime going back and forth because they were unable to find the problem I was referred by a good friend of mine, and I haven't been happier, they figured out what appeared to be the issue, gave me drops and within a couple days, I was feeling much better After the infection, I then needed new glasses, went back and ordered new glasses and I can see. again Thanks again Basin Eye Care for all you do Robert Schreiner

I was actually a little bit scared to go to this appointment. My eyesight is really messed up and I was afraid of what the results would be. The results for me aren't as good as I would have liked, but I am very impressed with the Doctor and Staff. They are very friendly, knowledgeable.

I dreaded this appointment, it is hard with my husband and his illness but they are wonderful there. Very friendly and caring and efficient! We both were in and out and all our needs were addressed and met. Thank you Basin Eyecare!
