This hospital is a joke. Absolutely the worst. Came in with a finger hanging off of my hand and they dismissed me saying I had to wait my turn and to stay seated. They gave me nothing to wrap my finger with or to stop the bleeding. I am never coming here again and HIGHLY recommend you do NOT come to this hospital. Apart from the horrible service all of the staff were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Would rate ZERO stars if possible. Hope this hospital shuts down soon.

Worst experience ever, most nurses, nurse aides, house keeping absolutely poor care. Never had my surgical site check, ignored no medication, left to hurt after surgery. Most 3 South nurses where horrible. They shouldn't be called or even work in nursing. Rude talk about their pt outside of room. No house keeping. I would never go back or allow my family or friends. You where the worst 3 South.

My grandmother was sent here by ambulance after not feeling well and had a heart attack shortly after arriving. I was able to see her no problem while at the ER so I left at 8pm when my uncle arrives to get something to eat. When I returned around 8:45pm she was moved to ICU and I had to go to the main entrance. Now the security guard has an attitude and will not let me in because I don't have a COVID vaccination card and I'm told that the hospital doesn't do rapid test.

They only accept tests from doctors offices or clinics so no at home test (it's late and no one is open for rapid tests). I live 2 hours away and and my grandmother isn't projected to make it til morning. This is the first hospital I have been to that doesn't do rapid test for ICU visitors.

3 week visit starting with a week long stay in ICU, then 2 weeks on 2nd floor to stream sepsis shock. Good food and good caring physicians while admitted. Only complaint is the male nurses and their attitude problems with my visitors and my patient requests or questions when asked.

Worst emergency service. I'd give a zero if I could and I'm gonna write in specific scenario exactly what happened so everyone understands my point of view. My wife and I went into emergency at 10:45am and until 5:20pm she was still not treated of her pain. Bloodwork's was done by 11:30am, CT scan around 1pm and then they had my wife sitting in the lobby until 5:20pm and when my wife insisted she wanna go home they said they still need to ultrasound at 5:20pm. What else I should say? Very poor service to emergencies!

My nephew was shot in the leg with a high powered pellet gun. A pellet traveled through his calf and lodged in the front of his leg. He was sent home with no treatment. The wound was not even cleaned or bandaged. Several days later, while waiting for a GP appointment, he began showing signs of serious infection. He has red streaks running down his leg, a swollen foot and the pain has increased to the point where he can barely walk.

He returned to the ER last night and was again sent home with zero treatment. He is STILL UNTREATED after 2 TRIPS to this ER asking for help. They left this young person with a dirty foreign object in his body, showing serious signs of infection and sent him home to just wait for an appointment somewhere else. Apparently a 19 year old losing a leg or dying from a blood infection is not considered a medical emergency here. This place should be shut down.

My wife is pregnant I can't even go inside to see here. I was at work when family called me. I've been freezing waiting over 3 hours outside the ER.It's almost midnight. The women at the front door is on her phone laughing watching videos. The nurses walking around looking lost. But they got plenty, A LOT of security.

Went as a walk-in to the main hospital to have x-rays and labs drawn, as I am a very "hard stick". I've been doing this for years. After waiting (too long), I gave them my requests, as well ID and Ins. Card. After another wait, they came back, gave all of my paperwork back and told that have NEVER had labs drawn there and they couldn't help me. Had to go through ER, which was a whole different 1 star review. BUT, reassured me that I HAD been seen as a walk-in patient, so, yeah.

My experience with this hospital was the absolute worst. Earlier that day my loved one had an outpatient surgery and unfortunately was experiencing complications. An ambulance was called and we asked she be taken to Doctors because that is where she had her procedure. We waited an hour and called, we informed nurse 1 that she had a surgery early that day and that we know her surgeon was still there and requested if he could see her, she rudely told us that there doctors know what they are doing.

We called hourly after that to get updates and each nurse who answered was different and rude. Then the final nurse told us she could not give us any of my mothers results over the phone. She never asked who we were or our relation to the patient, even though my mother gave staff both my sister and I'd names and numbers. I told her that we are her point of contact and power of attorney, we have a right to know.

She said she was not going to loose her job over it. However, before she hung up, she was more than happy to tell us to come pick her up. After picking up my mother and realizing they gave her a bogus diagnosis, I was convinced that this is a terrible hospital. Every nurse made this difficult experience worse.
