Only a brief wait to be seen. Waiting room not overcrowded, and tech or nurse obligingly turned on TV. Dr Osman efficient and, though in a rush, personable. Checkout also efficient.

When exceptional care is provided there aren't enough stars or adjectives to express proper gratitude. If you have need of a top notch retina specialist group, seek Dr Ali and staff in Sterling. Very impressive!

I only visited the RGW Sterling office for a post-op visit, but felt suitably impressed and assured of the quality and level of service across all the RGW.offices

The doctors at this practice are exceptional. Support staff is friendly and helpful. This is the place to go for retina treatment.

Dr. M. Barazi is very knowledgeable and will discuss your options. His scheduling does not involve long wait times. I appreciate the complete assessments of your eye condition.

Had my second, sixth-month follow-up, appointment on Feb 2020 with The Retina Group and Dr Michael Osman in Sterling. It was even more enjoyable than my initial appointment in Jul 2019 and took half the time. The five staffers my wife and I met with en route to and from Dr Mike were all courteous, efficient, friendly and competent. Dr Mike showed us visually on his computer the changes that had taken place inside my eye balls as evidenced in pictures taken seven months apart.

He also recommended a course of short-term action going forward. In conclusion, Dr Osman was friendly, open and polite. He treated us with complete respect, answered all our questions, and gave significant follow-on advice. He also told us to call him if required immediate attention. Dr. Melamud and the entire staff are wonderful. From day #1 over 2 years ago to today's follow up visit, I am always pleased with how I am taken care of there. First time having Laser surgery, so I was a bit nervous. Doctor Ali explained the procedure down to a tee and then began procedure, it was as he outlined. No issues, would recommend them to anyone.

I've been a patient here for many years and I can say that my experience is always positive. It's quite an impressive operation and the experience is efficient and very consistent. If you like a small personal type of experience then this is probably not for you, but given the nature of what their undertaking, I really like the way they run their business. My specific doctor is very likable and personable. I've recommended this office to many people, and will continue to do so with confidence.
