I was concerned about some damage to my toenails so decided to have it examined. In and out within 10 minutes or so. Exam (code 99202) wasn't covered by Anthem insurance even though they were in-network so had to pay $128. Neither Anthem insurance or Foot & Ankle Center of Washington wanted to help so gave up. Both institutes just ask you to contact the other party for support. Don't go here for minor things if you have Anthem insurance.

This office is in their own class of providing medical care. The technology they use is awesome. Instead of a doctor typing away at a computer who barely looks at you, the doctor uses Google Glass and a scribe who takes the notes. This elevated the experience for me because the whole time we are having a conversation, he's evaluating my foot and talking me through what he's seeing.

It's the best experience: I can't go back to the doctors who sit at the computer and type while you're talking. I went in for sesamoid pain and 90 minutes later left with new x-rays, a scheduled MRI, a sturdier pair of inserts on the way taken with 3D imaging technology. No more wet plaster! The best thing for me was coming out of the office with the doctor medically validating all of the pain and foot struggles I have had, and explaining the biomechanics of why I have the pain. Finally, I chose this place because they say on their site that surgery is so last choice.

They live that. Even 8 months with my pain, my other PTs and Podiatrists in Snohomish were hinting toward surgery. Not this doctor. He said we have so many other things we can try. I walked out of that office with a weight off my shoulders, information in my hand and appointments scheduled. I feel confident my pain will be resolved as I am in this office's care.

I've been very impressed with this clinic. Dr. Hale has been very knowledgeable, prompt, and to the point. His staff are also amazing. They're very efficient, on top of everything, and kind. Working with everyone has been a breeze and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone in need of foot or ankle care.

Dr Huppin is a miracle worker. I went in to see him after several years of pain from plantar fasciosis. I had done everything from cortisone shots, to graston technique, dry needling, you name it. Although I went in to see him for another issue (a painful plantar wart, which he was also able to get rid of quickly and efficiently after several other painful procedures from another doctor didn't work), he managed to discuss my PF, do an ultrasound and treat it with shock wave therapy, as well as treat my wart all in one session.

It was by far the most efficient medical appointment I have ever had. After being fitted for orthotics, something my other foot doctor discouraged due to cost and going through four rounds of shock wave therapy, my PF is virtually entirely gone and so is my wart. I couldn't be happier. Dr. Huppin is the best! Plus the office staff are friendly and billing was efficient. If you have PF, go see Dr. Huppin. Insurance doesn't cover shock wave, but it was the best money I have ever spent!

I do not understand how in the world this place has so many great reviews! It baffles me! I went here because of all the raving reviews and thought I was smart to check out the reviews but I will be writing mine so hopefully the next person doesn't make the same mistake! The best part of my visit was the kindness of the front desk. After that it went down hill from there.

I was ushered to my room so hurriedly you would think I was the greatest inconvenience! Dr. Hale came into my room after I had been sitting in the room for 15 minutes and he murmured something that I assume was a greeting but couldn't know for sure. He then proceeded to act like I was the biggest bother as well and never quite explained what was wrong with my foot and why I was having so much pain and after a bunch of X rays which he couldn't even bother to spell my name correctly on, even after his assistant told him he messed up, X rays that I paid out of pocket for, he basically spent half the time shoving forms at me for insurance to ask what they can cover or he said just go to Wal-Mart and get insoles and he can customize them. Honestly? Did I really go to a podiatrist only to be told go to Wal-Mart or Amazon? seriously? This place was a complete waste of my time and money! Spare yourselves the trouble my friends! Again. I DO NOT understand how they have great ratings!

I really love Dr Hale! He's super smart and always leaves me feeling like I know my options and he never suggests anything extreme for treatment. He takes time to listen to my many concerns and his staff is always great to squeeze me in when I have an urgent issue. I completely trust him and as a 39 year old with foot issues, I feel that I am receiving the best possible care.

This was my first visit ever to a podiatrist, and I was truly impressed. Before the appt, I had enjoyed their website, and was already working on solutions they suggested to improve my foot/ankle pain. Dr. Hale was extremely thorough, in reviewing my history, examining me, discussing potential solutions and giving guidance while allowing choices. I had an acute problem, but also wanted overall improvement in my foot care. He gave me multiple strategies to help me prevent future problems. Office was also extremely pleasant to work with!

Dr. Douglas Hale knows feet! He has excellent diagnostic skills using an extensive battery of approaches to narrow down specific sources of foot problems. He is very professional with great communication skills and a low-keyed sense of humor. He provides printed material with detailed suggestions and choices for you as a patient to pursue as remedies for specific problems.

He understands it takes time for improvement to occur before reporting back as needed. The office atmosphere is one of friendly competence - with cheerful, knowledgeable staff. Based on my experience, they really are there to help! There is an email/texting system to remind you of your upcoming appointments. My feet are glad Dr. Hale looked them over - I had a combination of symptoms and though various ones are improving at different rates, I noticed good improvement for some of the symptoms within the first week or two from my initial visit. Thank you all!

My rating of Dr Hale and his staff is 100% from beginning to end. The staff is delightful, very efficient and helpful. I was seen promptly and on time. Dr Hale was very thorough explaining every option very clearly. He chose the safest most appropriate solution to my problem. He also provided samples of the materials I needed to start to manage my problem. I will definitely continue care with him and refer my friends! I also really liked that he chose the safest best solution and did not recommend that I have surgery.

Excellent comprehensive care. Very kind nursing and office staff. The office is very organized and appointments always run on time. Surgery went very well. I couldn't ask for better care from Dr Hale. I have sent a few friends to Dr Hale and they have been extremely happy with the care they received.
