I love Ron he knows how to talk to people and treats everyone with respect. I have been seen by Brittany she is also great. but yesterday I was treated by a new man name Ross I was trying to tell him what was bothering me and he assumed I was asking for pain pills which I informed him that if looked back in my records he would see for hisself that I'm not one of those people and that out of the ten plus years I've been going there I may have had them prescribed to me twice and it was 10 pills each time he didn't seem to care he more less treated me like I was a addict and I don't appreciate that cause I don't like taking Tylenol, if they keep hiring people with attitudes like his they will eventually be out of business cause not everyone that is in pain wants pain pills some just a solution to their problem. Ron is the only one that seems to care about the people he treats and if he ever leaves I know I want be going back.

Horrible Practice. I love Brittany but office staff is horrible. Communication is poor and doesn't return phone calls. Please go somewhere else if you can.

I've gone here for so long. I love Ron, however you absolutely cannot get through to a person here if you need to talk to someone. Forget about prescription refills being done on time, that's just not going to happen. You have to badger and beg them to call in medicine and it's never done in a timely manner. I have had to resort to numerous times texting the practice manager Judy (which is very nice, just stuck in the middle and can't make anything happen any faster).

If Ron were to leave I would definitely follow him. I've also had terrible experiences with their insurance and billing Dept Ms. Woods. I just wish they would get back to the family practice they started out as, it's long gone and that's sad because I've been there since the start of the practice.

I have Covid. Fever off and on for several days. Called and asked for an antibiotic. They said it wouldn't help. I have an infection and an antibiotic would indeed help. They told me to get a appointment for an infusion which at 3 different places and several days check ins have no open slots.

Nurse on call today for Brittany Alston has a nasty attitude soon as I said Hello! I am not happy about the turn around time regarding left messages. I will be escalating that nurse behavior regarding the sensitivity to the nature of this call.

The practice is great. Caring doctors. My doctor in particular is really knowledgeable and cares about me. I recommend them to people who need medical help.

This is hands down the worse nursing staff I have ever come across, cold and uncaring, unprofessional and untrained. The doctor's are mediocre at best, not even sure they have an MD on staff, if they do they sure keep him hidden. My husband was treated for an illness that he didn't even have. I also was treated for diabetes which later found out that I did not have.

If you see any good reviews on this doctor's office it comes from the untrustworthy staff and is fake. This place is scary if you want true good health care seek another office.

Been a patient there for like 10 years I called to make appointment they discharged me from their office for an outstanding debt of $20 and the fact I haven't seen them since 2017. Well if I ain't sick there's no reason to see a Dr. but $20 really. I didn't know y'all was hurt like that.

Dr Robinson and Dr Kilpatrick are always fantastic. I see Dr Kilpatrick. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and allows me to play an active role in my health. Dr Robinson always addresses my girls directly and speaks to them like they are adults. They love that he involves them. Sometimes messages, prescription refills, or referrals can take a while.

The doctors here are in medicine to help people and that is clear by the level of care they provide. They are not arrogant and are willing to listen. I believe the office staff is limited as I only ever see one person at reception. I know they are busy with data entry and insurance filing as well as answering phones. I usually get a return phone call within 24 hours.

My advice is to speak slowly, clearly, concisely when leaving a message. As well as making sure that you leave the information requested such as date of birth reason for calling and repeat your phone number twice.

A ONE star not just from one experience but with multiple experiences. On every occasion in this practice the staff seem to outdo themselves in poor customer service and patient care! I got my one daughter to move her children to another practice but my oldest daughter returned to this practice. And upon trying to help her out and take my grandson there for an athletic physical we had to return the next day for immunization shots only to be turned away after paying for the gas and taking the time out of my day to go to be told they refused to do it. Poorest quality staffing I've ever come across.

From one day to the next they can't keep their story straight and can't even communicate between one staff member to the next, how are they supposed to communicate to other doctor's offices. But the patient gets the blame, of course the patient can't be considered educated. And the patient isn't treated as if they are educated. If you want excellent care I recommend you consider any other option than Dallas Family Medicine!

The office manager sent a message asking me to call the office to follow up on this complaint, however never bothered to come on the other side of the wall/door the day I was there. Just sent the message to me that we would not be seen. Again, poor treatment and terrible customer service!
