Do not go here! Surgery went fine however the staff is very rude. Waited 2+ hours for surgery even thought my wife and I came much earlier. My wife, who did not get surgery but drove me to the appointment, was DENIED access to the bathroom even thought she explained she has a health issue. If I could, 0 stars.

I had a 10:00 morning appointment for a stye. Dr. saw me at 11:40. Dr. felt he was not the right person so he referred me to another specialist. Why is there a 1.5 hour wait for a 10:00 appointment? Why am I paying for a consult that is not able to treat this?

The doctor was very nice and took time to address my fears. I think they should schedule their appointments better, the last time I had to wait a long time.

Incompetent, unprofessional staffs, I wouldn't recommend any one has language barrier Follow up, northeast office waiting area small and overcrowd with patients.

This place was nightmare for me. The place is poorly run and some of the support staff is incompetent. One person told me one thing and another told me something entirely different. If that was not bad enough they wait until one week before my scheduled cataract surgery to tell me that I cannot have it in their facility because I am a high risk and need to have it done in a hospital! REALLY!

This thing was planned two months earlier and no one gave me the least hint, I could possibly be rejected. Had me going to a retina specialist also and making a deposit on the upgraded lenses. To make matters worse yet, they had no plan B. It is up to me to find another eye surgeon and start the process all over again and put out MORE MONEY! They need to fix their jacked up operation but to be honest, I don't think the people at the top care. If they did, they would have a plan B for high risk patients. All they care about is herding people in and making the money.

Called there to make an appointment, woman on the phone talked to me like they don't want to help anyone. Asked for an appointment and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and lookef for another place to go.

I had Lasik performed by Dr. Nevyas, the procedure went perfectly, and I ended up with 20/20 vision, however the office itself is run very poorly. The day of the procedure, they didn't take me in until 5 hours after my original appointment. Then for the follow up appointment, I had to wait an hour and a half before I could see a doctor.

When I walked in the office today there were about 20 other people waiting to see the two doctors that were there. I waited 65 minutes and went up to the front desk to ask about the delay. I was told that there were three emergencies that day. I asked the receptionist why someone couldn't call the patients who had to wait an inordinate amount of time and tell them about the delay, so we could adjust our schedule accordingly.

She couldn't answer my question. When I approached the front desk, out of the 20 people ahead of me, there were still 10 waiting for the doctors. Therefore, I estimate that I would have to have waited at least two hours just to start my exam. I cancelled my appointment and will never go back. There must be doctors out there who respect the patient's time.

I have never been to this particular doctor. I'm currently looking into what procedure I would benefit the most from if any. I found this about Dr. Nevyas which is concerning regardless of how long ago this happened http://home.comcast.net/~joewills/LASIKSTORYKEITH.html

First of all, they couldn't help with my stye on my eye and recommended that I get plastic surgery. So even though they are only "eye specialists and not regular eye doctors" they couldn't handle a simple eye problem. I had thought they could become my regular eye doctors, but they are only specialists. Do not go here for a regular routine eye exam or they will charge you an arm and a leg for it.
