Doctors in the practice are good doctors. The only DOWN FALL is the OFFICE STAFF! #1 - Very unorganized #2 - Constantly billing for exams or visits that were NOT DONE! #3 - They place you on hold for long period. (Currently on hold now for 39:10) 39 minutes and 10 seconds just to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! That is there ONLY DOWNFALL!

Be aware of this place. They will send already paid co-pays bills to collection and not make any effort to contact. I was reported for 39$. Just can't believe it? I learnt it the hard way when I just got my credit pulled and now have to take way higher insurance for no mistake of mine. Lesson learnt, suggest you stay away as well. Doctor services are at best okay with frequent long wait times. Trying to find where the 0 star is, unfortunately am generous in leaving them a 1 star.

I brought my newborn son to this dr for a check up at 1 week old. He had discharge coming from his eye. The dr that checked him said it was an eye infection and that he would prescribe eye drops. This was on Friday 7/23/21. I called the pharmacy and there was no prescription sent over. I called the dr office numerous times to have the prescription sent over. Was told that they were busy that only one dr was working that day and that I would get a call back from the dr before the office closed.

No call back from the dr. I had to call into the answering service two more times before I was able to speak to a dr. The prescription was finally sent to the pharmacy today (three days later). I understand people forget things but I called in 6 times and didn't get a call back until 2 days later. My son could've already been on the medication and much better by now. I need a much more reliable dr for my child.

I went here as a child, loved them (I was a crabby kid took my mother a while to find a doctor that I liked). Now at 32 I have my own daughter and this doctor office came to mind. Not really a long wait considering it is a doctors office. The staff has always been very friendly. I had an issue with my daughter insurance I had no idea until her appointment, they still saw her and billed me at a later date. They don't make you give any shots until you looked over or if you felt uncomfortable with a certain one. Can't complain about their service.

Very unorganized. Constantly ask for a copay for a wellness visit. Billing is worse and you really need to check when you get a bill as so many things should have been paid for insurance but they submitted wrong and automatically bill you. Received bills for services years past. Takes multiple calls for them to straighten out. Oh and don't leave the Billing department a voicemail as they do not call back. Explanation of Benefits clearly shows payment for wellness visit but they cannot find it. Since it is almost two years later it is difficult to remember what was done.

Accounting department Jahaira/ Lorella, one of them are claiming that she is there from 25 years. certainly they have been overwhelmed with the work, either they should hire another person to help them or fired them and get better accounting who can do the work right. Doctors are very good, I have been going from last 10 years. Very happy with Doctors diagnosis.

But lately billing department has been very bad. I have received bill from year 2015 in month of oct 2018. I have 2 sons, in 2016 I have got similar bill for one kid, I resolve it similarly, now I got another bill for another kid and they are telling me that they are sending me bill but I am not responding. which is not true. They are expecting me to go and find all my credit card payment month by month from 2015 and find, if I have paid them those bills. it took me over week to find. after emailing all proof of payment another 2 weeks, I have not got reply from them that it has been paid and my account is clear. Seems like Accounting department is trying to be ripping off patient. if you cannot prove that you have paid, that means you must pay them again.

I have been going to DP Pediatrics since my kids were babies. Every time I have an issue with paperwork. It should not take weeks to get a physical form signed. I will be changing physicians as I always get rude service from the front end employees. This place is completely disorganized.

Terrible. Most unprofessional and lazy staff I've ever met and trust me I've been there since I was old enough to remember anything. I have to double check the prescriptions they send and make sure they send it at all, because pharmacies will tell me they never got it. I had to suffer with bronchitis and pneumonia for three extra days because all they sent to the pharmacy was an over the counter cough medicine.

I'm mentally f***ed now because the medicine they prescibed me another time sent me into a wave of intense depression and anxiety that "jumpstarted my anxiety and depression" stated by my psychiatrist. All because when I had stated these symptoms of me being emotionally destroyed I was told to just "hold on" instead of changing the medicine and now it's too late. Save your kids don't go here please.

Doctors are ok but the administration, especially billing is the worst. They just sent me a bill go back 7 years. All of them are for Annual Check-up, which should be covered by insurance 100%. Most recently year, they are charging me for almost $50 for annual checkup. They don't do any thing special for check up. Also, waiting time is always over an hour even it's for only flu shot. I just started looking for a new pedietritian.

Both my kids have been going since birth. My oldest is 9 and my youngest is 3. Dr. D saved my oldest life! Every place has issues no where is prefect. The wait can be long at times but things are better with time.

I've been going to DP Pediatrics since I was very young - the service they provide is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone else in the area.

Just like the other review. Make appointment for 5. Get there a little early. Still don't see DR to 6. My wife works with this Dr in the hospital and don't want to change because it may cause tension between them. I say screw it, if you can't be even close to the appointment time then what bother having appointments. Place is dirty and getting dated as well. Just had our last visit. Over 90 mins. First 45 was in waiting room. Wife agrees to find new Dr. Thank Christ.

They are really good, did thorough evaluation of my 11 month old baby boy. Appointments were flexible, office staff is very friendly to us. we moved far but still continue to followup with them.

I'm basing my review on the following factors: Efficiency Patient Care/Bedside Manner Wait Time Overall Impression Efficiency - The staff are slow to respond. If you need something, like records for a school nurse, or a referral, don't expect to "wait a moment" to receive it. What you should expect is to wait a few days, and when they're ready, at their leisure if they remember, they will call you so that you can make another trip to the office to pick it up. Actually, you'll probably have to call them to follow up but they won't pick up the phone or return your call.

So you should expect to have to make a trip to the office without notice. The paperwork won't be accurate though so scrutinize the details. Make sure that every time your child gets a shot or a procedure, that you ask them for a summary of the visit. Then check the summary!. I've seen inexcusable mistakes on a summary. If they don't update their records on time or correctly, your child may be getting repeat booster shots unnecessarily. You/your insurance may be getting billed for procedures that your child never received!

Patient Care/Bedside Manner - The front desk at times are perfunctorily nice. They'll smile and say hello and treat you like you're an actual human being. More often though, you'll find the staff on the phone or shuffling paperwork, too busy to acknowledge your presence. Some are just plain cold. A small child going in to get shots, or any doctor visit in general, is expected to be anxious and scared. Pediatric offices are exactly the place where friendliness goes a long way. Instead, most of the staff are gruff and impatient.

They have no time to develop a patient-doctor relationship. If you have concerns about your child, don't expect to receive due attention. They will give you a blunt answer to get you out of the office, because getting more business is clearly more important to them than helping their patients. To be fair, this office is comprised of several doctors who work on a circuit.

Some can be nice. And one of the nurses is nice. But overwhelmingly more so than not, you'll be met with callousness or rudeness. Wait Time - Consistently about one hour +. Overall Impression - Simply put: they don't care about you or your children. Find a better doctor if you can.
