Services
Our breast care team is led by Dr. Peter Beitsch, a fellowship-trained breast surgeon (see his profile). Our Nurse Navigator is Terry Wallace, LPN. She is an expert in breast nursing care and will assist you throughout your treatment and recovery. If you participate in one of our cutting edge breast cancer studies, you will also be under the care of Tiffany Huber, CCRP who is always available to answer your questions about the research. Our mission is to provide you with the latest information and guide you to the best resources for the treatment of breast cancer.
Breast cysts are fluid-filled sacs within your breast. You can have one or many breast cysts. They're often described as round or oval lumps with distinct edges. In texture, a breast cyst usually feels like a soft grape or a water-filled balloon, but sometimes a breast cyst feels firm. Breast cysts are common in women in their 30s and 40s.
Nipple discharge refers to any fluid that seeps out of the nipple in a nonlactating woman. Nonmilk discharge comes out of your breasts through the same nipple openings that carry milk. One or both breasts may produce a nipple discharge, either spontaneously or when you squeeze your nipples or breasts.
Breast pain (mastalgia) is a common type of discomfort among women - affecting as many as 7 in 10 women at some point in their lives. About 10% of women have moderate to severe breast pain more than five days a month. In some cases, severe breast pain lasts throughout the menstrual cycles. Postmenopausal women can experience breast pain, but the symptom occurs more frequently in younger, premenopausal and perimenopausal women. When it's severe, breast pain can have a major impact on daily activities, work, and relationships.

The Doctor was really good. Terry provided us with prompt answers and reassurances to my many dumb questions. Dr. Beitsch explained everything thoroughly and was gracious with his time when my nurse daughter-in-law explored all the aspects of my surgery, recovery and further treatment.

Dr. Beitsch and his staff are welcoming, supportive and compassionate. The biopsy was absolutely painless. Given the circumstances, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Dr. Beitsch.

The doctor and his staff are very good. What I like most is that he explains the why's and how's of the procedure his is planning. His staff are all very cordial and polite. They are also very knowledgeable about their work.

Dr. Bitsch is an amazing surgeon. I have skin cancer problems. He removed my skin cancers quickly as usual for him. For me, he has removed many skin cancers including melanoma, performed a lymph node biopsy, did a skin draft to repair damaged area, and removed a hernia. I think he is the best.

Dr. Beitsch is amazing and very thorough. His pricing for the services he provides is equally amazing and I can't help but feel I am ripping HIM off. Do not hesitate to go here. Go see for yourself.
