At first, I thought this was a good and reputable business. As time passed, I realized what a scam this business is. I got allergy shots maybe 3 times in early 2020. The COVID pandemic hit, so I explained to them that I would no longer be getting allergy shots. A year later I get a bill in the mail for $300. I emailed them and was told they refilled my allergy shot injections, when I never asked them to do so.
They said they tried calling me. I have had the same phone number for 10 years now and I never received a call from them or any correspondence in the mail. This is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never go back there again. I do not recommend. Stay away.
