The receptionist here is terribly rude for this to be a medical facility. Sad some people have to deal with that type of service.

My family and I Love Olean Medical Group! Excellent doctors and staff. Dr. Matt is wonderful very thorough and really cares for his patients. Tamara Chafee delivered my son and is wonderful! I will be sad to see her leave. Marti Brotka and her staff are very personable and do their best at getting you in same day for a pediatric sick appt.

Six months to get a preliminary appt for a podiatrist that I saw several times before he joined the greedy OMG. The OMG's procedures caused me to quit being a patient a few years ago.

I would never recommend anyone ever go to OMG in Cuba NY. The two nurses in the office and Dr Gulati are extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I have been trying to get care for over a month and been asked repeatedly why I don't just go to the emergency room. Why didn't I seek care when the problem started. I did seek care when my problem first started and since I thought it was a problem with my ovary I went to my OBGYN who sent my ultrasounds to Dr Gulati and recommended I get a CT and MRI after clearing any problem w my ovary.

I can't begin to describe the unnecessary stress and frustration I have with these people because of the run around they've forced on me. They sent me to the emergency room, the emergency room doctor prescribed these tests, and Dr Gulati refused for weeks to call my insurance for Prior Authorization so I could have these tests done. When I went into the office again after being turned away multiple times because of this authorization not going through, the doctor spoke to me in front of one of the nurses with the utmost disrespect. Cutting me off while I tried explaining my situation, asking me why I was being mean. Are you kidding me?

How unprofessional! I've been told by my obgyn that if this is a problem with my appendix I could literally die from sepsis! The Doctor and nurses do not care about my health or well being at OMG in Cuba. I've tried multiple times to get care because I'm afraid for my life and they still have done nothing for me. I wouldn't even give them one star if this website allowed it.

Could someone please wash the waiting room chairs. Just basic hygiene for crying out loud. Mandatory mask and basically a bacterial soup on on the chairs. Literally not a clean one in any office area I visited.

Dr was very careless and unkind. Getting mad and arguing with me when I started telling him symptoms of the condition I have. He kept cutting me off and wouldn't listen. He never referred me to another DR or anything. I left in tears.

Was never informed Kelly Rice was leaving. Until I called to make an appt. Apparently she left 3 months prior. I was then left in limbo land until a new practitioner was hired. I have been going here for over 20 YEARS!

Dr Wilk is very knowledgeable and listens. I've dealt with both the infusion nurse as well as Rosie and both are amazing. Highly recommend

The only reason I'm reviewing the Olean Medical Group is because of some other reviewers. I was there for the first time on Monday 1/20/2020. From the moment I walked through the doors EVERYONE was very very friendly and helpful. It could NOT have been a better experience. Keep up the good work!

I have a family friend who was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He was scheduled to have surgery in mid November but they canceled the surgery at the last minute and postponed it to Christmas Eve. I thought that was very rude and inconsiderate, especially since he took off work for that surgery and now he will be missing out on spending the holidays with his family as well as my family being affected.

You should honestly get more reliable surgeons. If you really care about your patients as much as you do you would have found someone else to do the surgery. They had no consideration for their patients and put money first
