From the Director: Thank you for considering our Family Medicine Residency. We have been recently selected as a Program of Innovation by the AAFP's P4 program and are excited about sharing these ideas with you. Through this program we currently have the possibility to aid influence Family Medicine into the 21st Century.
Services
The Waukesha Family Practice Center is located in the Barstow Building between North Street and St. Paul Avenue on NW Barstow. When traveling east or west on I-94, exit at HWY F (turns into North Street) approximately 2.7 miles straight into Waukesha. Make no turns until you reach the third stop light, where you turn left (east) onto NW Barstow Street.
