Dr. Will is WONDERFUL. They always get us in same day when our toddler is sick and they are quick with communication and always answer the phone. Dr. Will spends time with his patients helping the kids feel comfortable. He is thorough and really listens to parents. He also responds quickly on MyChart, which is over and above.

Dr. Girardeau has been a blessing to our family. I am hesitant to write this review because I want to keep her to myself but she is so awesome that I would be doing all my fellow moms a disservice by not writing this. We were unhappy with our previous pediatrician and happened to ask a labor and delivery nurse (while we were in labor) if she knew anyone.
She highly recommended Dr. G and said she has never met a pediatrician that cared more. Done and done we put her down as our pediatrician in the hospital. She has gone above and beyond for our children in such a short time. We had a covid scare and had to be in the children's hospital, we had a newborn milk intolerance, it's been a lot. Today during my appointment I forgot Something in my car and Dr. G told me she would hold my baby while I went (could she be any kinder?). Go see her, it's fine, I'll share. You will never need another pediatrician.

My girls' doctor is amazing! However, who ever oversees and runs the front office particularly the billing department should find a new profession. One that requires very little: skill, proactive communication and customer service. They would be great at it. I have never experienced such blatant laziness, unaccountability and willingness to help when we needed help resolving 2 denied insurance claims for my daughters wellness visits. Denied because the billing department used the wrong policy numbers on the claim submission forms.
When I called to inquire about it, I was told "I am too busy to be dealing with this" "you need to call your insurance company and tell them to do it internally". When I called to request to speak with someone who oversees the business office, I was told they were not available and would take a message and this person would call me back. Nothing! Three days later, called back spoke to the same receptionist "oh I remember talking to you. I gave her the message. I will leave her another one for you" Two weeks later- still no call back. So Lame! Adios APP

Our family has been going to Arapahoe Park Pediatrics for over a decade. We have always had great experience. We first saw Dr. DiMaria, and after his well earned retirement, we started seeing Dr. Will. My kids feel so comfortable with Dr. Will, he is a great listener ans a gentle, caring soul. The one time we did have a concern with a staff member, the issuse was listened to and resolved quickly. We have been very pleased with this practice and highly recommend it.

After meeting Dr. Will for my sons Dr's appointment i decided that I wanted to write a review for him. He is the best pediatrician i have seen. He is truely a caring and gentle person. I left the office with the feeling that my child will be cared for. My reason for the visit was taken care off. Also want to mention that the front office had very friendly staff. Thank you Dr. Will and Staff of Arapahoe Park Pediatrics.

Dr. McKenzie is fantastic! One thing I really appreciate about their office is that their nurse returns phone calls usually within 2 hours. I've never seen a response time like that. Half of the time, Dr. McKenzie takes the time to call me back herself when I have a concern. She is very personable, knowledgable, and seems to have a genuine care for my daughter. Almost everyone I know takes their children to see her. I highly recommend Dr. McKenzie to anyone looking for a reliable pediatrician with excellent bedside manner.

I'm a new Mom and I've brought my daughter in a few times into the office. What I will say off the bat is that each doctor and nurse we've encountered have been personable and took the time to get to know my child and her needs. This review is solely based on my front office experience. It's often overlooked how important professionalism and efficiency should be placed on what is the face of a business.
I just got off of a 20 minute phone call to correct mistakes that were made in my account set up. Issues that could have been avoided if I was properly registered from my first visit. Each time I asked for clarity and guidance, one receptionist in particular is always curt and rushes to speak over me. Both over the phone and in person. This merry-go-round eventually causes more work on the front office end. so. why the insistence on rushing through required motions?
I see from other reviews, front office complaints are nothing new. Which begs the question of why is there a lack of continuity between the culture of professionalism seen among the medical professionals and the clear disdain the front office/billing staff have for patients? Edit to add: A full month after my daughter's first visit, I'm STILL waiting for an invoice of my billing information

I do not feel like I can leave less than a 5 star review for the doctors in this office. Every single one of them is top notch. I genuinely feel cared for when we see the doctors. HOWEVER, i am taking a star off because the reason I actually came to leave the review is due to the negative interactions I have had with the front office. I will echo the one star review below.
The front office.specifically Alexis.are some of the most rude, dare I say hostile front office personnel I have ever encountered. I was motivated to leave this review because this is the third time I've spoken to Alexis in the last few months, and every single time she has been short, impolite, and churlish. Every time I get her, I consider hanging up.except I still have to make my child's appointment.
